I'm so glad that my venue, Lindsay Lakes, recommended that I use Allure Photography -- they are the best! Our photographer, Fernando, was so great! He not only took amazing photos, he made us all feel comfortable and made sure we had a great time! He listened to what I wanted and kept in contact with me before the wedding and on the date of our event. I would definitely recommend Allure Photography to all of my friends and fellow brides!

Melissa our photographer was great! She was so on point with pictures. She was fast and knew all the right poses! Very patient and professional. She was there to capture all of the highlights of the wedding and reception. She was just wonderful! Pictures are posted online for your friends and families to view and they have a great portfolio worthy of bragging rights!

Ruven shot both our engagement and wedding photos and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! He was patient and always open to our thoughts and photo ideas (my husband is quite the amateur photopgraher ;o) And after pricing several local photogrpahers, you can't beat the value. Allure Photography was wonderful! They were very flexible when we were trying to figure out when to do my bridal pictures. They made me feel so comfortable during the bridals! They did an amazing job at our wedding!! They stayed out of the way, but still caputured the most important parts of our wedding! I would highly recommend them!

Ruven at Allure Photography has a keen eye for detail; his photo settings are unique and original. He is very creative when it comes to setting up photo shoots, getting backgrounds and images that one wouldn't ordinarily think of. He was very open to meeting us several miles from Houston to take engagement pics in the country, which turned out phenominal. He also did our wedding photos, and we couldn't be more pleased. And the choices! Wow! He takes LOTS of pictures! Very professional. Very outgoing/friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Allure did a beautiful job with my wedding photos. I got every picture I requested and the were all wonderful. They are all so good that it's hard to choose a favorite! They got great shots of all of the guests and all of the event. I will recommend them to anyone I know that's getting married.

Allure Photography did all the photos related to my wedding. They did our engagement photos, my bridal photos, and our wedding photos. All of my photos turned out WONDERFUL!!!! I got so many compliments on all my photos. Ruven and Melissa both do an excellent job. They are very creative and have a great eye for the end result.

Allure Photography is fabulous! From start to finish they were great to work with. They return phone calls and emails very promptly. They were patient with all of my questions, and flexible when my schedule had to change. The photos of my wedding are absolutely amazing. They capture the magic of the day in a way that I never expected. I love that their style goes from classic wedding photos to photo journalistic style photos and of course the very artsy photos! There was such a variety of photos to choose from! Ruven shot our wedding (and my bridal portraits) and the two biggest pieces of feedback I heard from guests at our wedding were 1) his attention to detail (during posed shots) and 2) how unobtrusive he was. The next time I (or anyone else in our families) need professional photos Allure Photography will be our first (and only!) phone call!

I highly recommend Allure Photography! They are the best! I booked them for my wedding. After I saw their work, I wish I would have set up a bridal session as well. They are a pleasure to work with and extrememly good at their job!

When we were looking for photographers, we had a fairly low budget and Allure Photography was one of the few photographers we could find online that had both prices within our range and high quality pictures/good shots. Ruven was by far the most professional and talented photographer we talked to. We got so many compliments both on his presence at our wedding and on the actual pictures. Ruven gets all the shots you want, all the angles you want, and all his pictures turned out amazing. He's very easy and personable to work with too and is willing to either suggest ideas or run with whatever you suggest. He's very responsive to all my emails, usually within just a few hours. I would 100% hire him again, there was absolutely nothing I didn't like about Allure. :)

Ruben was my photographer through allure although they all do amazing work I liked his style. I had no idea what photographer to use unwell I chose to got which Lindsay lakes and they were recommended I was a little scared but I asked to meet with someone from allure to go over what I wanted and Ruben happily agreed, the meeting went great I felt completely comfortable. With whim shooting my wedding and was extremely impressed he did a wonderful job and for a affordable price I would recommend him to anyone because not him I have amazing pictures to show my grandchildren children. He makes u feel comfortable and is very professional, he shoots amazing shots and tells u exactly how to pose, he's a perfectionist so if u have a strand of hair in ur face he will point it out to make u look ur best etc. He's awesome.

We hired Ruven at Allure Photography for our engagement and wedding photos. He's such a friendly and easy going guy, so it made our photo sessions a lot of fun. I was not really big on having a professional photographer at my wedding (my father-in-law is a great amateur photographer), but decided to hire Allure Photography for the event for the benefit of my photo-loving family. And I was so glad I did...

Ruven did a fantastic job photographing my wedding. We were able to get all of the photos done in a timely manner, and they all turned out great! Moreover, Ruven was able to capture some of the hilarious, off-the-cuff moments that make each wedding unique (like when one guest's girlfriend, who none of us knew, snatched the bouquet out of the hands of my friend who had caught it). Finally, Ruven was extremely patient with everyone, and was able to communicate clearly and efficiently what would look best in each photo.

Allure Photography was a great deal financially -- I feel that we got LOTS of high-quality, meaningful photos for a very good price.

Ruven did an awesome job capturing every aspect of our wedding. I noticed things in the pictures that I didn't even notice the night of the wedding because it all went by so fast. I was a little worried about the lighting because my wedding was outside and it was dark by the end of the ceremony, but the pictures turned out great. Thanks!!!

I was extremely impressed with Allure Photography! They were always quick and helpful in responses through phone or email! The day of the wedding they were prompt and dressed nice! They were very busy doing their work, but also nice and fun! I was thrilled with the prompt turnaround with the pictures ( less than 2 weeks!) and they turned out great! The photographer had great ideas for the pictures and also was sure to ask if there were any specific pictures I wanted. I would recommend Allure to anyone for any occasion!

Ruven with Allure Photography is definitely one of my favorite vendors from my wedding. This was my experience with him:

-I was a little nervous before the wedding because I really didn't talk to Ruven much at all leading up to the wedding. I live in California and had my wedding in Houston (my husband and I are from Houston), so my meeting or speaking with vendors was extremely limited.
-The day of the wedding Ruven was extremely nice and I was relieved that at the very least I was very comfortable with my photographer. He came across very experienced with weddings, knew what shots he wanted to get but at the same time very receptive to any requests I had.
-Throughout the reception I had -guests- compliment me on my photographer choice because they noted how he seemed to be everywhere getting shots. I got the same compliments the next day day.
-I got the pictures a little under two WEEKS after the wedding. Edited and online for us & our guests to look at. I don't know if that is normal but I was so excited to see that!
-My husband & I loved the pictures. I was actually a little surprised because I thought the pictures on the Allure website were just alright and worth the price, but when I saw my pictures I just loved them. We couldn't have wanted anything more.
-Ruven has been so timely about everything. The photos were posted quickly, as noted, and the DVD of pictures were sent shortly after that.

The only reason he didn't get a 5/5 is because I think the website is a little slow (and doesn't do him justice) and the pictures aren't the absolute best pictures I ever saw while looking online at wedding photos. But they're pretty close and for his price range, I would definitely say 5/5 ...or better!

We hired Ruven for our engagement session and wedding day pictures. Ruven has a very artistic eye and provides good direction if you're lost in front of the camera during the engagement session. Ruven did a great job with capturing those quite special moments during the wedding and engagement session. He did an awsome job of capturing all important wedding details...down to the wedding favors and escort cards :) Every moment of my wedding was captured beautifully and I'm so happy Ruven was my wedding photographer. I would strongly recommend Allure Photography to anyone.

Allure photography was amazing. The photos were flattering and the editing looked great. They even choose some to do black and white and have my flowers stick out in color. I loved the effect it created. They took over 1000 photos of the wedding and reception. They captured the feel of the wedding and how much fun we had at our reception. I would highly recommend for future brides.

Alure Photography recently photographed our wedding October 23rd. Ruven and his team were all over our wedding and ceremony and very thorough. Even our family & friends commented on how the photographers were relentless in capturing all the special moments of our big day. They were efficient during the pre and ceremony shots so as to get us into our party as quickly as possible. Once there, we were able to simply enjoy ourselves and trust that Allure had all of our photos covered. When we received the links and DVD's - we were so impressed with how well Allure captured the "story of us". There were photos in there we didn't even remember, nor knew happened ... your wedding day is such a whirlwind that to see all of the photos was truly an amazing experience. It helped us re-live our day all over again, and even learn of other stories! I reccomend to future brides Allure Photography. My only advice would be to meet with them a few times beforehand to communicate your wants/needs. This ensures a solid plan & expectations for amazing results!

Ruven was very helpful in coming up with ideas for the engagement shots that were unique and made us feel like we were getting not only photographs but artistic ideas in creating them. Also, my husband had one request on our wedding day: that the photographer be invisible and not ask to take too many posed shots. Ruven was invisible and the photos came out awesome and so many classic candid shots were taken. He and his team are really easy to work with and more than willing to accomodate a hectic schedule.

Allure Photography is truly a professional in the wedding industry. I have worked with them and I'm never disappointed. I'm sure you will fill the same.
