Cortney was such a pleasure to work with! She was only hired as a Day of Coordinator but I felt she did way more than that. She made sure everything went smoothly the day of and she was such a great help. She helped field issues and to make sure everything was under control, even when issues came up. I absolutely loved working with her!

We were very happy with Cortney. She was patient, professional and flexible. She also had great ideas and went far beyond her call of duty.

We highly recommend Cortney as your wedding coordinator. We hired Cortney on Dec 18th 2010 for a day of coordinator and she did a superb job. After running into some major problems the day of our wedding, she quickly and gracefully solved them. Cortney worked great under pressure and was always one step ahead of our event. Cortney was, no doubt, a professional and took her job very serious. Our pastor was so amazed with her that he asked for her contact information so he can recommend her to his future couples. She is definitely a person who can be trusted and we guarantee you won’t be disappointed. We are so happy with the way our wedding day came out we wouldn’t change a thing.

Cortney gave me a ton of great ideas. She kept the day running smoothly for me and quickly fixed my problems. My day was perfect because of her help! I highly recommend her. She is hard-working and very dependable.

Cortney was a great help with our wedding. She took a lot of the stress off by helping me with all the details, set up, running around and picking things up, coordinating with the vendors, and making sure the day went smoothly. She went above and beyond and was also very creative when it came to figuring out the details in decorations. We had a lot of little things come up in the planning process but Cortney was good with helping me stay calm and figure out how to get everything done. It was a great day because I was able to relax knowing she had it all under control. She is a passionate and hard worker and we appreciate all of her hard work.

I renewed my vows at a park in Dana Point. The day couldn't have gone any smoother. We planned the whole wedding in 2 months tops. Flexibility, perfection and commitment to excellence should be the company motto. Cortney came to my house late one night because I was busy and had to work, and showed me various pictures and ideas for themes and decorations. She also brought the paperwork for various locations that we had previously discussed via email so that we can get that going right away. We didn't have much time. We kept in touch via email and text messaging to check on progress and when each step was accomplished. She even put my party favors together for me. The day finally came. She arrived early at the park and met with the delivery trucks and organized the set up. She even personally delivered breakfast to our hotel room. All we had to do that morning, was show up and walk down the aisle. Thank you Cortney for making life much easier. I couldn't have done it without you.

I enjoyed my wedding at least 10 times more because of Cortney. We hired her just near the end for day-of coordination but she was so much more than that. She met with us ahead of time to make sure that we had all the bases covered (and we didn't :). She collected the contact information for all of our vendors and took care of making sure that all of that was confirmed, on the right day, at the right time, etc - about 10 calls that I did not want to make the week of the wedding. She came up with a brilliant back up plan for our outdoor wedding in case of rain. She ran the rehearsal ceremony - which was very necessary as we were all just kind of milling around without her direction. And last but in no way least, when the rental company sent one less table cloth than was ordered, Cortney simply called in a favor from a local restaurant that she works with, and they gave us a beautiful table cloth for the night. Those are the kinds of professional connections that allow her to solve any problem. And those are just the things I know about - the wedding went so completely smooth it seemly impossible. I am sure that there were a ton of things she did at the wedding itself that I didn't even know about (and probably didn't want to know about.)

Cortney is amazingly professional and flexible, and our wedding went off without a hitch because of her. I would recommend her to any bride who wants to get through her entire wedding without having to deal with anything but having fun!

We're glad that Cortney was our wedding coordinator and no doubt was the best choice we made. We later found out that our bakery vendor forgot to deliver our entire order and arrived late. She handled it fluidly and took care of the problem on the spot. We received compliments from our guests that Cortney was very attentive to a few children that were present that evening. Also, we appreciated the special touches she did for us without us asking for it and we felt that she took care of us that evening.

Cortney is always such a pleasure to work with! I've worked with her on quite a few projects, and her ability to coordinate and organize is exceptional. She never fails to impress me and always receives positive feedback from her clients. We need more people like Cortney to make weddings run smoother; every time I shoot a wedding without a coordinator I wish she was there beside me to help!

Cortney is a ball of fire with such a great attitude and works with her clients and her client's vendors with such professionalism. She gets things done and very level headed - exactly what you need in a wedding coordinator! We highly recommend her! She's fast and responsive to every situation but at the same time maintains her lovely smile. She floats with ease!
