Amelia & Carmen were the most amazing caterers! Their level of professionalism and quality could not be surpassed! Richard was our go-to guy and we could not be happier with all that they provided! They provided us with 5 options for hors d'oeuvres, a wide selection for our entrees, full open bar, linens and servers and handled all of our venue's set up and break down for an unbeatable fee! Great price, yummy food and very nice and easy going people!! Just make sure to speak up about what exactly you want and also make sure to write down everything on the contract so both you and the caterer have details in writing.

Richard was extremely patient with me. I must have changed the number of guests numerous times and he was always pleasant and accommodating. The service his employees displayed were very professional and friendly. The decorating of the tables looked beautiful! I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Amelia and Carmen. Excellent service from the staff of Amelia & Carmen and the food was absolutely divine. They provided the beverages and alcohol, bartenders and wait staff. Very flexible and diligent.I did not give them a five out of five because they ran out of h'ordevours before the hour but none the less the reception food more than made up for it and they definitely had enough beverage and drinks to keep the celebration going.They served on china plates, glassware and on the silver plated charger plates that I provided, completing my wedding look.Thank you Richard you and your staff were great.

I got married a few months back and the Douglas Center and i couldnt be happier with the service I got from Amelia and Carmen catering. Richard and Carmen made everything so easy. They where pleasant and so accomidating every step of the way. The set up was amazing the hall look so modern with the table clothes and napkins they supplied. The best part of the evening had to be the AMZING food they made! My god I can go on about it forever. Everything was great and cooked to perfection. If you need a good catering company don't look any further. I will recommended Amelia and Carmen to all my friends and family for all there catering needs
