Her work speaks for itself by looking at her pictures. What you can tell by the pictures that her work is beautiful because she is able to capture the true raw emotion of a couple. By doing so is that you will feel comfortable with her the moment you meet her, as I know we did. My husband talked more with her on our first meeting then he ever has to anyone for the first time. He is a very reserved kinda of guy. She was able to have him talk and eventually take his pictures comfortably. She not only took our wedding photography on our big day but she kept me sane and helped with other things that were going on that didn't involve the photography. So the point I am trying to make is that is she is a very easy going, can make you smile from within, helpful, accommodating, and most of all on your special day you feel like she isn't just your photographer but your friend. When we talk of our wedding high lights, she is in a lot of our memories of our special day.

I don't know where to begin... Amanda is wonderful to work with. She has a great creative eye for capturing special moments on film. She makes you feel comfortable being in front of the camera. Amanda took our engagement and wedding photos. We received a lot of compliments on the photos. Amanda knows how to make you look good. Amanda is our photographer for life.

My girlfriend referred me to Amanda after she did baby portraits for them. Once we saw her work on her website we were IN LOVE with the quality and artistic view that she offers. I do not regret for one second booking Amanda for our wedding. She makes you feel like a friend but she's still very professional. All of our guests could not stop talking about how fabulous our photographer was. I had several people ask me for her contact information. She just gives off this fun energy that makes you explode with happiness! Then she captures it in amazing photos that we will cherish forever. I am now pregnant and we didn't doubt for one second that we would ask Amanda to take newborn photos for us. I can't even fully express in words how glad and lucky we were to have Amanda as our wedding photographer. The moment we met her we loved her bubbly personality and her professionalism and we knew right away that she was the one that would capture our big day. Not only is she extremely talented but she has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and at ease, which was important to us since we definitely weren't used to being followed around with a camera! I also loved that Amanda takes more natural photos that capture love and emotion instead of making us look ridiculously posed. She took our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos and when we saw them we were blown away and so was everyone else who saw them. In my opinion, our pictures are worth a million times more than what we paid for them and she beyond exceeded my expectations. I honestly could go on and on about how awesome she is but her pictures speak for themselves. Amanda, we love you and thanks so much for everything! Amanda was amazing!! Such an amazing photographer, very very creative and with a great eye. She's also completely easygoing and such a joy to work with. She took our engagement photos, our wedding photos AND I even asked her to take pictures of our baby at 10 days old. I would definitely call her again for photography work.

Amanda is wonderful. She has an artistic eye that makes even the most institutional locations beautiful. We discovered her when friends of our showed us their engagement photos taken at their high school where they first met. Amanda captured their love perfectly and their photos seemed so fresh and real. When we met Amanda it was an instant connection. We felt like she was an old friend and was so excited when she agreed to take our wedding photos. She met us at the Queen Mary for our engagement session. The pictures came out so great they were featured on the wedding blog and we framed them to use as table decor at the wedding. She scoped out or wedding venue in advance to make sure she could navigate the crazy passages through the Mission Inn, wanting to make sure our wedding pictures came out perfect and we had plenty of time to celebrate with friends and family. I cannot say enough kind words about Amanda Patrice! My husband and I hired her as our photographer for our May 2011 wedding and were so impressed by her professionalism and quality of photos. From the minute we met her at the consultation, she made us feel at ease and on our wedding day she really had a knack for making us, our bridal party and family feel so comfortable getting our pictures taken. When searching for a photographer, I checked out numerous websites & contacted many photographers via email. I'm so happy that I happened to come across some of Amanda's photos when looking into a prospective venue. Immediately, I checked out her website and contacted her. I was very pleased with her online portfolio, and she seemed very nice. Amanda was the only photographer that was worth a one on one appointment with my husband and I. When we met with Amanda, we loved her personality & professionalism. She was super organized and had plenty of samples of her work for us to view. From the moment we met Amanda Patrice we were hooked! From her laid back and flexible personality to her creative photo booth - she is a MUST HAVE photographer. We were going to rely on a friend to photograph our wedding, but we decided this is one area we didn't want to cut corners so we decided to search for a photographer. Our wedding was at Hotel Maya, a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel in Long Beach, CA overlooking the Queen Mary. Amanda had the perfect eye to incorporate the beautiful surroundings the Hotel had to offer. Not to mention the highlight of our evening - her photobooth! Our guests had the time of there lives dressing up with all sorts of props.

Amanda is soooo awesome! She really has a great eye for photography! The pictures she took were so good! She is not only a good photographer but she has a killer personality! My husband and I were so comfortable in front of the camera; she really made us feel at ease! She met with us before the wedding to discuss the timing of the wedding; I know she didn’t want to miss a single special moment. At the wedding my family even fell in love with her!
