All Seasons Floral Preservation

I discovered this vendor through a link on a wedding site just a few days before my daughter’s wedding. I was looking for a unique gift for her and her husband and I knew, once I visited the website, that this was it.

After the wedding, I express mailed her wedding bouquet to All Seasons Floral Preservation. Upon notification that the bouquet was in very good condition and could be pressed, I made an appointment to go to the business location in Sterling, VA to determine the design.

I met Mary Beth, one of the owners, who was very professional and personable. She was a pleasure to work with in creating the design of the piece, including layout, background mat color, frame color and size. Thereafter, Theresa, the other owner, went to work on the bouquet and did an excellent job of recreating the bouquet from the pressed flowers. When I went back to pick up the piece, I was more than pleased. It was too beautiful for words. I was amazed at how she built up the bouquet so that it did not look flat, but 3-dimensional. Also, the original bouquet stem cover and ribbon were used that maintained its authenticity.

I presented it to my daughter on Mother's Day and she was absolutely amazed and just as awestruck as I had been. Her husband loved it also.

If you decide to have a set of flowers from a wedding or other occasion made into a pressed floral art piece, you will not be disappointed. Recognize that this is a unique piece of art work so there is a cost to be considered, but I believe it is more than worth it!

My daughter and son-in-law were married in September. My son-in-law is Greek and his parents had the traditional Greek headdresses made (stephania) for the ceremony. This made for a unique challenge. How do I preserve the bouquet, the stephania and make a meanigful and memorable keepsake for my children. I remembered seeing All Season's Preserved at a craft show many years ago and I asked Mary Beth and Theresa to help me with this project. The art work was magnificent and the newlyweds loved it. It is a true memory of their very special day. I recommend this highly.

Preserving my bouquet was something I had not even remotely thought about until I came back from my honeymoon, and my mom told me she had been keeping my bouquet in the fridge. At which point, it was three weeks old and not looking so hot. I began to panic, I had done no research, I had no idea who to call. I found All Seasons on WeddingWire and quickly tried to get an appt.

Mary Beth was amazing. She called me back right away, scheduled an appt, and within 24 hours I was handing her my wilted bouquet. She explained that since they don't use the entire flower when pressing, most of them could actually be saved. She moved so quickly to help me and got my bouquet ready that night. They even substituted some of the flowers that were too far gone with some from their garden, so I could keep my favorite colors in the pressing. The end result is fantastic, I could not be more pleased.

I would highly recommend All Seasons Floral Preservation to any bride. They were friendly, easy to work with, and incredibly talented. Its a wonderful way to keep your bouquet forever. I would just recommend starting earlier than me.

Like most brides, my plan was to hang my beautiful wedding bouquet upside down in my guest room shower, wait for it dry out, then pray it doesn’t get crushed or fall apart as the years go by. Then I found Mary Beth and I was immediately thrilled with the prospect of preserving my bouquet in its original glory and protected forever in a frame. Two weeks after my wedding I met with Mary Beth and she patiently and thoughtfully walked me through the process of choosing the frame, matting, and describing the intricate and delicate details they use to press each individual petal and then reconstruct the bouquet to look exactly like it did the day I got married. She picked up the flowers from my place of work and I mailed her a picture or two of the bouquet that my photographer had taken, and then ten weeks later, my art was ready. I am THRILLED with how absolutely gorgeous it is. The frame, the matting, and each individual petal, stem, leaf, bud, and even ribbon is exactly as I remembered and beautifully pieced together. I feel like I now have a family heirloom that I can pass on to my children for generations to come, and feel confident it will last forever and always take my breath away. This was truly one of the best decisions I had made with my wedding planning and recommend it to every bride!

I used All Seasons Floral Preservation to preserve a combination of all the flowers used in my rehearsal dinner and my wedding. The finished product is more beautiful than I could have imagined! Most wonderful way to save a wedding floral bouquet. Purchased a piece for one of my best friends for a wedding present. I had noticed some of All Seasons artwork at a friend's house. I made a mental note to use All Season after I got married. Mary Beth first invited me in to discuss the possibilities of the artwork. I received my floral arrangement as a gift from my mother and I could not be more happy with it! Theresa Hambleton and Mary Beth Lopresti were among the most wonderful people we had the pleasure to work with for our wedding keepsakes. We made the decision to have my floral bouquet pressed and preserved in a floral art piece at the last minute and Mary Beth was absolutely wonderful to work with in making all of the arrangements to drop off my bouquet and giving us plenty of time to give them the additional pieces needed to finish the artwork (we added a photograph and an invitation to our artpiece). Our wedding was in June and we JUST picked up our framed art due to schedule conflicts and photo issues. Mary Beth and her sister were patient and curtious and absolutely wonderful. When some of my flowers didn't press wel (they had been frozen en route to them)l, they pressed others of the same type to make sure my bouquet was exactly as it had been for our wedding day. Both my Husband and I will cherish our beautiful keepsake they made for us. Thanks again!

We were referred by a local florist, after we had difficulty finding a company in the Washington metropolitan area offering a flower preservation service. We were impressed both with the sisters' artistic ability, and with their patience and sense of humor when the project dragged on. (The fault was not theirs.) Ultimately, the keepsakes that were created for the bride/groom and the maid of honor met, if not exceeded, our expectations.

This is the most beautiful way we could have preserved our wedding flowers. I decided literally days before our wedding to use the services of All Seasons Floral Preservation. Our art came out sooooooo beautifully. This was a lot better usage of my wedding bouquet rather than hanging it upside down and drying it. My husband and I also purchased one for my parents as an ultimate wedding gift. We shipped it to them for Christmas and we hope they enjoy their gift. It is really worth it to preserve the best day of your life for the rest of your life.

Preserving my daughter's wedding bouquet was an after thought. Two days after the wedding I found All Seasons Floral Preservation, made contact with Mary Beth and dropped off the bouquet. My daughter had no idea I was doing this, which made me nervous, but Mary Beth assured me that she would work with her. She did not let us down.

Mary Beth has albums that you can look through, plus a wide selection of fames and mats to choose from. There were even actual samples of floral art work to see. She offered good advice and together we selected the style, mat and frame to create just the look that my daughter wanted.

Preserving our wedding flowers with All Seasons Floral was an excellent decision. Flowers were one of the more expensive parts of our wedding, and I hated to see them wilt and get thrown away. Other vendors who preserved the flowers freezedried them and put them in a 3-D cube of some sort. While this was nice and would have preserved the flowers, there was no place to display such a piece in our home. All Seasons Floral was the only place I knew of that would turn our wedding flowers into Art. The framed pressed flowers are hanging in our living room and every guest we have to our home comments on how lovely they are. Mary Beth was excellent to work with, she called me back every time I called her. I also changed my mind about the piece several times before it was finalized. She was professional and friendly. My florist recommended All Seasons Floral Preservations and I had no idea what I wanted to do with my flowers after the wedding, except that I wanted to keep them in some way. I called Mary Beth a couple months before the wedding and she referred me to their website (which has a great display of their work) and took the time to meet with me. I went through several books she had of flowers, she was very patient and was great for offering advice, but not pushing me one way or other. We talked through several of my ideas and capture what flowers I wanted to preserve from my wedding.
She and her sister created two beautiful pieces of artwork. One was an 11x14 of just the flowers from my bouquet and the other was an 8x10 of some of the special flowers from the wedding (like my husband's boutinnere) along with our wedding invitation. Both pieces looked amazing! The 11x14 is already on the wall in my bedroom!

I carried Calli Lilies that had very long stems and the day after my wedding they started to brown and I was worried that they would not last to be preserved. All Seasons Floral Preservation provided a fabulous way for us to keep the memory of my daughter's beautiful wedding day florals alive. Their attention to every detail made it so easy for us to have her bouquet preserved and framed. Shipping the bouquet off for pressing the day after the wedding was easy. They returned phone calls and email promptly, setting up design appointments was a breeze and the final results were spectacular! I would never have dreamed the true vibrant colors of gerbera daisys, lilies, delphinium and stock would preserve so well. ASFP took apart EACH flower and pressed the petals individually, then reassembled them into a georgeous framed piece of art to surround a photo of my daughter on her special day. This was a great way to remember a special day in our lives. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I used this vendor to preserve my beautiful wedding bouquet. We had it dried and then framed. Although it was somewaht pricey - I LOVE IT!!! It was worht every penny! It looks gorgeous and everytime I pass the artwork in the hall way, it reminds me of our beautiful wedding day. I loved working with All Seasons Floral Preservation! Mary Beth was incredibly friendly and helpful. My bouquet from my May 22, 2011 wedding was incredibly special to me and I wanted to find a way to preserve it after the wedding as it contained the favorite flowers (pink tulips, lilacs, deep purple iris, red roses, asiatic lilies, and sunflowers) representative of all the important women in my life, including those of my mother, my (now) husband's mother and stepmother, and my bridesmaids--some of my closest friends and family. I found All Seasons through a bridal showcase, and I'm so glad I did. I dropped my bouquet off the day after the wedding and met with Mary Beth at her house in Sterling. She's so nice and easy to work with. I picked the background color and the frame to go with the flowers (a lavender background and a beautifully edged wood grain frame). I e-mailed some pictures of the bouquet as it looked on the wedding day to her, per her request sometime in early to mid June. Then my floral art (I decided to have the bouquet and my husband's boutonniere, a deep purple iris, pressed in their exact likeness) were ready to pick up in late July. The flowers looked gorgeous! Now, they are a bit pricey, but for what you get, a one-of-a-kind piece of pressed floral art to hang on your wall with true meaning and memories behind it, there's no better way to preserve your bouquet!

All Seasons turned my wedding bouquet into beautifully preserved framed artwork. I highly recommend them.

I decided to have my flowers preserved at the last possible minute (the wedding had already happened, and I just couldn't bear to throw them away!). So when I contacted All Seasons I wasn't expecting that I would still be able to preserve them but I wanted to give it a last ditch effort. Mary Beth was so helpful and flexible in arranging a convenient and time sensitive meeting for me to drop off my flowers, pick out my designs, and get the process started.

Throughout the process I was contacted only when necessary or when there was a design question. I thought it was great that they consulted me when they had a question instead of just going ahead and doing it their way. The finished products are amazing. We purchased one product for ourselves and "parent pictures" with flowers in them for our parents. We just gave them to them for Christmas and they LOVED them. It will be a timeless momento of a beautiful day, we will treasure the work that was put into creating these forever.

I had not planned on preserving my flowers until I stumbled across the all seasons floral preservation website from my florist's website... then I thought it was a wonderful idea! We spent a good bit of money on flowers for the wedding, and wanted a way to cherish their look, so this was perfect! My husband and I ordered one art piece for us (with my bridal bouquet) and then 2 smaller arrangements with pictures for our mothers for Christmas. Mary Beth was very flexible, personable and honest. She had our order prepared within 1 month of ordering our designs, just in time for Christmas. While the price is a little high, we felt it was worth it since it takes a lot of talent and patience to do what they do. We asked for our extra pressed flowers not used in our artwork, in case we want to use it for future projects or frames of our own... I would highly recommend Mary Beth and All Seasons Floral Preservation.

I used All Seaons to preserve my boquet, and it looks beautiful! It was a little pricier than I would have thought, but cost exactly as much as they estimated it. My husband actually made fun of me for wanting to do this, but he thinks it looks really good.

Mary Beth was wonderful. Our whole process started off a little shakey, as my mother dropped off the flowers after droping us off at the air port. This worked out perfectly though, because by the time we got back we were ready to take a look at the framing ideas and see what the flowers looked like. the only hitch we had was almost not getting the photos from our photographer in time for the holidays, but Mary Beth took the digital images and had them printed for us and ready in the frames in time to give to our inlaws for the holidays. They did a great job, and the whole family is extreamely pleased.

It was only after my wedding that I decided to have my flowers preserved. Mary Beth was extremely pleasant to work with during the entire process. My husband I are more into contemporary art than traditional. Most the floral preservation Mary Beth and her sister do is traditional so it took some brainstorming between us to come up with some unique ideas. Mary Beth was extremely open to our ideas and somehow was able to express our ideas just as we had visualized. We felt comfortable that they would come up with a design that suited us. What they created is absolutely awesome! The price for the preservation is on the high side; however, since this was a last minute decision on my part, I didn't do any comparisons with any other vendors. Mary Beth and her sister did a phenomenal job and every time I walk past the frame, I think of our wedding.

I didn't think about preserving my bouquet until the day after the wedding, but with All Seasons Floral Preservation it didn't matter. My mom was able to drop my bouquet off the Monday after my wedding, without any reservations or prior contact with them. When we were planning my bouquet art, they had so many options and ideas for what we could do. If you present them with a challenge, like replicating my grandmother's antique pin, which was attached to my bouquet at the wedding, they will meet it head on. In the end, my bouqet art turned out better than I expected, and the photo of grandmother's pin that they used looks real. I'd definitely recommend All Seasons if you want to cherish your bouquet for life.

The end product was very beautiful and I'm glad I got my bouquet preserved and framed. It was pretty pricey, but I think all flower preservation (at least in the DC are) is. For a few hundred dollars though you get a very long lasting memento of your big day that you can actually display and not just keep in a box. For me, it was worth it. :)

Mary Beth and her team did an amazing job preserving a special bouquet for my mother-in-law. The end result could not have been more beautiful or more perfectly suited for the gift that we envisioned--and she absolutely loved it. It was definitely a pricey service, but it made my mother-in-law's year (in addition to her son getting married, of course). Mary Beth's work made me wish I had preserved my bouquet!

Mary Beth was so easy and flexible to work with. After getting her name from the florist who created my bouquet, I called Mary Beth several days after my wedding and I was able to drop off the flowers that day! My mom and I took our time deciding on the design and layout of the 11x14 frame we selected. I choose to make our wedding invitation and reception card the focal point of the piece and incorporated the 2 most prominent flowers of my bouquet into the design. Theresa (Mary Beth's sister who does the artwork) did a great job capturing what we wanted; we gave pretty detailed instruction as to the design, and it turned out better than I ever thought it would. Mary Beth did a wonderful job drying and pressing the flowers, and Theresa's artistry with the layout and her attention to detail created a beautiful piece of artwork that will forever be a special memento of my wedding day.

I really loved the idea for the preservation of my wedding flowers. It was a like pricey, but was one of those moments in life that you really want to save. I have a gorgeous picture with my flowers accented around the sides. The could do just about anything in the frame, all flowers (even a replica bouquet), to including a picture, invitation, whatever you could think of. Very friendly and easy to work with, great people.

I was not aware this service existed before the wedding. I returned from my honeymoon to learn my mother-in-law had taken my flowers here. I did not immediately love the designs they offered. They were eager to work with me to create something just for me. We receive tons of complements and love the unique art work. They were great to work with, very flexible, and helpful. A little pricey, but worth it to preserve your flowers. Mary Beth was able to fix up a photo for me (get rid of shiny forhead and enhance the background) to make my picture look excellent. The artwork looked great, I wish they had used a little bit more of the flowers though. She's very flexible as to when you can stop by.
