Amy Urban Weddings

Amy was an absolute joy to work with. Very professional and courteous. She also went out of her way to make sure all my vendors were on the same page and keeping up to date with our wedding day! We hired Amy 2 years from our wedding date and she was more than happy during that time to answer all our silly or not so silly questions and quell any fears we had. You will NOT be disappointed hiring Amy as your planner!

I loved working with Amy and she made sure my day ran so smoothly! Her attention to detail helped to keep me on track and insure that everything was prepared and ready for the big day. She and her staff took care of all of the little details. One of her staff members even held my sleeping 2 year old niece at my reception for 2 hours! I would HIGHLY recommend Amy's services!

We LOVED working with Amy, and she was exactly what we needed, someone to handle all of the loose ends during that last week. She was amazing and I don't know what I would've done without her. Amy ran the rehearsal, and coordinated everything on the wedding day to make sure it ran smoothly. And coming from a somewhat rambunctious family, everyone was very impressed with her! I can't say enough good things about Amy and her staff. You know how everyone tells you to relax and enjoy your wedding? Hiring Amy let me do that. Her day-of-coordination was excellent. Leading up to the wedding, she helped us plan a timeline for our wedding, answered my questions, visited the reception site with us, and made sure we didn't forget to address any planning needs. But the true value came through starting at the rehearsal. She led the rehearsal, everyone responded well to her, and all of the planning pressure came off my shoulders. On our wedding day, she and her staff executed our plans wonderfully. I was free to talk to my family and friends, dance - I even got to eat my dinner!

At first I didn't want to spend the money on a day-of-coordinator. I like to plan and my family and friends were willing to help. But my fiance insisted, and of all the expenses of our wedding I feel like we got the most value out of Amy's fee. I gladly recommend her and believe she made my wedding day 100 percent better than it would have been without her help.

Amy was truly a godsend. From the rehearsal to packing up after the wedding, I don't what I would have done without her. Amy truly has her bride's best interests at heart, and makes sure their day is nothing less than perfect.

We absolutely LOVED working with Amy!! She has the best personality for a wedding planner. She is extremely organized and can take control, but also is warm and kind like a great friend. Our rehearsal and wedding day would not have been as relaxing and organized without her! I did not want my mom or myself to be worried about things on the wedding day. We definitely weren't because Amy took care of everything and made us feel so calm! Things went so smoothly even though we changed things a bit at the reception due to time constraints.
