Amica Bride

I was hesitant to purchase my bridesmaid dresses online. But my girlfriend got her dresses from them over 10 years ago and I figured if they are still around and there are good reviews then I would give it a shot. And it was the best savings I made for the whole wedding. I had tried on the dress at a shop and fell in love. It turns out that Amica Bride did carry it and was at a great rate. I even had to communicate a couple times with the company about changing my delivery address. They were so helpful and friendly and very quick to respond. It was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever made online.

I had a great experience with Amica. The bridesmaid dresses were still on the pricey side but a much better deal than getting them from a local retailer. The responsiveness was great and the dresses looked great as well.

I was a bit weary of ordering my bridesmaids dresses via email only - and it seemed a bit fishy when I got the email as a response to an unresponsive vendor from the Dessy website, but in reading the reviews, they seemed credible so I took my chances. The dresses just arrived today, May 23rd, and I ordered them on March 7th, so they were bang on with their estimate of their arrival. They were very quick in their responses to any emails I sent, and the dresses look great!

I ordered my bridemaid dress for an upcoming wedding in January of 2012. The dress arrived in March and the zipper did not work and the dress was hufge- even though I was measured at a local bridal shop. I called Amica and they said I would have to ship the dress back and they would order a new dress from the company- wait time 4 to 5 months. Time did not allow. I took the dress for alterations and discovered the zipper replacement was over $40.00. I called Amica and asked to be reimbursed for the zipper replacement cost since the dress should have come with a working zipper. They have yet to respond to emails or phone calls for over a week.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Amica shipped us dresses that were lopsided (looked like knock off dresses), and realized the dresses were poor quality from pictures that I sent. I sent my dresses directly back to Dessy, who provided "new" dresses, but each dress looked exactly the same with something different wrong with them. I asked for a refund since my original order was placed in November 2011 for my wedding on June 1, 2012 and Amica avoided all of my emails and phone calls. I reported this vendor to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General. I want my bridesmaids to have their money back since we had to buy new dresses from a different vendor!!

I found my Dessy Bridesmaids dresses at Amica at a fraction of the price (about $60 less than the retail store). I was a bit concerned that all communication and ordering will have to be done online and via fax but I read their reviews and decided to go for it. Kathy was extremely responsive and provided all the pricing,sizing, and ordering details that I asked for. I ordered the dresses in January and the were received in March 2nd! Earlier than she had estimated. The dresses came well packaged and they were not knock offs. EXCELLENT Vendor and I would recommend them to anyone. Great dresses and lower prices that the bridal stores. ALTHOUGH - My Bridemaids ALL got measured by a tailor and ordered per the DESSY chart and the dresses run WAY bigger than then charts indicated. Everyone has to get theor dresses altered. BUT the chart is not Amica's fault :)

I went through Amica bridal for my bridesmaid dresses. I was so unsure of them because the only contact I had with them was through email. I even emailed brides through this website that did reviews to make sure it was a good deal. I ordered After Six dresses that were originally $220.00 at local bridal shops. I got the dresses for $125.00 including shipping through Amica Bridal. The dresses arrived and they were BEAUTIFUL and they are not knock-offs.... genuine designer dresses. Everyone at my wedding loved them!!!!

Easy to get a hold of. Answered questions while trying to order online. Fast service. Perfect quality and fit when dresses arrived. I ordered five bridesmaids dresses from this company over the internet. Encountered no problems!

I picked my bridesmaids's dresses from the Dessy Group online, and when I tried to contact a local vendor I got flipped to Amica Bride. I chatted with Jessica over email, who gave me pricing and timing information for my girls. She was very responsive and professional, and by having the girls order together, we were able to get a discount. I know some of my bridesmaids had questions about payment and sizing, and every time they called or emailed the staff was very friendly and helpful. Admittedly I was still a little concerned about ordering dresses from an online / email vendor, but after working with Amica my concerns were relieved and I chose to use them for my junior bridesmaids and flower girl dresses, which I ordered at a later date.

I couldn't have asked for more! Great prices and great service! It was SO nice to have such an important detail of my wedding that I didn't have to stress out about! Thanks again!!

I just received my dresses from Amica Bride today, and they are beautiful!!!!! I can't thank Jessica enough for helping me with my bridesmaids who were all over the country. She was always available to answer my questions. But I saved the girls a ton of money!!!

Amica Bride was great! I ordered dresses last fall from them. I saved my bridesmaids alot of money. I found the dresses at a local store for $190, and I bought from Amica for $109. Plus, the dresses came in early. I was so happy that they were so wonderful with all of my questions. I would definiately recommend them!!!
