Amazing Occasions

I used Trisha for my wedding day as well as for my engagement pictures. Overall, she did an amazing job on my hair and make up for my wedding!! I received so many compliments and i loved what she did. She also did the hair for my 7 bridesmaids, flower girl, my mom and my husbands mom, all of which looked beautiful (her associate did the other girls make up, and they all looked great as well!)!! I really only have 2 complaints. First, when it came to my trial she had to reschedule and informed me the night before due to a personal conflict she had. That was a problem for me because my schedule was super super tight and my work schedule isn't flexible enough to have to make last minute adjustments. Second thing, on my wedding day she was about 15 minutes late. The first girl was supposed to start her hair at 8am, Trisha didn't get there until about 8:05 and we didn't start until 8:15 or after. Luckily, i gave us a little extra time in the schedule and we still ended on the time i listed..but i was actually banking on us being done early (based on the timing for my trial and engagement session) and if she was on time we would've been 15-20mins early and we all know that every minute counts when it comes to pictures and getting ready!! Overall, i am glad i went with her..it was nice to have someone come to us and she did do a good job.

We loved working with Trisha. She did the hair and makeup for my mom, my sister, my bridesmaids, and of course, me. the bride :) The price was very reasonable and I was able to get an awesome deal on one of her packages.

The trial went smooth. I was happy that she was able to come to my house and it could not have turned out better. She gave me some makeup suggestions and we came up with THE look. My husband was very happy.

On wedding day, she showed up on time and got to work right away. My hair and makeup lasted all day and I received several compliments throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Trisha.

Trisha was amazing! For my wedding she did my hair and makeup as well as bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother in law. Everyone looked beautiful. My makeup looked natural and flawless and my hair stayed perfect all day and night. I would highly recommend her!

When I first contacted Trisha she was booked and was unable to do my makeup. A week later however she contacted me again saying that she had a cancellation for the day of my wedding. I was so happy because I still had not found anyone. We did two trials, one with traditional makeup and one with airbrush. She listen to everything I had to say and made changes where I requested. In the end I went with the airbrush. The makeup lasted all day. I was so happy and got so many compliments all night. I would recommend Trisha in a heart beat, as would I use her agin. A lot of times it is hard to find someone that listens and actually does what they want. That was my favorite part with working with Trisha. She does amazing work!

Trisha did an amazing job with hair and makeup for my wedding. She comes to your house for the hair/makeup trial which was very convenient. I took her up on one of her package deals that covered hair and makeup for myself, 5 bridesmaids and my mom. She was very flexible when I found out only days before the wedding that I would not be able to get into the bridal suite on site as early as I had first thought, and agreed to meet in one of the bridesmaid's rooms at a nearby hotel to do the hair and makeup for bridal party and then transition over to the venue's bridal suite to do my hair and makeup last once the room was open. She was very prompt and got us all done with time to spare. She also accommodated doing makeup for an additional person that day, which was not in our original contract and she provided at just a slight increase in cost.

If you need a makeup artist and hairstylist who is just fantastic you have to go with Trisha. She is honestly an artist and she knows what she is doing. My mom is a hairstylist and came to my trial, she is very picky when it comes to hair and even she was impressed by Trisha.
In fact she was so good that my bridesmaids kept adding services when they saw how great she did everyones hair and makeup - costing me more but making us all look great.
On top of all that, she is very professional, flexible and responsive. I will admit that I wasn't her easiest client to work with but she was always patient and kind.

Trisha was Amazing! My hair and makeup was FLAWLESS and even better than at the trial! We had 9 people getting hair and makeup done so she brought an assistant and they both did an excellent job. I bought the package during a Halloween promotion so I got an excellent deal! Book early!

Trisha really outdid herself on my wedding day. I had a trial run on my hair and makeup and loved what she did. When I showed up on my wedding day with a few changes she was able to do my hair and makeup even better than I dreamed up. Not only did she do a great job on my hair and makeup but all of my bridesmaids, my mom and my flower girl were done by Trisha and were perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Trisha was a great stylist. She did hair and makeup for myself, my three brides and my mother and MIL. Though she lives almost an hour away from where we staged for the wedding, she still showed up at 0545 that morning in order to have enough time to take care of us all. She was able to capture the hair and makeup look I really wanted and was very willing to try things multiple times until they were perfect. It was so easy to communicate with Trisha by phone and email. I was able to get a deal on her services in February which made her already reasonable prices that much more amazing. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup at the wedding and would definitely recommend Amazing Occasions to all my friends.

I was extremely impressed with Trisha!! There were 10 people in the package that I booked and she and her assistant came before the scheduled time and completed this huge task in time!! I never felt rushed, both she and her assistant took their time. My bridesmaids picked hairstyles from the internet and Trisha was able to duplicate them! Her assistant did a fantastic job on all the makeup. I believe my hair and makeup turned out even better on my wedding day then what we practiced during the trial!! I was overseas when I started looking for a hairstylist and my wedding day was fast approaching, then I found Trisha. She was of great help because she responded quickly and clearly to my questions. I also wanted a vintage head piece, I ordered it through her kind of last minute and she was able to get it. It looked wonderful and perfect with my hair, dress and veil. I love the hairstyle and head piece I had on my wedding day and it looks great on my pictures. Trisha is a very nice person to work with too. Yes, I would recommend Trisha.

Tricia was so accomodating. Came to my house to do the hair and make-up which made it so easy. she brought all the professional tools needed. Did air-brush with absolutely amazing results. Both my hair and make-up looked so natural yet stunning!

Trisha was amazing!!! I picked her because I loved her own makeup when I met her at a bridal show. I am African American and my wedding party consisted sevaral different ethnicities including Asian, Latina, African American, and Eastern European. I wanted an artist who would feel comfortable with all types of hair and complexions. Trisha was amazingly professional and we received lots of compliments throughout the day. The makeup stayed fresh all day. I even fell alseep in it that night because I was so exhausted and it still looked great in the morning! In the weeks leading up to my wedding she responded to all my emails and texts promptly and helped to calm my nerves. I would definitely recommend her for all brides but especially if you are looking for an artist who is comfortable with ethnic complexions and hair. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! She was great!

Trisha is very skilled and knows exactly what she's doing. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding, along with hair and makeup for 4 bridesmaids. She gave all of us tips on what type of styles would look best for us. I had no idea what I wanted to do with me hair, so during my free consultation she tried out several different styles. I absolutely loved what she came up with!

To this day, several months after my wedding, I am still having people tell me how much they loved my hair and makeup. Several guests have already asked for Trisha's name to use her for their own events in the future.

Trisha was also easy to get in contact with, and I was never worried about any issues arising the day of my wedding. She was always able to answer any questions I had, through email and phone calls.

She is also extremely nice and personable, which helped calm the pre-wedding jitters!

Trisha did a fantastic job on my wedding day hair and makeup! I have very fine hair, and after a near disaster trial at another local salon, I was so worried I wouldn't have any luck finding someone who could do anything with my hair. But after my trial with Trisha, I knew she would meet my expectations, and I couldn't have been happier on my wedding day! She styled my hair in a very simple and elegant up-do, using hair "jewelry" that she had ordered, which coordinated with my dress perfectly! Not only did she complete my hair on schedule, she styled the hair of our four little flower girls and my mom-in-law. Trisha is extremely professional, well-organized and does excellent work. My hair looked just as good at midnight as it did at 1:00 in the afternoon when she finished! And don't forget the makeup...I do not typically wear makeup, except mascara and maybe some eye shadow, and she did wonders here too. She knew exactly what colors and amount to use of everything, allowing me to look naturally beautiful, and appropriate for our mid-afternoon wedding and evening cocktail hour/dinner. It was so natural, but also a little bit dramatic for photographs and the evening hours. I could not have been happier and would highly recommend Trisha to anyone hoping to look amazing on your wedding day! Myself, my mother and my mother in law had our hair and make up done by Trisha for my wedding. I was not sure what style would suit me or look nice with my dress. Trisha came up with several suggestions and different options to tailor it to suit me. She was patient enough to quickly pin my hair in different styles so I could understand what it would look like but also honest enough when asked if she thought it suited me. I could not have asked for anyone more helpful and professional. My mother and mother in law were both worried about their hair and make up as they have very fine hair and make up tends not to last as they get hot. Also my mother has very sensative skin so cannot use a lot of make up. Trisha listened to all of this and their hair and make up lasted throughout the day. She has been so good we have even recommended her to the hotel we were using for the wedding.

Trisha did the hair for my 5 bridesmaids and hair and makeup for me, my mom, and my mother- in-law. She arrived earlier than contracted and dealt with all different hair types and styles. My ladies looked beautiful. My makeup was AMAZING!!! I had to keep staring at myself in the mirror because it looked so good. My husband was VERY happy with the results. My mom and mother- in-law also looked fabulous. Trisha is very professional and works well with anyone...she definitely gives the clients what they want and she comes to you!!! Her packages are even better than some of the salons and you don't have to go anywhere...very helpful in relieving stress the day of.

Nice service! The stylist is very patient and professional. I had a hair updo that looked natural and elegant, it was not easy to treat the silky and thick asian hair, and we managed to worked it out. The makeup looked nice too. Although we did not have the trial before, the stylist is capable to ajust the makeup style for asian faces and the results was great!

I was so impressed with Trisha and her work. Not only does Trisha do your hair, she also does your makeup, and you don't have to worry about going anywhere, she comes to you! So stop stressing because Trisha is there to make your day special and to make you look your greatest.
I had an idea about how I wanted my hair but I wasn't sold on the style, but when Trisha came to do my trail hair and makeup, I showed her my dress and she said she had a great idea for my hair. When she finished with the style I put on my dress to see how I looked and at that moment everything came together I was so HAPPY, despite all the stress of wedding planning! I was so glad she suggested that style since everyone at my wedding, including my hubby couldn't take their eyes off of me. Thank you Trisha you are truely AMAZING;)

I went to Trisha's home for my free hair & makeup consultation. I was being very picky with how I wanted my makeup done, and she was very patient with me and redid it a couple times. She also did a hair trial for one of my bridesmaids, so I could figure out what type of hairstyle I wanted them to wear. I wanted to buy my own makeup to use, and she gave me a list of suggestions of products I should get. I still use that makeup every day now & love it! On the day of my wedding, Trisha arrived early and set everything up. She was able to do the hair & makeup for my wedding party (4 girls) plus the hair for myself (I wound up doing my own makeup, since I turned out to be so picky!). I was surprised she was able to do all 5 of us in a timely manner! And, she was a few months pregnant at the time! Everyone was very happy with how their hair & makeup turned out, and we got numerous compliments. Trisha was a pleasure to work with, and a complete professional.
