Reviews for American Limousines, Inc.

Our services with American Limousine were great. The communication prior to the event was very good via phone and email. We received a call to confirm all of our reservations the week before our wedding which was very helpful. It is also one of the cheapest companies that I found. The day of our wedding all of our transportation went perfectly without a single glitch.

Our limo showed up early and took us wherever we needed to go for pictures. Our driver was very professional.

Rented a trolley to transport our bridal party plus the hotel guests to and from our church. This was the largest trolley I could find in the area and I wanted to make sure we could fit as many guests in as few trips as possible. I had provided a very complicated list of stops, times, etc in order to make multiple trips throughout Baltimore City and get everyone to the church on time, and it worked perfectly. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very polite and accommodating even with many last minute changes, and they were quick to provide confirmation emails. The driver was very timely and he was super nice, he even got on the phone with one of our guests to help give them directions to the church, and really made the most stressful part of the day run very smoothly. Our guests were so grateful for the transportation and we are very thankful that we chose American Limousines.

I rented a school bus from American Limousine to shuttle my guests from the hotel, to the ceremony/reception, and then back to the hotel again at the end of the night. For an 8.5 hour rental, the rates were reasonable. I changed the schedule a couple times on them and they were incredibly flexible. They also called me the day before to finalize all the details - which made me feel great. Most importantly, the driver showed up on time and kept to the tight schedule that I had set. I was able to ride the bus back from the reception to the hotel and realized how loud and rowdy our crowd was. The bus driver didn't mind at all and was a great sport- I think he found our loud singing amusing. Limos/shuttle buses are usually the things that go wrong in weddings and this went off flawlessly! Couldn't be happier!

I booked two limos and one shuttle bus from American Limousines for my wedding. I got calls the day before my wedding making sure they had all of the details correct which I appreciated. The day of the wedding all three vehicles were early and did everything they were supposed to do. Also, the driver of my limo Mary was great. After the ceremony my fiance, myself and the photographer went to Fed Hill to do some pictures. Mary went the extra mile and helped with the photos by helping with my train and holding my bouquet. I would definitely book them again.

Thr driver was early and got us to the church fast! The driver to picked us up from the reception was very kind and gave us some good marriage advice as we rode around in his towncar for an hour after the reception was over. I would definetly use American Limousine for future needs.

Our wedding was on 8/14/2010, we wanted a reliable, affordable and clean classy ride. The staff here at American Limos were great and efficient. They met our needs for our wedding day, on time and very professional. We had 2 limos and they both were nice, clean, the drivers were very professional and assisted me with my gown and our parents. We rate thier service OUTSTANDING, thanks for being a part of our dream team...we had the best with our vendors for our day. Thanks. Note: For the brides to be--- they don't offer red carpet ...but if you really need it it's your chooice but they don't provide it. It didn't matter to me. Thaks Again.--MY DREAM TEAM :)

They showed up on time and shuttled people back and forth until it was time for them to leave. We heard not complaints. They didn't cause any problems - what more can you ask for?
GUEST

Of all the limo companies I called in the Baltimore area American Limo, Inc. offered the most flexibility in the per/hour rental and cost. For my wedding day, I reserved a mini coach that made multiple trips to shuttle guests from the hotel to the church and back, a stretch limo that also made multiple pick ups/drop offs and a Lincoln Towncar. All of the chauffeurs were on time and professional. Very pleased with their services.
GUEST

This company was great to work with and Justin, in particular. Very helpful in explaining the different options and prices. There is a non-wedding option that will save you some money sans the red carpet and tux wearing driver which we chose. We also used this company Friday night to provide a mini-bus to take everyone to the rehearsal and dinner which worked out great. No one got lost and everyone was on time! All the drivers were great and punctual and the cars clean.
GUEST

There was nothing better then being able to flop down in the limo after the reception. My husband and I were exhausted. The limo service was wonderful, it was clean and nicely kept. The driver treated us like royalty, called us by Mr. and Mrs. He took us were ever we wanted to go for the allotted time period. We would use this company again.
GUEST

Our driver was great! He arrived on time (during the baltimore marathon), knew his way around and was very flexible with us (we should have planned photos better!)
GUEST

I'm not sure if I had exceptional service because the company had a relationship with my planner or if I just got lucky with good drivers but they were great. We had limos picking up from 2 locations at different time and one doing a stop in between. We also had a town car for the end of the night. All drivers were there early, professional, and polite, the cars were clean, and the inside temp was good. We actually showed up for the wedding 30 minutes early and since the church had no waiting room, the driver stood outside guarding the limo while my mom and I waited inside.
GUEST

Andrea was very helpful and accommodating, and she was always available to speak with me. The shuttles were nice and everyone got there on time!

We used American Limousines, INC for our wedding in July. We rented a trolley to provide room for our large bridal party and had a great time! Our driver was so nice and everyone had a great time. He was punctual and respectful of our requests. The trolley was air conditioned and clean which were both absolute musts (especially for a summer wedding). We were more than satisfied with their services.
GUEST

We had a trolley for our wedding to shuttle the wedding party and our guests from the Church to the reception. We also had a limo later in the evening to shuttle our guests back to the hotel and then to drive the wedding party wherever we wanted to go. Both the trolley and the limo arrived early. We never had to wait on them. They were prompt and efficent. Both drivers we had were very very nice helping each lady get onto the trolley and into the limo. The limo driver told me (the bride) that my husband and I were his priority and our wish was his command. He was nothing but nice, willing to go anywhere and make as many trips back and forth as we needed him to. I was VERY impressed.
GUEST

The limo place was excellent. We had a unique situation and they worked so well with our needs. We got a great deal in having a town car pick us up from the reception to the hotel, then rented a stretch limo to take our bridal party out later that night to a bar. Both drivers were excellent and made us feel so comfortable. The location of the office is in a strange part of baltimore but don't let that fool you...they are professional and extremely worth the cost! Couldn't be happier!
GUEST

Easy to work with and they gave me a price that was half of that of one of their popular competitors. No complaints. They did everything exactly as I wanted it done.
GUEST

Our wedding ceremony and reception were at the same place so we wanted to rent something that would take our guests to/from the hotel. Amer Limo has a white school bus that actually rents for less than many other smaller options. The bus has A/C and holds 42. Irma, the manager, was very reliable and she worked with me to make sure the schedule was good to go. Everything went smoothly and the bus added a unique element to the wedding.
GUEST

We read reviews and were a little aprehensive about using American Limo, I was pleasantly surprised. The driver showed up before the ceremony even started, 30 minutes earlier than we asked. Our reception ran a little longer and the driver ran a few more shuttle runs before having to leave for the next pick up. Best price in the area, vehicle was very clean.
GUEST

American Limousines did a great job -- they were professional, responsive, arrived right on time and had a great fleet of limos for us to choose from. We used them for the wedding party transportation (chose the black Limo bus for 4 hours) and to shuttle the wedding guests back and forth from the hotel to the reception site (chose the motor coach for 6 hours.) They were very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to other limo companies in the Baltimore area, and were very pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with their services and would use them again in the future.
GUEST

America Limousine did a great job providing our transportation to and from our wedding. Before the wedding, it was sometimes difficult getting things set up and clear for the wedding day, but it was rather complicated (we had 3 different limos). The limos are clean and the drivers are great. We were so happy we picked them and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
GUEST

I had the pleasure of working with Irma from American Limos for my wedding day. Everything went so smooth. While at first I had some trouble getting ahold of them to discuss details, as it got closer to the big day they tended to my every need and concern. Closer to the wedding I handed off responsibility to one of my bridesmaids, and they worked with her to make sure all of our details were set for the day of the wedding to ensure my guests were transported to and from the wedding on time. The day of the wedding, there were actually more people than expected for the "late bus" bringing everyone to the ceremony. The driver took control and did an extra pick up for us and still managed to get everyone there on time so we could start!I'm so thrilled with the bus we got as well - the white bus was a nice touch for the occassion and I definitely recommend American Limos to transport your guests!
GUEST

I ended have 4 different contracts with American Limo for my wedding. They were 100% flexible with my needs, and I would use them again. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. They were not only on time, but early for each reservation.
GUEST

American Limo was great to work with. Our driver went wherever we told him. He was on time and basically friendly. Only small complaint we had was that we wanted to go to a park to take some pictures. The park required a $5 admission. My FI only had a $20 bill. So, he gave that to the driver to get us in the park. Well, the driver never gave the change back to us. We assumed that he thought it was his tip and just took it as a loss. Besides that, I think the is the best company in the area. We called so many limo companies in the Baltimore/DC area, and the had the best price. This was during prom season, so it was hard to find a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!
GUEST

We used them for the Bachelor/Bachelorette Party and the Wedding. They were VERY attentive. They were always on time. As the bride I did not hear too many details, but one of their shuttle broke down, but they were able to replace relatively harmlessly and no one noticed too bad. Besides that they were a couple of mins early to everything. Despte the shuttle (which I realize things go wrong) I would highly recommend this company.
GUEST

I used American Limousines, Inc. for my senior prom in high school back in 2000 and the service was excellent, very professional. So I remembered them for my wedding and, again, the service was excellent!
GUEST

American Limousines was amazing! Our limo driver was so nice, helped me get in and out of the limo so that my dress wouldn't get messed up. He also made sure there were drinks in the back if we needed them. We also used them for a shuttle between the reception venue and the hotels where our guests were saying. I have nothing bad to say about this vendor.
GUEST

We used this company for their limo buses. I knew that I wanted to use limo buses/party buses instead of regular limos because my dress was so big that I wouldn't have been able to crouch down and fit comfortably into a standard limo. Also, we were transporting a large amount of people to and from the ceremony site and we wouldn't have fit in standard or stretch limos. We absolutely loved the limo buses! You could stand up in them, there was plenty of space, and there was absolutely no crouching to get in them. They were clean, they had fresh soda and water, and spotless glasses for us to use. My first impression was great. We had used a white one to transport the bride/bride's family to the chapel, and a black one to transport the groom/groom's family to the chapel. I personally had a great time and thought the service was great, but later I found out some disturbing facts about the groom's limo bus. Apparently the back window had been destroyed when someone threw a rock at it the night before our wedding. I learned that they called my father-in-law and told him about the missing window. I also found out that my father-in-law opted to use the limo bus anyway although the window wouldn't be able to be properly repaired in time for our wedding because the company had no other limo buses available and the number of people that we needed to transport wouldn't have fit in the standard (not stretch) limo they had to replace it with. Ok, so I guess it's on us because my father-in-law said we still wanted to use the limo bus with the missing window..... but the company made NO ATTEMPT to repair it!!! I understand that getting a car/limo window properly repaired overnight is near impossible, but you would think they would have at least covered the 4ft by 2ft window with plexiglass or cardboard. But nooooooo...... Instead, it was a giant gaping hole in the limo, and our family had to travel on I-95, a major highway, at 65mph with a hole that the ring bearers could have EASILY fallen out of!!! Upon arriving at the chapel my father-in-law gave the driver $20 and told him to go to home depot and get either a plastic bag or some cardboard and some duck tape to at least close off the window. My father-in-law said that on the way back to the hotel, there was a black trash bag covering the gaping hole in the window and it wasn't as windy, thank god. I just don't understand why the company didn't make ANY effort to repair it, such that our 4- & 7-yr-old ring bearers could have safely riden in the limo bus on the highway. A piece of cardboard, although not very professional looking, would still have been safer than a giant hole. Isn't that some kind of safety violation?Other than the hole in the window, they were extremely reasonably priced, and they didn't have any hidden fees. The quote I got on the phone was exactly what we paid. The rental quote included gas, taxes, tolls, and tip, which is unlike other companies. They were very quick to respond to emails, too, which was a big plus for me. They were also very flexible in helping us secure transportation on a short notice (within 2 months of the wedding) even though they were pretty booked up when we initially called. In terms of running a company, they know how to do it and they are very customer friendly, but in terms of quality of service, I think they overlooked safety, which doesn't make them very professional in my opinion.
GUEST

We had an at home wedding and transportation logistics were very tough. The shuttles from the hotels to the reception site went smoothly with minor hiccups. Andrea, the coordinator at American, was very helpful. The shuttles kept going past their designated times to make sure the guests and wedding party made it back to the hotels. Would recommend.
GUEST

The only thing that prevented me from giving American Limousines five stars across the board was this: The customer service representative neglected to print out the information I'd sent to finalize the contracts, and while he was out on vacation, the company called again for this information--the day before my bachelorette party. It was the only minor freak out I experienced while planning my wedding, and it took several hours to sort out, unfortunately. In terms of service, we had the same limo driver for my bachelorette party and the wedding, as well as a limo bus driver. Frederick was an excellent limo driver. He made both days very memorable in that I felt confident we would arrive at the locations I'd requested with impeccable service. What woman doesn't like the door being opened for her?I recommend following up with your customer service rep to be sure they have all the information they need immediately after you send it, since they don't follow up even if you ask via email.
GUEST

They were very professional and came highly recommended by my planner. They arrived a little early and were helpful overall.
GUEST

We used American Limo to transport guests to and from the ceremony site. They were on time, the drivers were friendly and we were pleased with the service overall. The one issue was when my (now) husband called to confirm a few days before the wedding and they didn't have the right number of buses on file (despite them charging my credit card for the right number of buses the day before we called), and didn't seem terribly worried that it was completely wrong. They did finally get it straightened out, but having the stress of thinking you have to go find 2 more buses somewhere else a few days before the wedding was not the most fun.
GUEST

They were very flexible and were pretty reasonably priced. We had two coach buses that were clean and very nice. However, they were hard to communicate with.
GUEST

Not much to say. They showed up on time and got everyone where they needed to go. Setting the service up and nailing down the details was a bit like pulling teeth at times (answered the same questions over and over again.) But in the end, as I said, they were on time and got everyone where we needed to go.
GUEST

This company has great office workers, however our driver was 30 mins late for guest pickup so our ceremony was delayed. Beware of the fine print, which I knew going into it, but if someone vomits in their vehicle, cleanup is $300 extra.
GUEST

I worked with Joshua mostly to set up two limo buses for the wedding day. He was friendly and helpful. I also worked with JD, who seemed pretty busy; took him a bit to get back to me. I outlined a detailed itinerary for the drivers, since there were a couple of pick ups and drop offs, as well as a timeline. The drivers were professional, timely and very courteous! We added an additional Ford Flex to our order so that we could have photos done prior to the wedding. They gave an additional 10% discount, which was very helpful. It never hurts to ask. Our driver was friendly and personable as well as professional! We were very happy with the sevice; it was worth the cost!
GUEST

We hired 2 shuttles to pick our guests at the hotels and transport them to and from the wedding. Both were on time and did exactly as asked. The only issue I had was with my contact person. It took saying things quite a few times to get what we wanted, but in the end they did provide for us the service we were looking for all along.
GUEST

This vendor was difficult to rate. My contact left between the time I booked to my event date. I had to call to get a new contact. At that time, she resent me the contract which was completely different than my original contract. She had to send me 4 more contracts b/c she couldn't get it right. I had a groupon and instead of subtracting $100 from the total, she added the $100 to the total and couldn't understand what the problem was. However, we added a shuttle service within the same week of the wedding and, even though they had a hard time figuring out the reservation information, everything worked out perfectly. This was the only vendor that really had me stressed out before the wedding...I would have bet money it wouldn't show up on the day of the wedding. However, the drive was amazing. She arrived early, was extremely nice and considerate and had no problem finding the location. She was great. The shuttle driver wasn't as great b/c apparently the office never gave him directions from the pickup location to the drop off location. Overall, it wasn't a great experience except they arrived on time and the limo driver was terrific.
GUEST

Nothing special here..when I was making the arrangements, the guys on the phone were super nice and I liked them. the day of my wedding, the driver was lost--my sister was running down the street in her maid of honor gown, sweating, tracking down the driver. That's after I had typed up very explicit directions and sent them 2 or 3 weeks in advance. She was very confused. And when she finally got there, she didn't help us load anything in the limo coach-not that she's required, but it would have been a nice gesture instead of being late and just watching us load tons of stuff with a blank stare. She was also very unapologetic and did not try to make up for lost time. She also thought it was a prom even though I had the fluffiest wedding gown ever with me. She did get the guests to the site so that was good. Not a great experience I would say, especially considering that the limo coach isn't cheap--i'd think service should be a key thing since that's about the only thing you're paying for! And to add credibility, all my other reviews are 4.9 or 5 stars! This was the only part of my wedding that I was disappointed in.
GUEST

This vendor was by far the worst we dealt with during our wedding planning. It was easy enough to call and make the appointment, but that's the only good thing I can say about them. Getting in touch with someone by email took numerous emails to get a response. They had a problem with the limo we were supposed to get, so they gave us a replacement limo, which was fine. The driver showed up 30 mins late to the house to pick us up. When he got there, he proceeded to pour out an open bottle of champagne on our lawn. Obviously there wasn't champagne in the limo for us to drink even though there should have been. The glasses to drink the champagne were filthy. We would never use this limo company ever again. The price was ok for the 45 minutes of use. They charged us for a full 4 hours of service even with the change of limo and miscues. Stay away from this vendor and use someone else.
GUEST

The limo was late and did not get to our house on time to pick up the groom or his groomsmen...they had to drive their own cars. The limo did get to the hotel on time to me and the bridesmaids to the church and did drive us for photos and to the reception. The driver was apologeti...butut was truly disappointing to find out that my husband had to rive himself tot he church. The company did give us some of our money back back.

Before the wedding I called to clarify all transportation information and to make sure all payment was received. I was assured that everyting was taken care of by the company manager. For the wedidng day, we rented a trolley to transport our guests to the wedding ceremony. The trolley was running 30 min. late and people I assigned as point of contacts in case of problems, were not called. Wedding guests were left outside without knowing what was going on in regards to the late transportation. Family members were freaking out and calling various members of the wedding party up until the time of the ceremony. This was a bit stressful for me as I just wanted everything to go smoothly. The church ceremony started 30 min. late, causing us to miss pictures afterwards in the church since the mass following our wedding was underway. Later that evening we rented a 32 passenger mini coach to transport guests from our afterparty location back to the hotel. 1/2 way through the service the driver demanded $274 in cash or check from our guests or he was going to leave. My friends told me what was happening and we found my checkbook and I just paid him, eventhough I knew it was wrong. The following Monday I contacted the vendor, they appologized for what happened. The accounting department said they tore up my check for $274 as it was a mistake. The balance of the services were to be billed to the credit card they had on file. The stress this vendor caused on my wedding day could have easily been avoided with improved communicaton among their staff. The managager said that the owner of the company would call me himself to discuss the mishappenings, it has been 2 months and I have not heard back from them. We were not compensated in anyway.

If I could give them a 0 (zero) I would. Going with this vendor was the worst decision. They started off our day with the limousine not showing up at my parents house to take us to the church, stating they did not anticipate traffic. We also hired them to transport our guest around town from the hotel to church, church to reception, and back to hotel at the end of the evening. The shuttles showed up on time and took everyone where they needed to be. The problem I had with them is one of their shuttle drivers took it upon himself to become a guest at the wedding. He was photographed dancing, he made inappropriate comments to guests, he was asking for food and drinks, and to make it extra special he asked my husband for his tip – which was included in the service. My husband and I ended up taking the shuttle back to the hotel with our guest and I witnesses him passing a tip cup around for our guests. At the time I was prepared to address the situation in fear of causing a scene. My 100% dissatisfaction begins with when I called the company the next day to report what had happened. After several phone calls over the following week I could not get anyone to call me back and the finally was told that they were not going to do anything to compensate me for my experience and they didn’t believe anything I was telling them about how their employee was behaving. I told them that I was going to post a full review of my experience on theknot.com and they didn’t seem to care. Not even 24 hours after that conversation and me posting on theknot.com I started receiving phone calls from the director of Human Resources asking me to “stop beating a dead horse”. I asked why they had a change of heart and they said that another employee confirmed my story and the employee had since been terminated.

Deceptive and unreliable. Purchased a Living Social deal to take us to the airport for our Honeymoon in style. We ended up having to pay additional charges. The vehicle provided was not a limousine, but instead a town car. The driver showed up 20 minutes late to our house and then had no idea how to get to the airport. Instead of being able to relax I had to instruct him on every turn so that we wouldn't arrive any later that we already were. On top of that we were subjected an annoying navigation and some terrible music that was much too loud for 5am. What was meant to be a memorable departure for our honeymoon turned into a big disappointment.

Going with this vendor was the worst decision. They started off our day with the limousine not showing up at my parents house to take myself and my bridesmaids to the church, stating they did not anticipate traffic. We had not anticipated having an extra vehicle there but if we had not I would have been over an hour late to the wedding. We also hired them to transport our guests around town from the hotel to church, church to reception, and back to hotel at the end of the evening. The shuttles showed up on time and took everyone where they needed to be. The problem I had with them is one of their shuttle drivers took it upon himself to become a guest at the wedding reception. I think the way that their management handled the situation spoke in volumes of how this company is run.

Terrible. They did not show up to pick me and my wedding party. When I called they said they were delayed and they did not know when they would show up. I was late for mass. When we got there, our guests were waiting and I felt so bad, especially since I had planned to arrive an hour early with my bridesmaids. My Aunt had to drive me to church in a mini van even though my husband had made the reservation and paid the deposit months ago. The limo later showed up in church, the limo driver did not have a blazer on and the limo was black and small even though my husband had requested a white limo. We had to copy the Attorney general's consumer protection office and our priest, who had recommended them on a formal complaint letter. It was only when we sent them a registered letter with the CCs that they called my husband back. Even then they still tried to hold on to the money and we insisted on being paid in full, or else we were going to take legal action. They eventually refunded our money. I still remember how they were very unkind and nonchalant to me on the phone, on my wedding day. They were shockingly unprofessional and I will not recommend them. Better off taking a cab to church. This was the one dark spot on our day and we thank God that everything else was beautiful, albeit a stressful start.

Horrible Service.
Arrived late and in wrong location. The driver had no directions to destination. THen overcharged me for an extra hour becuase THEY were late.

This is the only bad review I have to write for our wedding. We hired a coach bus to pick up our guests from the hotel, drive them to the church, wait outside then drive everyone to the reception. The driver dropped everyone off at the church and just left. All of our guests were standing outside in the rain waiting for a bus that never showed up. People ended up catching cabs or walking the 2 miles to the reception. In the following weeks my husband tried to get in touch with who was in charge at American Limousines multiple times as he avoided our calls and ignored our emails. The one time we did manage to get him on the phone he basically told us sorry, his drivers just weren't very smart. I strongly discourage anyone thinking about using this company.

This was the only negative review I had to write for my wedding. I was very disapointed in the service and response from American Limousines. I would definitely not recommend using them as your transportation for your wedding day. Here is the story...I hired American Limousines for my wedding at that time there was an initial timeline request for the Trolley to pick up guests and the Bridal Party. Five days before the wedding I called American Limousines to give them the final timeline for the Trolley for the day’s events. During that conversation a gentleman from the company asked me to email them the final timeline which was sent thirty minutes later. Per the request of the company in the subject header of the email it included the bride and grooms last name and the reference ID. This timeline included the schedule and addresses for each location with to the minute specifications on transportation. On my wedding day the Trolley came to the hotel at the correct time and took 2 loads of guests over to the church. Once those two trips were completed, per the schedule sent the trolley was to come back to pick up the bridal party. This never happened. The bridal party waited for 30 minutes. Once we realized the trolley wasn’t coming back we got taxis, paid for them and arrived 45 minutes late the wedding ceremony. In result money was spent on the Trolley which did not complete the requested and paid for service. Most importantly, pick the bride up on her wedding day. It also resulted then in missing the Cocktail hour at the reception. When I returned from my Honeymoon I made my initial call to American Limousines and spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer stated that she was going to look into what happened and call me back. She never called back. I have been getting a run around from this company for the past 6 weeks! Every time I call they say they need to talk to a different person. Then they don't call back. To this day I still have yet to get a response from the company. I have made an official complaint to the Better Business Bureau and am currently waiting for a response. Whatever you do please do not waste your time and money on this company.

This is the only negative review I have had to write from my wedding. We hired a 32-passenger bus to transport my wedding guests from the hotel to the wedding, and back to the hotel at night. When you hire a professional driver there is an assumption that said driver actually knows how to DRIVE a bus. Our driver did not. She was unable to go in reverse and refused to backup in order to pick my guests up at the Carriage House of the Evergreen Museum. It was dark, and it was raining and she expected my guests to walk to entrance of the museum. They might have well as walked back to the hotel! My husband missed the end of our wedding because he was on the phone with customer service trying to get us another driver who knew how to use reverse. With several of my guests directing her, she was finally able to back up about half-way.I wish we had gone with one of the other companies, even though they were more expensive, but at least we could have had a capable driver.
American Limo is a professional transportation company. They will not be late and you will not receive substitute autos. They do not double-book and they will do a fantastic job for your wedding. As a wedding planner, I refer my brides to them.
