As always, on time, professional and exceptional service! I use them all the time for trips to/from the airport and I knew they would be reliable on this special day, and they did NOT let me down! It was seamless!

Stay away from this company. I had a reservation to O'Hare airport and the driver never showed up, after calling the main office several times to inquire about the status, I was informed that the driver lost her way and couldn't find my house, but they have another driver on the way. After waiting for an hour, I decided to drive to the airport on my own. When I called the office again, I was told that the driver came to my house by no one answered the door. This is a complete lie, since I had my wife and four kids at home and they conformed that no one came to the house. Again, stay away from this company, they are a bunch of liers.

While the transportion service was on time and everything went smoothly from the ceremony to pictures and then to the hall...the driver was EXTREMELY unprofessional when we arrived at the reception!!! When you book this limo (as with any other company) you pay for everything at least 2 weeks in advance. Well this driver decided he was going to stop me (the bride) after he dropped us off and tell me I owed $250. Seeing as how that was more than 1/3 of the total bill and I had already paid over a month ago I told him that he needed to prove to me that I owed that and call the office. He sat with is phone and pretended to contact someone however we never actually heard him on the phone and then came back and said no you're right you don't owe anything. I don't know if he was trying to scam us or what but in my opinion no company should ask you for that amount of money on your wedding day...it's not like I was carrying a wallet!

Had Great service. Hired for 9 hours for wedding, shuttlingout of town guest between hotel and wedding venue. Driver was on time and stayed for 9 + hours. Literally ran back and forth between drop offs to get all guests to the wedding ceremony and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Could not have asked for better service

I hired this company to take myself and my bridesmaids to the chapel, and then take the bridal party to the wedding afterwards. When filling out the contract they wanted it returned by fax. I don't have a fax, so this was kind of a pin for me, and they wouldn't except email or mail. So my husband and i tried several times to fax the contract in, but it wouldn't go through. We waited a few days and tried again, but still had issues. They contacted me about their money, wondering where it was, but i told them I couldn't get the contract through. The operator informed me that they no longer had that fax number, and gave me a new one. So the next day we tried this one, which of coarse did not go through. We tried several times, but the number was not a working one. Finally I told them I would just have to email it, as they were threatening not to show up on the wedding day because they didn't have a contract, even though they had my deposit! When the driver arrived, we were already running about ten minutes late. I told him that it was an hour away and what time it started, which was in 50 minutes. He went over the address with me and we were on our way. When we started driving we went a way that I had never taken to the chapel, and I assumed that he knew where he was going seeing as that he was a driver. Ten minutes later he stops the limo in a random neighborhood and says we are there. I told him that we were not there, and he went over the address again which was correct, but he had the wrong town. He mixed up the pick up place to the place where he was taking us. I then corrected him, and he responded by saying "I think I might know where that's at". Not much confidence evoked. My parents, who were following, pulled beside him and told him he was going the wrong way and he figured it out. He took us about 20 minutes out of our way, making me 30 minutes late for my wedding. Needless to say I was not happy at all with their driver and would not recommend!

The limo driver was on time, but did not seem to understand where he was supposed to go after picking up the groomsmen, which was in the instructions I had given at the time of the reservation. I also did not like that I was told I had to book a minimum of 3 hours as it was wedding season even though I only needed about an hour.

stay away from this company; they are liars,crooked and zero professionalism,always late never show a worst limousine service in my life as this one ,if you don,t wanna ruin your wedding day avoid these guys otherwise you will regret it

My new hubby and I used the limo from American Coach Limousine for a ride to the reception we recently had in Chicago - we had a destination wedding, so a lot of extended family and friends weren't able to attend. We loaded our siblings and parents up and rented a Hummer so we'd all have enough room. Great limo, glad that they had included the chilled champagne, it was the perfect touch.

They were prompt and easy to work with. They were by far the most economical and quality limo bus I found to accommodate 24 people for our wedding day.

This company is like a middle man, hiring drivers who have their own limos or cars. Some of the people we talked to on the phone while booking and confirming were difficult to understand and there seemed to be confusion about what color limo we wanted. (Whatever limo company you go with, it might be a good idea to verify all the details closer to the big day!) We asked for the newest limo they had, and the one we got had a small amount of imperfections (rust or something of the like.) They were on time for everything except the end of the night. We were supposed to have a Towncar pick up just the two of us after a sparkler send-off outside our reception, which we had to hold off because the Towncar was late doing its last route before us. Instead, our coordinator called and had our limo driver we had earlier in the day come back in the limo instead. I would say it held us up about 10-15 minutes. I don't know what would have happened if we didn't have a coordinator to make phone calls. The company did rectify it by giving us a $50 credit for future services, but only after we called them. And on your wedding day you don't need anything running behind. It's a good thing we had a coordinator or we would have been sitting there waiting to find out what's happening! At least our driver took her job very seriously and was helpful with the wedding party.

We rented a Party Bus from American Coach. The bus was on time, clean and they did remove the "entertainment pole" at our request. The price was much better than most other places that I researched. They were accomodating to the changes that I needed to make just one week prior to the wedding.

Very good selection of cars here for my wedding - even though I was looking for a car in 8 weeks (we had a short engagement), they had a very nice selection available forme to pick from. Prices here were very reasonable - much better than I expected. I called around to 6 places and the best selection I found was here.

The staff here was friendly. When I mentioned after we booked the limo that it was for a wedding, they were kind enough to give me the option of champagne service. Very good service, day of my wedding, they were actually a few minutes early and very patient with us. Great place to book a limo.

Don't roll the dice on one of the most important days in your life. This is not a reliable company - they no-showed on me and cost me an extra $400 not to mention an incredible amount of stress and grief. Avoid these characters.

We had a hummer 20 passnger limo and the driver was on time to pick us up. The limo was nice and we had no issues, our driver was great and very polite. Our package included decorations, fully stocked bar and champagne bottles, the only con was that the beer was warm but the champagne was chill. We were happy with the service especially since we got a discount.

They provided such a great limo service, everything was just perfect! Thank you so much for all your work and help! Without your service my wedding wouldn't be the same!

To all beware this company was very professional, respectful and responsive when they were working to get our deposit. Afterwards they could not care any less. Read this copy of an e-mail I sent to them.
Hi Tom and Associates,
I guess you do not care how your limo service went for our wedding day. I have contacted you through e-mail and phone calls and left numerous messages for you to call us back. Tom, your lack of response should have told me something about how the service would go. A simple picture of a decorated limo or a quick phone call could have made all the difference on how our limo service was performed. We coordinated all the details of our wedding and would have worked with you to make sure everything went the way we wanted. We will not recommend your services to any of the 220 guests we had at our wedding. The following is a list of what was wrong with your Hummer limo and the services we did not receive:
1. The driver, Tony, was a nice guy, but he did not know his way around very well and he did not know how to operate some of the basic functions of the limo. He also had dirty pants on. Where was his GPS? This is a cheap way to make sure your drivers know how to get around.Our time in the Limo should be for relaxing and not making sure the driver knows where he is going.
2. The Hummers' A/C was not turned on when my family entered and were uncomfortable half way through their ride to pick up my Bride. That like having a BBQ with warm beer.
3. Tony did not have the correct color of flowers to decorate the limo after our ceremony. This was a very important issue. Our requests were ignored. We would have bought the decorations if we knew they were not going to be correct. He used baby blue, white, and purple. He did not have any Aqua Blue or Turquoise as we requested. He also did not have a red carpet to roll out for my bride.
4. During our trip to take pictures the Hummers' radio was in some kind of Demo mode and it kept cycling through extra base, no base, low volume. It also could barely pick up regular FM stations like 103.5 and B96. I asked Tony to check it out and he did not have an answer. I had to press the function button every minute to keep the music uninterrupted when the radio did receive a signal.
5. The Hummer was also missing some trim pieces inside. There were holes in the door and one of the panels across from the seats right by the door. It looked very bad and unfinished.

We paid for excellent service. You sold me on that and we did pay your company more than another one quoted because of how you presented yourself. After I paid the deposit, you disappeared and none of our issues were addressed and not resolved. Your Limo, as nice as it is, was the only service that disappointed us on our wedding day.
I will not recommend your company to any of our family, guests, or friends. Have a good night and I hope this e-mail helps you to address the shortcomings of your limo company.

Service was okay. Nice driver, AC not really working well for an 18 person limo in July. Ugh. Forget to help us out of the limo sometimes, one door didn't work so I had to roll down the window an ask someone to help me out on that side. But got us where we needed and was fine about stops on the way. Great looking limo.

I was sweating bullets about the limo and transportation for our out of town guests and how much it would cost. Melissa did a great job walking me through the best cost option. I did not want to pay for stand by time for limos while at the reception, as we would need transportation to the hotel. She did a great job with booking good limos for a great price!

They did a great job for us! Our driver was great and so were the prices compared to other limo companies. Don't tell them it's for a wedding when you book....it will be cheaper!

Limousine was nicely decorated for us and was averaged priced for three hour service.They came through with our time schedule and the driver was very professional.

Very nice driver the limo was clean and well maintained.It had everything we needed,and we felt very comfortable during our ride.We did have a little trouble when we where billed a little more than we agreed,but that was quickly settled.

The driver changed the cost while we were in the limo and would not take us to the reception hall until the charge was made

THey were on time and let us decorate the Limosine. The driver was very friendly and joked around with us. We actually ran out of alcohol and he found a liquor store for us to buy more!

They miss charged me, and it took MONTHS to get it straightened out.

The only reason that I did not give them 5 out 5 on Quality is because there was a street festival going on between the church and the hotel where the reception was and the driver did not know an alternate route that would allow him to avoid the traffic. As a result, I was 20 minutes late for my own wedding. Other than that, they were great. Prompt - the vehicle was immaculate, the driver very friendly.

The guys at American Coach Limousine were great. They negotiate on price more than most and gave us the best price. They had a better car (300M) available our day and sent that one instead of the one we ordered, which showed that they do a good job and care about the business they are in.
