Our cake was lovely. We had buttercream with a floral white on white pattern and real flowers as a topper. We ordered lemon with a lemon filling and white cake with white filling and chocolate ganache. I am looking forward to ordering cakes from this company for future events.
We had Ambiance Catering make our wedding cake, and they did a wonderful job! The customer service they provided was impeccable and my wedding cake looked exactly as I had envisioned. Wonderful company to work with- I highly recommend to others!
We ordered an amaretto cream cake with butter cream frosting. Need I say anymore! It was the best cake I have had in my life and I have had many. The attention to detail was exquisite. The apricot glaze they drizzled over the cake was so sweet, they even gave an additional glaze at each table as a dipping sauce, heavenly!

Chef Pat Dinco has her culinary degree from Macomb Culinary Institute and has been in the food industry for many years. Chef Pat specializes in cakes and pastries. She has won numerous gold medals for culinary achievements and a silver medal for the Culinary Olympics. She now teaches the wedding cake class at Macomb. She is a member of the Bluewater Chefs and ICES.
