Allen Limousine Service

Our wedding started one hour late because the limo and the bus that we rented from allen limousine were extremely late in picking me (the bride) up from the hotel to go to the church. The best part was that on the way over the driver knew he was late so he drove extremely fast and wild to get us there in a less-late manner. As a result, my family and my bridesmaids were literally in the back screaming and hanging on for dear life. In addition, we provided transportation to our guests and the bus was supposed to do two trips from the hotel to the church and vice-versa. On the second trip from the hotel to the church, the bus NEVER showed up. All of my bridesmaids took turns calling the company to find out where the bus was and the customer service we received was not only rude, but ineffective and unhelpful. In the end my family members and friends still waiting on that second bus had to take a cab over to the ceremony (all of our guests were from out of town). I would never recommend this company to anyone and would suggest any other company!! To top it off, the limo drive had to go to another wedding immediately after ours, it was 45 minutes away, he was already an hour late, and he didn't even seem to care.

Our wedding fell on Prom weekend. Just when we thought we wouldn't be able to have a limo, they totally came through for us. Although, it wasn't a stretch limo, the town car was perfect for the two of us.

My review of Allen Limousine Service of Dallas is mixed. The booking of the service was very easy and picking the limousine was easy to. The limousine was new and nice looking. The chauffeur was really friendly and assisted us a bunch. The only problem we had with them as they showed up late and made an error on the time they were supposed to arrive. It was not the chauffeur’s fault it was the person who did the bookings fault. We were a bit upset about the time in which they arrived but the service and quality made up for it.

Arrived at the church on time, great driver, and we arrived at our hotel promptly.

I had used this company for some guests at my work and they were always great to work so I told them I was getting married and they were able to help us out. They showed up on time, actually early and were very professional!

Overall, they got the job done for a reasonable price. We were married right after prom season, when most limo companies will still charge you double, they were reasonable on the price and charged the standard rate. The driver was supposed to get out of the limo and let us know when he arrived at the hotel, which he did not do, he was sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes before we were notified he was there. He was also rude and did not open any doors, ever. He did not end up getting a tip because we had the tip for him when we got back to the hotel after the ceremony, but he didn't bother getting out of the car to open the door or anything, just drove away.

Allen Limousine did exactly as they promised--they were on time, courteous, and friendly.
