Amador Events

Amador Events did all of my florals for the wedding and I couldnt have asked for anything better. All of the flowers were absolutely FANTASTIC! I couldnt have asked for more perfect florals!
I planned my California wedding from New York with the help of my wedding coordinator who introduced me to Amador Events. Seeing as I was far away, I didnt get to meet or look at anything in person. But I did give them a few ideas, colors and overall theme. I was a little worried cause it wasnt a lot of information, but it was all they needed to understand exactly what I was looking for. I definetly reccommend their services!!

Karla was not only amazing she was a LIFE SAVER! I honestly have no idea what I would have without her! The day of the wedding we were suddenly made aware that we had less than an hour of setup time and I was freaking out! She calmed me down and the wedding was setup without any problems. If their were any problems she encountered I did not hear about or notice them, and that to me is the important part. She is such a sweetheart too, very friendly and down to earth. Do yourself a favor and invest in someone worth investing!

Karla was a delight to work with. She is flexible, great at negotiating, and will work with your budget. But that is not all, she has many GREAT ideas, and can help you achieve your dream wedding! She will bring your perfect day to life and even more! For our wedding at The Orange County Perfoming Arts Center, she shared her great ideas with us and suggested different options that we hadn't thought of or would have, and those were the details that truly set our wedding apart from the norm and made our wedding stand out. Amador Events will ensure that all vendors are on time and make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish. The best part is that they're basically your one stop shop for all your essential wedding day neccessities. Florals, Chairs, Lighting, Linens, you name it! Truly professional! I would highly recommend them!

Karla is amazing, there’s not much more to say. She was able to make our wedding day perfect. We had over 200 people at an outdoor wedding/indoor reception. She did a great job of handling our vendors, and making sure that any issues that came up were taken care of quickly and without fail. She was always professional and very straight forward with you if there were any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Karla, we would not have had the wedding that we did if not for her. Thank you Karla for making or day amazing.

Karla is the most thorough person and wedding coordinator I have ever met. She is always positive and makes sure to cover every corner so that nothing goes missed. She is open to the ideas of the bride and groom while lending her opinions and experience in a helpful way. Amador Events (Karla), I could not have been more pleased with the quality of service that I received from Karla. She was there from the beginning to help with with everything. She was right there when I had a panic attack and calmed me down and reassured me everything was on schedule and going according to plans.

Karla was an absolute professional from beginning to end. She made sure to keep everyone involved on task and she stayed very focused throughout. I really enjoyed my wedding planning experience with her. Our wedding was not at all easy to coordinate...we had many vendors and loads of entertainment. Karla did a fantastic job keeping track of everyone's responsibilities. We had an amazing wedding, and most guests still say it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We certainly could not have done it without Karla. She is very caring and understanding, and it's obvious that she does this job because she has a passion to pull off beautiful weddings...and she does.

Amazing... Karla is one of a kind; she's professional and is on top of evertything. I thought I had everything together until I met with her to review the official list.
