Cari was absolutely amazing! From the planning to the actual wedding/reception, Cari was soo helpful, fun and knew what she was doing! Some of the other services we hired (DJ, vendor, flowers, lighting) all had worked with Cari before and all spoke very highly of her.
The day of our wedding, it was supposed to rain and the vendor was hinting toward moving our wedding indoors (we had planned to have the ceremony outside with the reception in a barn), but I REALLY wanted it as we had planned and Cari had my back 100%. She was also great with some 'difficult' family members. They loved her too! And they don't like anyone!
I would recommend Cari to anyone planning any event!!!

Cari was amazing! We spent a long time planning our dream day and it was so nice having her there to make sure everything happened just as we wanted it too. With Cari and her team, I did not have to worry about anything on my wedding day and I was free to enjoy it! From setting up and making sure everyone was where they needed to be, to delivering our gifts and decorations to our room at the end of the night... she took care of EVERYTHING! Cari provided some of the best and most pivotal wedding planning services I could have ever asked for. She ensured that everything was organized, ensured all the vendors were contacted prior to the wedding, and helped manage all family and friends when things weren't always that rosy. Having a planner for your wedding is critical. I interviewed several since I live in NoCal and needed someone to be more hands-on and Cari proved to be the most proficient, professional and capable of doing what was necessary to ensure you didn't notice any hiccups that day. I'd recommend her ANYTIME. She is worth every penny.

Can't say enough good things about Carrie...she made our big day work without any hiccups - it was actually kinda scary how easy she made it all look. I called, emailed, and texted her a bunch during the planning time and she was extremely responsive, helpful, and never made me feel stupid even when (in retrospect) some of my questions were kind of lame. Can't recommend her highly enough!

If you want your special day to run smoothly and flawlessly, then you need to hire Cari Izaguirre of All Occasions Event Planning. If you're the MOB, then you will definitely be able to be a guest at your daughter's wedding with Cari on your wedding staff. She is awesome! From set-up to take-down, Cari was there every step of the way. At the end of the reception that night (midnight, by the way), my mom was prepared change into a sweatsuit to pack and load all our wedding items into her car. Instead, Cari was standing there with my mom's car keys and everything had been packed and loaded (the cargo area of her Chevy Tahoe was full). All my mom had to do was get in the car and drive away! Cari's experince and expertise during the planning stage was invaluable. My numerous emails to her were always responded to in a timely manner and her suggestions were very helpful.

Let's just say I would not have had my dream wedding if it wasn't for Cari. This was a vow renewal for me and my husband and growing up in california I knew one day I wanted to have a ceremony in my home state. I really needed the help of someone who knew what to do. She was the only recommended vendor at the Mandalay Beach Resort at that time and I was sort of nervous having only one choice but she is all you need. After speaking with her, she put my mind at ease. I wanted a wedding on the beach and she is the expert in getting that done. I didn't even know where to begin in getting the permit but she got it all done for me. Since I was planning all of this from the east coast her past experience and expertise help made my california beach wedding a reality. She has great taste and was always so accomodating especially for a bride that was planning everything out of state. We only met four days prior to the day and she always took everything in stride even when our flight was cancelled and we missed a day of planning. She was very reassuring when things were getting crazy and let me know that all my vendors she referred me to were top notched and so not to worry. She was ever the professional and very detail oriented to make sure that my day went without a hitch. I was very relaxed on my day and enjoyed every moment. She was very helpful at making my wedding ceremony and reception so beautiful. Because of all her help, I got a hawaiian themed beach wedding, a great luau menu buffet with an open bar, hawaiian entertainment and a karaoke lounge room all within the confines of my budget. Great job Cari! I will always remember what you did for me, my husband and family and friends.

Cari was the best thing that could have ever happened to us. Prior to meeting with her, my dad didn't think that having a planner was really that necessary.. within just a few minutes of meeting with her, he said he couldn't imagine doing the wedding without her. She answered every question we had, found vendors last minute for us when ours fell through, and was a huge support throughout the entire process. Every vendor told us that we were incredibly lucky whenever we told them Cari was our planner-everyone had nothing but compliments about her. When I broke my ankle 2 weeks before the wedding, Cari stepped up and took care of anything that needed to be done that I wasn't able to take care of, our wedding went perfectly, the ceremony was beautiful-even with 7 kids in the wedding party, she kept everything right on track!! I honestly can't imagine our wedding without Cari as part of it-by far one of the most amazing women I have ever met!! Cari-thank you for everything that you did.. I wish we could get married all over, just to get to work with you again.. we miss you!!!!!

Cari is amazing! I never anticipated that I would even have a wedding planner thinking that I could do it all myself since we were planning a small, simple event. I quickly realized that I was going to need help given that I lived 2+ hours away and all friends/family lived out of town as well. I immediately clicked with Cari's personality over the phone and after meeting her I knew that I was in good hands. She quickly understood my taste and vision and was always available to me when I needed advise and suggestions. I was surprisingly calm on my wedding day knowing that Cari was handling everything down to the very last detail. If I ever have any other event to plan, Cari would be my first call. I hired Cari with All Occasions Events mainly because I had been in so many weddings where the bride and bridesmaids ran around doing stuff for the wedding causing a ton of unecessary stress. Cari was so amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process. Although I only hired her for day of she was always quick to answer any questions I had during the planning process. She directed us well during our rehersal and came through for some last minute crisis'! On our big day there was a serious time crunch and she handled everything flawlessly. My husband remarked afterwards how touched he was by how much she cared about all of the details on our day. I was able to relax knowing someone who is just as type 'A' as myself was in charge. In retrospect I wish I would have hired her for the full planning. She is amazing!

Cari was very helpful, especially with last minute changes or items that needed to addressed. She was so helpful with picking up last minute items we had forgotten and really made the wedding run smoothly. It took so much stress off of us for those final days especially. We hired Cari at short notice and she was immediately on top of things. She gave us great suggestions and was so easy to work with. She was very good at what she did, asking important questions before the wedding and learning the names of family and the wedding party. Our wedding day flowed well with only one glitch for which she came up with a solution. Everything seemed to be ready and on schedule at each point in the day, and all this with minimal clarifications/reminders from her. Cari was very much like a good friend who didn't mind working through our wedding day!

Cari at All Occasions Event Planning was incredible for our wedding - I can't imagine the day without her! Cari was available early on in the planning process to provide feedback, advice & assistance via email and phone and proved indispensable in helping us decide on some of the finer details of the day. She has a lot of experience with a variety of weddings and so her professional knowledge often helped us know what would and wouldn't work. I also liked that in addition to familiarizing herself with all the vendors before the big day, Cari also took the time to learn the dynamics of our family & bridal party. This made a lot of the weekend much smoother & was commented on as a nice touch by several people. We did have some vendor issues & guest situations on our wedding day but for the most part I was unaware of them because she would handle everything per the conversations we'd had during planning. It took a lot of trust to put my wedding day into another person's hands after we spend so much time planning it, but I couldn't be more pleased that I choose Cari for the responsibility!

Cari is amazing, she goes above and beyond. Great attention to detail. She put every detail into place that i wanted and asked for and helped everything come together. She also helped to put out the flames of a few issues with vendors. I highly recommend her for any event you have although she did my wedding. In my opinion she doesn't charge enough. To give you an idea of her dedication to making her clients feel taken care of she went 40 miles out of her way which she wasn't paid to do and wasn't asked (she offered) to go pick up my wedding dress the day before the wedding (the bridal shop had made a serous boo boo they were fixing last minute) and went and got my dress and dealt with the bridal shop and had it waiting for me to put on at my venue. This made the weekend so much less stressful. She's Amazing! The day of was as stress free as you can get for the day of your wedding. LOVE HER

Cari will All Occasions Event Planning was amazing. She took care of a lot of details on our wedding day. We ended up making our own ceremony programs and table top center pieces for our reception. However we ran out of time and she gladly took over and finished up for us. She folded our ceremony programs and printed out our table center piece names. We had our ceremony at Alice Keck Park in Santa Barbara. There happened to be a limo nearby blasting music right before our ceremony. I was about to ask Cari to tell them to turn it down but before I could say anything she was on it and marched right over and asked them to turn down their music, which they did. And at the reception, I didn't have a throw away bouquet for the bouquet toss. I wasn't about to toss mine. I didn't know what to do. And thanks to Cari and her quick thinking, she grabbed some flowers that were utilized as ceremony decor and gave those for me to toss. These are examples of some of the on the spot things that happened to us and Cari took care of it. We were glad to have Cari there to not only help us plan before but to take care of us and the rest of our vendor team the day of our wedding. Both my husband and I highly recommend Cari with All Occasions Event Planning. It was comforting to know that there was someone there to facilitate and to problem solve and address whatever came our way on our wedding day.

Cari was the perfect wedding planner. She organized 11 bridesmaids, 12 groomsmen, 2 flower girls, 1 ringbearer, 200 guests. She made my daughter's day the happiest day of her life. She took care of everything and I was able to enjoy the day, too. The bakery failed to decorate the cake, but Cari and her assistant took the shells that were around the cake and decorated it beautifully. Cari is organized, efficient, creative and lots of fun.

Carrie is the best wedding planner a couple can have in every way..while the bride is nervous she just hires Carrie and Carrie makes sure everything is perfect. I recommend every couple hire her. I am sorry we didnt hire her through our whole engagement but the few months we did i got to relax. i received so many complments about her after our wedding

Cari at All Occasion was a wonderful coordinator and a great value. I only hired a coordinator because the venue we booked required one, but after it was all said and done I'm so glad I hired Cari. I only wish I hired her sooner because she booked another wedding for my wedding day. Because of that, I worked with Cari for everything up until the actual wedding, but her assistant Glady was the "day of" coordinator. Glady was good, but more like a pinch-hitter and I would have preferred Cari for the day of just for continuity. She's awesome and gets the job done. She's polite but pushy with the vendors when she needs to be, and made me feel at ease the whole time. Totally low maintenance. Plus, she hooked me up with other incredible vendors, including the ceremony musician, floral designer, and invitation specialist. She has wonderful contacts. I recommend All Occassion without a doubt.
