Ambassador Cakes

I'm sad to say like the other 2 bad reviews on here, that I was very dissapointed with my wedding cake also. It was not even close to the colors we asked for and in general was not an attractive cake. They made a change without notifying us which is poor customer service if you ask me. The upside was that our groom's cake looked amazing and both cakes tasted great. They were very nice in the consultation and were somewhat appologetic about the mistake, but not nearly as much as I would've hoped. They compensated a small portion of our purchase, but again not as much as I would've liked.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I would never recommend Ambassador Cakes to another bride ever! My cake was supposed to be ivory with champagne colored piping. The cake was completely peach! It looked like an old lady cake! I was so upset when I saw it. I just started to cry. It was also extremely ugly and tasted horrible. The cake designer said my cake would be made fresh that day. However, when we called to get him to fix the cake, we found out he was in Colorado all weekend. So, I am wondering who exactly made my cake when he was in another state? NEVER use this cake designer EVER!!!

I would not recommend Ambassador Cakes & Catering EVER for wedding cake service. The price was very cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I had the hardest time trying to set up times to meet for consultations. On a few of the times they did not even show up and claimed that they had the dates confused. The end result I was not completely satified with at all. I asked for a specific pattern of dots and didn't get them. I wanted a more of a softer finished with the buttercream and it was more like a 5 year old iced it.

DELICIOUS cakes..... Beautiful design. We had a 5 tier heart shaped Itilian Creme cake that was delicious and the grooms cake was a heart shaped carrot cake with dark and white chocolate covered strawberries that was to die for..... EXCELLENT job!
