Yesterday our daughter got married. We worked with Amy Bridges Events for her wedding. Amy and her staff are amazing. I never worked with a wedding coordinator before; knowing that I had many things to keep on top of. It quickly snowballs and Amy was on top of it all for us. She took all of the stress and worry out of planning a wedding. This allowed us to concentrate completely on enjoying the whole experience. On the day of the wedding, ABE took care of setting up the venue, keeping everyone on their timelines and again, taking the worry of all the things that could go wrong. Her staff is amazing. I recommend ABE. I give them 5 stars++
Amy Bridges Events recently did the week-of coordinating for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. We were fortunate enough to have Lisa Bravo as our week-of coordinator and she did a great job. Even though we only contracted her for the "week-of" Lisa went to great lengths in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding to make sure our contracts with our vendors were finalized and to ensure that she had a clear idea of just how we wanted our wedding to look, feel and flow. The rehearsal / walk-through, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all ran as planned (and on time!) thanks in large part to Lisa. She was professional, kind and respectful to us, our wedding party and our family. She helped to organize the necessary people for our photographs, ensured that the decorations, favors, meals and drinks were all in place as we had discussed and the ceremony / reception went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Lisa for any bride looking for a week-of coordinator.

Amy Bridges Events is absolutely phenomenal! In the weeks leading up to my wedding, Amy was easy to contact and quick to respond, professional, and assuring. During the rehearsal she was clear, calm and collected as she lead my large bridal party and extended family through all the ceremony details. She took time to address everyone’s questions, while remaining flexible and open to any small changes that I wanted to make. On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy every minute leading up to the ceremony knowing that Amy was at the venue coordinating all of our vendors and ensuring that everything was set-up and ready for our big day. The ceremony and reception ran seamlessly thanks to her, and I cannot imagine what my wedding day would have been like if Amy had not been there. I have already recommended Amy Bridges Events to one of my friends who will be getting married in May, and I will continue to recommend Amy and her team to everyone I know.
Working with Amy Bridges Events was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Lisa Bravo was wonderful! She understood exactly what type atmosphere we were trying to create on our wedding day and helped us bring it to life through her expert advice. The day of the wedding could not have been better. Her behind-the-scenes support ensured that everything ran smoothly and that all our guests had a wonderful time. Lisa's professionalism mixed with her easy-going nature and eye for detail helped make our wedding day extraordinary. We can not thank her enough!
I hate to be mean, but she was essentially useless on the day of. A few examples: She was supposed to grab us and the officiant to sign the license, which never happened. She took a photo book that my mother had made for me (including pics from bachelorette party) that happened to be in the car and put that out along with the Magnum of wine that should have been the 'guest book'. I now have a magnum with half the signatures, and my moms gift that now is half of a guest book...and she knew that the magnum was to be the guest book!

I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience. I am also very surprised to hear that you felt this way since your wedding was over six months ago and I never heard anything negative at the time. I do not feel that I was "useless" on the day of your wedding. In fact, two of your vendors that I had never worked with before specifically contacted me after the event to tell me how impressed they were with me and my staff, and they have since referred me to other clients. In regards to the photo book-- I was specifically handed the book and asked to put it out by the Mother of the Bride, which is who I worked with on most of the wedding. I was not even on site when your step father delivered the special items, so I certainly did not take it out of the car on my own. I am very, very sorry you felt this way and although I disagree with your feedback, I do appreciate hearing your opinion. Please feel free to contact me with any other concerns. From the moment my husband and I first met with Amy about our June 2011 wedding, I knew it would be a seamless event. She is organized, efficient, and so easy to work with! She has had plenty of experience with event coordinating in the industry, and I knew she would be perfect for our wedding!
We hired Amy for the "month of" coordination which began about 45 days before our big day! She immediately contacted all of our vendors to ensure that everything was under control and confirmed with each vendor about the event. Amy also created a formal timeline to keep all vendors on schedule for the wedding! I wouldn't have known where to start with details like that, but Amy knew exactly what to do to make our wedding day perfect! Every vendor was on time and on schedule, including catering, photography, cake, bartender and DJ! She was able to answer any questions that each vendor had and allowed me to work without having to take any extra time off to deal with the little things. She was responsive and detailed and consolidated all vendor contact so I wasn't busy working with 20 different people! I could not have asked for a better person to help coordinate our wedding and it was nothing short of amazing thanks to Amy Bridges Events!
I would recommend Amy Bridges Events to any Bride & Groom who are looking for a seamless and Amazing wedding day and experience!!

Amy really is as good as it gets. We got married in June, and it was a destination for us as we were coming from Manhattan and getting married at Chateau St. Jean in Sonoma. From day one, Amy was amazing. She is detailed oriented, sharp and extremely knowledgeable. I knew after our first discussion that she was going to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams. As the icing on the cake, she is one of the sweetest, warmest and most courteous people I have ever met. When I met her, I felt like I had known her forever. On the weekend of the wedding, she had a way about her which was always calming...I was never nervous. Leading up to the wedding, she worked with all of our vendors diligently to make sure everything was perfect. She even caught a few errors on one of our vendor's contracts....and persistently worked to make sure that this one, along with all the others, was exactly how we wanted it. She also came up with great suggestions and ideas that I would have never thought of otherwise. I could rely on her to do things like this and know they would be taken care of, which was especially helpful in planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away.
Also, even though I only signed up for the month of package, she was ALWAYS willing to answer my questions and ALWAYS got back to me promptly, going above and beyond with the details and her answers. I look forward to seeing her again!
If you are getting married anywhere in her area, make sure you hire her...it will be the best decision you make!
I am a marriage officiant with lots of experience working with event planners. Amy is the best! Her communication with me was prompt, complete and courteous. At the event itself we worked very well together collaborating about the rehearsal and the wedding ceremony itself. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her. I can say with absolute certainly that if you are remotely considering hiring Amy for the biggest day of your life – DO IT!!!! Amy was invaluable. My now husband and I got married at Mayacama Golf Club in Santa Rosa, where they had a wedding planner onsite. After meeting with her a few times, we decided she did not share our vision for our wedding so we let her go.
After interviewing what seemed like a million wedding coordinators, I thankfully found Amy. She was fantastic right from the start, putting in the immense time and effort to schedule a meeting with the manager of Mayacama to discuss coordination with the club. She has a young, fresh take on wedding styles and ideas and responded to all my emails and calls right away.
Amy is a very bubbly, positive person and was very supportive of my ideas but did not hesitate to make suggestions. We ended up using her suggestions every time! Amy was incredibly organized and the day of the wedding I literally worried about NOTHING.
Our wedding was so much fun, I was relaxed and calm the whole day because Amy had every detailed planned to the moment. She smoothly guided my wedding party to where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. Our guests as well as the staff at Mayacama kept saying they had never, ever seen a wedding go so smoothly,

I don't know what I would have done without Amy Bridges! Because of her my wedding was perfect & I was able to enjoy every second. All of my vendors raved about her & said she was a joy to work with. She is extremely professional & incredibly organized which are musts for wedding planners. It was so easy to get a hold of her if I had any questions & I loved every second I worked with her. If you are looking for the perfect Wedding Planner for your Sonoma County Wedding- look no further then Amy Bridges! As a bride on a budget, I tried to do many aspects of my wedding myself. However, as the day got closer I suddenly felt overwhelmed and disorganized and just didn't know what to do. I knew I needed help from a professional. That's when Amy came in to save the day!! I knew the day of the wedding I needed someone to take over all the stresses, so that I could just enjoy myself and be carefree. Little did I know that Amy would help so much along the way- and truly make my wedding day exactly how I'd always dreamed.

This timeline was like my baby blanket. I never once let it leave my sight- until the day of- when I let go of every worry- knowing that I was in good hands with Amy. Each detail that I had forgotten to even consider, Amy was on top of. Amy helped me work with vendors and ask the right questions pertaining to details and costs. She constantly kept in contact with them, keeping each vendor updated on changes we made and the timeline. This gave me time to focus on truly enjoying my engagement and wedding planning in a stress free way.
Amy ensured that everything was orchestrated smoothly from the walk down the aisle to the tossing of the bouquet. During the wedding day, any question or concern with vendors, etc. went directly to Amy- instead of having me or family members stress. She knew exactly what to do to make the day run just how I wanted- clipboard in hand!
By hiring Amy, I felt at ease that things would be taken care of and exactly how I wanted. She took over many of the stressful pre-wedding to do's, which freed me up to enjoy my engagement and showers.
