All The Right Grooves

I lucked out when I booked All The Right Grooves. They were so busy and just happened to have my day open. They are so reasonably priced and after meeting them for the first time, My husband and I knew that they were the DJ's for us. We had he best music played, they stayed away from my "do not play list". Guests danced all night. Everything was perfect. They were so in tune with what we wanted that I never worried about a thing. They also did my ceremony music. Although I couldn't hear it, guests stopped me afterward and told me it was amazing and they just loved the prelude music.

Overall I couldn't be happier with my decision and I would recommend them to any couple getting married in the Charlotte/surrounding areas!!!

This company is absolutely AMAZING! There is a reason you will not find one negative review. Jill came all the way to Raleigh from Charlotte at a very reasonable rate. We got tons of compliments on the style, volume of the music, and flow of the evening. She made every announcement that we asked and completely "nailed" our style. We could not be more pleased! She was also completely responsive to our many requests and would get back to us within minutes of an email during the planning process. We LOVED All the Right Grooves!!!

I met with All The Right Grooves and immediately knew we should go with them. The day of was hectic and even though we had made a schedule...I loved how they knew things change. They made changes as the night went on but asked me about each and every one. They were always responsive and very professional.They were amazing!!!

Jill was amazing at our reception!!! Very professional & easy to work with. Everyone keeps telling us how much FUN our wedding was. People were on the dance floor the entire time, except for during dinner. We did give Jill a pretty big wish list, which she completely delivered!! I have no doubt that even without a wish list, she would have played what we wanted to hear. Everyone had so much fun!! My husband Jay & I totally LOVED it!!! Music makes the party, so ATRG is who you need on your team to entertain your wedding!! Trust me, you won't regret it. The best part of all: the 2 playlist CD's Jill gave us at the end filled with all our fave songs!!!! AWESOME!!!!

Bethany was exceptional. I found her from this board and am SO thrilled that I booked them. Everybody's right - run, don't walk, to book them. She was the perfect emcee but wasn't obnoxious. She kept the party going and the dance floor was always full. She even gave us a CD of our must-play list as a surprise. She was an awesome DJ and I hope to see her at other friends' weddings in the future!

Bethany of All The Right Grooves was absolutely phenomenal. I shopped around and spoke with other DJ companys and they were all more expensive, and they wanted to have several meetings to craft the entire music playlist for the reception. I thought that was overkill and I was really looking for a DJ who could take basic direction and then run from there. So when we met with Bethany about 6 months before the wedding, we instantly knew that she was the right person to manage our reception. She promised to act as our coordinator throughout the whole evening, keep an eye on us while we socialize and give us 15 min notice before cake cutting/bouquet & garter/etc, and not be a cheesy 'performer' DJ - just play great music. We were sold, and everything she promised that day she delivered even more than we could have hoped. We provided a Must Play list but we told her to be flexible and just read the crowd. Within 10 minutes after dinner was over, 95% of the wedding guests (all ages from teens to our grandparents) were on the floor and stayed there the ENTIRE night. It was unbelievable. Everyone raved about how great the DJ was. In terms of communication before the wedding, email was best for me and Jill and Bethany were so responsive, and just so easy to work with. I would highly recommend ATRG to anyone, I simply cannot say enough good things about them! And for the price? Selecting them was honestly one of the best decisions we made.

Jill at All The Right Grooves was AWESOME!! She was so responsive throughout the planning process and was welcome to my many, many requests :) Everyone had a great time at our reception and I know a lot of that had to do with the music because there was music for all ages. Pretty sure that every single generation was out there at some point! she really kept me on schedule and reminded me to eat :) Would highly recommend them!!

My groom and I knew we wanted a DJ at our reception but the last few weddings we had attended had us second-guessing whether we wanted to take a chance of getting some crazy DJ that was more of an entertainer (think cheesy magician) then someone that could really help orchestrate our reception. . .and then we met Jill. I cannot rave about how COMPLETELY AMAZING AND WONDERFUL All the Right Grooves was at our reception - we were on the same page immediately about what kind of music to play, and Jill was absoloutely great about keeping us on time. All of our guests raved about how our reception was one of the best run receptions they have attended - and it is thanks to Jill from All the Right Grooves.

Wow, what a party! I had an absolute blast at my wedding reception and I give All The Right Grooves the majority of the credit. Jill was awesome and got a feel for my guests right from the start. The dance floor was packed the entire night and my guests repeatedly told me "how awesome the DJ was." My husband and I did not really give a play list or do not play list and that may have been a big risk. However, Jill totally delivered! I would definitely recommend All The Right Grooves! You will not be disappointed!!

Jill rocked my wedding!! She was amazing from day one. She was very informative and prompt when i had questions. she even emailed me music samples so that i could listen to the different songs I was selecting for ceremony. she even had some great ideas about ceremony music to play- I wanted less traditional music and more mainstream- so she pointed out Vitamin String Quartet's music, and i went with that. She was such a pleasure to work with. I highly highly highly reccommend this company. my wedding day was perfect, and it had a lot to do with Jill and her great ideas, attitude, and professionalism.

Bethany was our DJ for our October 2010 wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She kept everyone dancing and really helped set the mood for the night. You will not be disappointed if you go with All The Right Grooves!!!!

All the Right Grooves did an excellent job for our daughter's wedding. It was fun, relevant, and exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them!

These ladies were amazing. They did the sound for our wedding which was outside. And they were perfect, The reception they kept going at a great pace. They are not gimicky. They play what you want. Did a great pre-wedding interview to really get a feel for what we wanted. And they made us a mixed cd of our wedding music. They could charge MORE because they are THAT good. USE THEM!!!

Best DJ in town!! My husband is Colombian, so we wanted to incorporate some traditional Colombian music into our reception party mix...salsa, merengue, etc. All the Right Grooves did a PERFECT job. I wouldn't have changed a thing...it was awesome.

Once we set our wedding date back in September 08, and booked our venue, I booked ATRG right away without even meeting them or calling them. Just sent in a deposit. THAT is how good word-of-mouth is about them. They are famous on "The Knot" boards for being the best DJ's in NC, and they definitely did not disappoint. Bethany did our reception and she was great. She listened to everything I wanted, and kept the dance floor packed. Best part of all, their prices are VERY reasonable. I want to get married again just to have them come DJ the wedding :) lol. Definitely recommend!

One of the best vendors I have ever worked with. Jill and Bethany were both amazing. They were timely on all their feedback, Bethany was a joy to meet with. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Everyone at the wedding commented on how much they loved the music and what a great job she did. She got people out on the dance floor and they stayed there all night! Amazing!

Jill and Bethany are super professional. They usually answer emails within 30 minutes! Bethany was fabulous and actually gave us a refund of $50 because we left a little earlier than we had originally planned. I wish she would have taken the money as an extra tip!Having All the Right Grooves was our #1 vendor and played a big part to make our wedding great.

DJ was absolutely great. Everyone loved the selection of music and there was a ton of unexpected dancing at the reception. She also wired the ceremony outside and was very prompt and did a great job. She also had a list for us to pick out our first dance and other songs and she played everything she said she would. I would hire her for a wedding or other event and may use here again for an upcoming birthday party. She was awesome!!!

Best DJ ever! We had a blast at our wedding and a lot of that was because of Bethany. The music was awesome and it really got the crowd up and dancing pretty much the whole time. She also went with the flow when our crazy family wanted specific songs and wanted to sing James Brown songs. I would highly recommend All The Right Grooves to anyone. I think some of my friends are already trying to book them for their weddings because they were so impressed by them at our wedding. Thanks, Bethany! You Rock!

Jill was fabulous! I'm not a big dancer, but I danced the night away at my own wedding thanks to her. I was 100% satisfied. You will not go wrong hiring her!!

We were referred to All The Right Grooves from a friend who used them for her wedding reception and we were so glad that we hired them! They were so incredibly professional and fun! We wanted a '90s dance party' vibe and they delivered. Everyone had a great time! I met Bethany on my wedding day. I had done it all long distance and it all worked out beautifully. Several vendors had worked with them before and trusted them completely to do everything well. Bethany was awesome, so cool and easy to work with. Laid back yet very on top of things. My guests were very impressed. She kept my reception on track and allowed me to enjoy myself, immensely.

We absolutely loved both of the ladies at All The Right Grooves. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect soundtrack to the day! They listened to all of our input, combined all the music genres we like, and were excellent at getting people up on the dance floor. They even adjusted everything we asked them to change in our schedule at the last minute perfectly. They were friendly, but they were never in the way or obnoxious. It was somewhat difficult to communicate with them via email at one point, but they more than made up for it when we finally got everything straightened out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Jill & Bethany ROCK! Being in the Raleigh area, I was a little hesitant in having a vendor come all the way from Charlotte, but their backup and disaster plans were better than some of the local DJ's so there was no doubt in my mind that come hell or high water, they'd show up and with fully-functional equipment. Their enthusiasm and love for their careers shows in how they present themselves - their professionalism and positive attitude from the moment meeting them until after our wedding was wonderful.I knew the DJ was an important selection for our wedding day - it can make or break a reception. None of my 'do not play' songs were played, which was great. Also, they played all of my 'must-plays', as well as played off of the dancing crowd to keep everyone dancing and happy. We had SO many compliments on how well everything went at our reception, and most of that credit can be given to ATRG - they have to emcee the event and keep the reception going. They worked well with my other vendors too. I'd recommend them to anyone! Thanks ladies!

By far the BEST vendor for our wedding! The girls were absolutely wonderful. They did everything and I was never worried about a thing - before or during the wedding. Our guests really enjoyed the music and so did we! We can't wait to have the opportunity to book them again!

I recommend All The Right Grooves to everyone. If I ever need a DJ again I will definitely be calling them. I have been to tons of weddings, proms, dances, etc. and they are the best by far. Everyone at my wedding raved about the DJ and still do almost 3 years later.

Jill with All The Right Grooves was great to work with! She really understood the music we wanted to play (not traditional at all) & got everybody out on the dance floor. She used our requests & added in a few additions that were very well received. We even got CDs with all of our music on it at the end of the night!

Phenomenal service. Everytime we spoke to ATRG, the service we got made us feel that we were a real couple that they wanted to please and not just a job to get some cash. We were never talked into more than what we wanted, and they even offered discounts.

I highly recommend them! Bethany was really good at coordinating her music with the live piano players and everyone had a great time dancing. On my wedding day, I didn't have to worry about anything because she really outperformed my highest expectations. Also my wedding was at Angier, NC and they didn't charge me extra for travel. I shopped around and her price was the best.

I had heard lots of rav reviews before booking All the right grooves, and I can't say anything but high remarks for them. The only negative I can express is that I didn't feel things were announced to the guests as well as I would have liked (ie. cake cutting, slide show, etc). Overall music selection was great and we really liked them.

The only all-female DJ company in NC, they work all over the state and bring a special touch of heart and professionalism to every wedding they do. Their personalities are friendly and quiet and they know how to provide the perfect musical backdrop to any event, totally catching the feel their clients have in mind. I always know when I see them at a wedding that we are in for a real treat. Kindness, skill, professionalism and a great playlist make for experienced DJs you will be SO happy you have with you for your wedding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
