Yes. We do not have Associate Photographers on staff. Our reputation is too important to us. Leigh and Enrique are the only 2 that arrive and shoot your wedding. We will bring between 2 - 5 assistants per event but they do not photograph during the wedding.

We only do a single event in a day. We will book a Saturday and a Sunday wedding in the same weekend.

In thirteen years, we have never had to utilize an outside photographer due to illness. Knock on wood! We do however, have arrangements with several other talented photographers in case of such a situation. There have been several times we have covered for other photographer due to illness, accident, and/or pregnancy. With some of our brides booking our services 3+ years in advance it is hard to predict the future, but we take our responsibility very seriously.

We arrive at all weddings with over $100,000 of equipment to cover all contingencies. We carry multiple cameras, flashes, laptops, and lenses.

We bring at least 2 of everything.

We do not charge travel for weddings that are with in 150 miles of Gainesville, Florida. The only time a fee would apply in this situation is if the brides contracts us for multiple days or if the wedding finishes after 1am. The additional charge would only by the cost of hotel for ourselves and our assistants.

Weddings are turned around between 30 to 45 days from the wedding day.

We retain the right to display photos at wedding shows, our website, and our marketing materials.

The rights to publish photos are transferred to our brides.

We automatically include high resolution images for all our brides. The images can print up to 20x30" prints. There is no charge for the high resolution images.

How much will it cost to purchase my high resolution digital files? $0.00. All of our brides automatically receive high resolution images of all their engagement, wedding, trash the dress, or any photo session photographed by Amantez Photography. Brides also receive a low resolution disc for sharing on the web. So go ahead and poke, tweet, and blog away!! Do you travel? Our motto is "Have RV will Travel". One of the best parts of our jobs is all the adventures we have. When not working we travel extensively for pleasure. We have travelled to the lower 49 states and 6 different continents. We do not have travel fees for weddings with 150 miles of Gainesville. Couples commissioning us for multiple days or if the wedding finishes after 1 am are responsible to hotel accommodations. How do I reserve the date and how much is my deposit? A signed contract is required along with deposit. Once both are received the date is yours. Deposits are handled on a bride by bride basis. We are extremely flexible in payment arrangements as long as the balance is paid off 30 days prior to your wedding. Who are the photographers? Leigh and Enrique are the only two photographers who show up to your wedding. We would never dream of sending an "Associate Photographer" to you. For this reason, we only photography one (1) event per day. Whether you book us for 4 hours or 14 hours we are yours for the day. This means that you can change your entire schedule as your wedding day approaches. We won't book a morning wedding and an evening wedding on the same day or try to slip in a short shoot such as an engagement session on the day of your wedding. We'll arrive wide eyed and bushy tailed to you. Will you bring assistants to my wedding? Yes, yes, yes. We bring anywhere from 2 to 5 assistants per wedding. The number is determined by the size and logistics of your event. Our assistants are trained professionals some of whom have been with us for more than 8 years. We do not utilize interns for weddings. Am I required feed you and your assistants? Feeding the photographers and assistants is not as much a requirements as a courtesy. In our history, there have only been two weddings where we have not been feed. We ask that if you prefer not to provide meals that you share the information in advance so that we may make arrangements. This and other logistics are addressed at our final pre-event consultation. Why hire Amantez Photography? We strive to make every bride & groom a lifelong friend. We are passionate about weddings and photography. We are always flattered each time a couple makes a decision to share their special day with us. Our goal is for you and your family to be completely and totally excited about your photos and for your friends to be desperately envious. How much are engagement sessions and do I really need one? Engagement sessions are $280. 95% of our brides do not pay for engagement sessions as they are included in most packages. We place a high value on engagement sessions. They allow the bride and groom to develop a bond with us and allows us a dry run prior to your wedding day. We can determine how comfortable as a couple you are with PDA (and I'm not talking about a Palm Pilot). Knowing your comfort level in front of the camera will allow us to better capture your day. What payments forms do you accept?
Basically anything that does not involve your first born. Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and as they say "cash is king". Enrique has been known from time to time to be the barter king of Gainesville. If a couple or their families have services or goods that we can use, we have been known to accept as full or partial payment. Feel free to ask just be aware that the trade has to be something that we need; unfortunately, your grandmother's collection of antique dolls would not work.

We work out of our home and do not do photography inside a studio. We don't use faux backgrounds or gimicky stools with preset lighting. If this is what you are looking for, you should run now. That is not our style. We are wedding and event lifestyle photographers. And we're definately not pet photographers.
