We rented our table linens through All Occasions. There were no problems. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!

I was pleased with this party place. Hellium tank rentals and with it you got free ballons of ur choice. Great prices and everything in one store to decorate.

The All Occasion Party outlet provided my arch rental for my ceremony and they had a nice selection of program paper from which we bought from. I was excited to find program paper that had the exact same wedding band on it that i had chosen. They allowed us to take the arch out-of-town for the wedding and return it at our convenience on monday after the wedding!

All Occasion Party Rental is your one stop in planning your wedding. From tents, tables, and chairs to china, centerpieces, and specialty linens, we have everything you need. We also carry many supplies for the "Do It Yourself" bride, including ribbon, favor bags, and centerpiece accessories and floating candles. Still need your invitations printed? We have hundreds to choose from, as well as ring bearer pillows, unity candles, sand ceremony supplies, guest books, toasting flutes, cake toppers, etc.

Let us help you customize your wedding and reception. Our expansive, and ever changing, show room has many samples-both for color combinations and centerpiece ideas, and you can come in to browse and ask questions anytime. If you would like an initial one on one consultation, an appointment is suggested.

We also have a vast party store of over 2,500 square feet of paper goods, supplies, specialty napkins, and printed to order napkins for your wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation, or any special event.

What items are available for rental?

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?

Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?

We can create both Chuppahs and custom Mandaps.

Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?

Our showroom is located at 4620 Speedway Drive in Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825. There is always someone available to answer general questions for first visits, though we encourage appointments for one on one, detailed quotes and planning.

How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?

It is never too soon to lock in what you want. Our items are all available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if there is a specialty chair or linen, it's best to get your contract started as soon as possible.

Can the order be modified close to the event date?

We require a final count two weeks prior to the event, and always suggest reserving high so that you are sure to have the correct number of items available. You can always decrease the count, but if someone else has rented the balance you cannot always increase.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellation is allowed on a case by case basis.

What are your hours of delivery?

Our regular delivery hours are Monday-Saturday 9-5. We can deliver after 5 and on Sundays for an additional delivery/labor charge depending on needs of job.

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?

There is a Damage Waiver (8% of total rental items) that covers any stains or spills.
