Always a Bridesmaid Boutique

If I would be able to give a negative 5.0, that would be what they deserve. Please BEWARE!!!! Go anywhere else for your bridesmaid dresses. Manager(who is never around) and seamstress are both very rude and unprofessional. I had my shoes and purse dyed to match my dress and they came out a completely different color. I was given a nasty attitude by the manager and not given a refund for damaging my shoes and bag. Several of the other bridesmaid were screamed at by the seamstress for their dresses not fitting (if the salesgirls took proper measurements and ordered correctly, this wouldn't be an issue). On one occassion, the manager and seamstress verbally attacked one of the other bridesmaids making her cry. On a separate occassion, another bridesmaid's dress was not taken in enough and they threatened to not do any further alteration because they believed she lost too much weight and they shouldn't have to do extra work(she lost 2 pounds, clearly the seamstress did not take the dress in enough based on the first fitting).
Overall, unprofessional, dishonest, sloppy work. Spend your money elsewhere!! No one should pay for this type of treatment by anyone.

TO ALL BRIDES

At always a bridesmaid boutique me and all my girls were very happy with the service.We did have someone who lived in florida that they were very accommidating to they had them call in there measurements and they shipped the dress to them in florida.There was 8 girls in my bridal party and everything went smooth from beginning to when dresses were picked up.This store is very profesional and helpful.I cant wait to be in another party to go back to always a bridesmaid boutique.

bought my girls dresses here. The dresses were gorgeous the staff was top notch and I had a big selection to choose from . The prices were average to every other place I could have found them cheaper but that makes me nervous when somethings that much cheaper then everyone else ... Just a hint though if you need a saturday or night appointment for fittings call more then a week before , they were very helpful trying o get us appointments for fittings but you need to call in advance.

i haven't had any such problems as the person who wrote before me. they had a very large selection of dresses, the consultants were very helpful and nice, and we've been able to schedule fittings smoothly. they recently renovated their shop to include a lot more room and it's a lot easier to move around. we had a bridesmaid from out of town and they gave us the dress with plenty of time for it to be altered. maybe they could have taken a little discount off her dress since the prices do include alterations and she wasn't able to get them there. but it's not that big of a deal honestly. overall a nice place to go!

I have been a bridesmaid 6 times in the last year and a half, in addition to planning my own wedding which is in the next few months, and I have never had a worse experience as I did with this place. Just like in the other review, the store refused to accommodate myself and another bridesmaid who were from out of town and had trouble getting there for alterations. An entire month prior to the wedding was not enough time to complete one fitting, which hardly required any work at all. When I agreed to pick it up only 5 days before the wedding, I was told I could only come at 5pm and if that was not good for me then I would have to go somewhere else. They charged me $30 just for a set of cups and refused to reimburse me even after getting away without doing my alterations. When I called the store to complain to a manager, I was screamed at and actually hung up on by the owner. She told me it was "out of the question" to give any reimbursements or to accommodate me in any way. I was told that I was being "rude" when I attempted to make my complaint to the owner. The response that she wrote below is the complete opposite of how she treats customers. I would absolutely never go back or send anyone i know there ever again....
