I cannot stress enough how wonderfully accommodating this business is. I was living in Seattle, WA while planning my Florida wedding. Anybody planning a long distance wedding knows how stressful it can be. Mariah was so flexible and helpful. I chose her originally because her e-mail correspondence was the nicest and that is how most of our conversations would occur. She went on to inform me that cake tastings are free and living across country I would be treated no differently. Turns out that meant she even covered the shipping of the samples. We were late with the first deposit and she had already booked another wedding the same weekend. When she heard we we still interested she bent over backwards, even though we were at fault, to still do our wedding cake. If I had it all to do again, I would still chose her 20 times over!

I used All Occasions for my mom's surprise 50th birthday - The cake looked awesome - a two tier gift boxes with flowers and a nicely made number 50!! It was very beautiful and delicious! Every single person ate the cake and many people wanted to take the leftovers home too! Mariah is a charming person and very easy going to work with. I will definitely be using her again in the future!

Thank you for making my beautiful wedding cake! You went above and beyond my expectations! Everyone commented on how beautiful the cake was.....and how delicious it tasted! Everyone needs to try your key lime cake once in the lifetime!

Mariah was wonderful to work with, great communication, and very professional from the beginning to end.
The cakes (wedding cake and groom's cake) are DELICIOUS, we still have guests telling us how great the cakes tasted!
Btw, she made an iPhone cake as the groom's cake, LOVED IT!!
We highly recommend Mariah to all the brides and grooms out there!

We offer private tastings. When meeting for a cake tasting remember that it's supposed to be fun! We aren't expecting anything from you. Let's just taste some cake and discuss your dream cake.

What are your tasting hours?

We are available most anytime and stive to meet the scheuldes of our clients. Let us know when works for you!

Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?

Our cake order minimum is $100. Because every All Occasion Custom Cake is custom designed and created, we are not able to offer a set price list. Factors that influence the cost of your cake include number of servings, flavor and filling choices, and the complexity of the design. The best way to know for sure is to call us up and take advantage of our complementary cake design sessions! Either way, its our promise to work together with you to come up with the perfect, custom option to fit your budget

Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?

Both. We prefer not to totally copy a design, but rather take ideas from it and create something perfect and custom just for you.

What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?

All Occasion Custom Cakes uses only the best! Real sweet cream butter, whole milk, heavy cream, rich chocolates and delicious extracts. We never, ever use shortening in our buttercreams, and we never freeze our cakes. Everything is made fresh to order. Our commitment to excellence can be seen with the eyes and tasted with every single bite!

On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?

24 hours

How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?

2-4 on an average week.

Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?

Absoluetly!

What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?

We have a small selection of cake and cupcake stands that can be rented.

Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?

Yes! There is a standard $30 delivery and setup fee. This includes 20 miles within zip code 34786. We charge $2 per mile for deliveries outside of that range.
