This place is such a scam. After researching their phone numbers, I found that they have many other phone numbers and websites:

Wonder why a business would have so many websites/names and phone numbers? Hm, its because the business is basically family-run, and they are not only a) late b) unprofessional c) unprofessional appearance-wise (it was an embarrassment when we were picked up...i thought it was a joke) d) they add charges that you did not authorize and finally, e) they present themselves as a 'wedding limo company' - don't ruin my day just because you want to make a buck or two

This company should be dissolved. After reading reviews on other sites, I should have known better. Unfortunately, it was the only bad part of what you could call a perfect day.

All American Limousine tried to charge my credit card without my authorization! They took down my card information (for the reservation) - But they never showed up at my home (I was almost late for my flight at 6AM!). Nonetheless, the guy who probably drank too much the night before & therefore didn't pick me up, and STILL charged my card.

Look, when I go out to a restaurant with my friends, we make a reservation & need to provide a credit card to hold the table. I understand why this is done, but here is the kicker: A restaurant doesn't charge the card if circumstances don't allow us to make it there on time, and they are polite about it - Even when losing a potential $500-1000 bill. But a cab company whose potential loss is $60, still tries to charge your card!

In the end, VISA sided with me and I got a full refund even after all american limo refused to pay VISA! I received a letter about 8 months later just letting me know that they had 'won' the case. Stay far, far away from this place.

Wonderful services but slightly expensive.

Horrible company to work with once you have an issue with their services. We rented a limo bus for our day...an hour into it, it broke down on the side of the road. We waited for the owner (who was very arrogant and short) to bring us another one, which was WAY TOO small for my 6'2'' male portion of the bridal party. We ended up staying in the orginial bus with someone trailing us...only to arrive at the reception site to pick up food and getting stuck there also when it broke down AGAIN!!! We didnt get to go anywhere to take more pictures and I was VERY disappointed in the services provided. I understand mechanical stuff happens, but dont then blame the bride for screwing up her perfect day and then purposely avoid phone calls to resolve the issue. We did end up getting some of our money back...two months later. There are so many good companys out there to work with for your day...this is not one of them. Not worth the time or headache if something goes wrong.

We got a party bus from All American Limo for our wedding party and to transport people from the hotel to the ceremony/reception and back. The company did a nice job and they allowed us to rent the vehicle for a shorter time after the wedding since we were using them before as well. The party bus was clean and well stocked and the driver was very polite. He was also very punctual. My only problem with the vendor is they did not return phone calls right away. But I would recommend them to anyone.

Great limo, great service. Would definitely use them again.
