Where do I even start?! Even from the beginning of our planning process anyone and everyone recommended Ana saying she was "The Best in the business!" and let me tell you now from my own personal experience she 100% is! Her bakery is pretty far from where I live and to not inconvienence me she herself came to my house to bring her amazing samples for my fiancé and I to try! I showed her a photo of a cake I loved and she sketched an even more amazing version of it! Adding crystals and bling definitely upping the wow factor! Every one one of her favors and fillings are different and out of this world that we couldn't choose! We ended up going with 3 flavors her vanilla rum with custard, red velvet, and the best carrot cake you'll ever have! On our wedding day I was BLOWN away by our cake and so were our guests! It was WAY more amazing then I had even hoped for and countless people even said the prettiest cake they've ever seen! I now know why all the celebrities want a cake by Ana Paz because her work is amazing!

Ms. Paz has created cakes for Emilio and Gloria Estefan, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony to name a few,so obviously has earned her reputation for delicious and expertly created cakes. My daughter brought a picture of a beautiful flower box she wanted to design her wedding like. Ms. Paz created the most perfect and elegant rendition of that box. And oh the taste!!! I travelled 3,000+ miles with a smaller version because the bride and groom couldn't wait until the wedding to taste it again. Highly recommend Ms. Paz!!!

Ana Paz has the reputation she does because she is truly the best! She is not only extremely talented, but also really makes an effort to work with brides to perfectly match their vision. I was so undecided about the design I wanted, but my fiancé (now husband) had the great idea to give her a copy of our wedding invitation and let her run with it. The wedding cake she produced was so beautiful and thoroughly fit in with our theme. We were both extremely happy with her creation.

Now for the most important part -- the taste! The cake was absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about it, and we even had someone come by the next day for more helpings. Ana Paz was a hit at our wedding!

THE BEST! From the 1st day at the tasting, it was hard to choose which cake to use because they were all DELICIOUS! Several guests enjoyed the cake so much that they asked to take pieces to go! We have been to many weddings and never have tasted such a good wedding cake. The staff was professional and helpful, and everything was done exactly to our taste. Ana Paz Cakes were included in our wedding package. We were thrilled to see that we were able to have a beautiful and delicious wedding cake without paying more. Our cake with Ana Paz was included in our hotel package, so we didn't taste cake anywhere else. It didn't matter though because our cake was delicious! We had a vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream and fondant--simple and yummy (the cake is soaked in some amazing syrup so it is super moist). We were able to come up with a beautiful design, and it was perfectly executed on the day of the wedding. Can't wait to eat our top tier on our anniversary--although we may dig in a little early!

My cake was included in our package with Bank Of America, with the package we were able to get a fondant wedding cake and it was simple and beautiful. My husband and I prefered flavor over decoration when it came to the cake, but it was both! People raved about the lemon cake and it was sooo stunning. I had no idea what type of cake I wanted when I walked into Ana Paz. The girl sat me down, gave me a warm welcome and brief introduction to the process. She then allowed me some private time to look through their albums of wedding cakes. SO NICE! I hate looking through samples while someone is over your shoulder or you feel like you have to rush. I had plenty of time to look at the pictures and there are SO many different kinds. I instantly fell in love with one cake I saw in a picture. We had SOOOOO many compliments on the cake - from the design to the taste! Ana Paz cakes are so moist and flavorful and really unlike any wedding cake I've ever tasted!!

Both my planner & I dealt directly w/ Ana herself & a few times w/ her Daughter Sarah. I have been using Ana for years, so of course when it came time to order my cake it had to be from her. My origianal pic was over the top 7 tier cake for my feb wedding, though because I the change in dates & short notice, Ana created a 4 tier cake simiar to what I originally. I had no idea what it was going to look like till the day off, though she never seems to surprise me. It was amazing beautiful & over the top DELISH!

The cake was exactly what I wanted it to look like. Everyone marveled at how gorgeous our cake was. Not only was it gorgeous it was delicious. I also loved the fact that I meet with Ana a couple of times and every time I met with her she always remembered me and the details of my cake. It was a pleasure working with Ana Paz for my wedding cake. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and they recreated it perfectly. We had a fondant, four-tier square cake and it was delicious. The fondant was soft and sweet and did not have the hard, cardboard-like consistency that it sometimes gets. Also, their prices were very affordable.

Ana Paz was a savior! I found out my initial vendor could not make my cake for my wedding date. She took my order one week early and had it ready. It was beautiful and delicious! It is nice to know that there are understanding business professionals out there that care enough to help out in situations like this!

After visiting 2 other cake makers that were included with our venue, Ana Paz blew us away, in taste and quality! We selected a vanilla rum with bavarian cream with ivory foundant, but here's the kicker: Ana probed us questions about our venue, theme, etc. and began to sketch a drawing of a cake, like an architecht. She then suggested that the we create a chandelier-like detail on the cake to match the candelabra centerpieces. We added fresh flowers from the florist for color. This cake was delicious and just exquisite. It made such an impression at the reception. Another great idea someone from the bakery suggested was to cut our top layer into 12 slices and put it in the freezer. Each month you celebrate being a newlywed by eating a slice. So far we've had two slices and it still tastes amazing!!

Ana Paz cakes are very good and moist, with any flavor that you can imagine. I love the way she was able to deliver the view I had for my wedding cake!

After much shopping around for some traditional red velvet cake, we finally found someone who actually new what red velvet cake consisted of and was not just taking yellow cake and adding food coloring to the mix. Our wedding cake was not only beautiful but our guests couldn't get enough of the red velvet wedding cake. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!

I live outside of the US so for the most part I had to plan my wedding (including the selection of my wedding cake) via email and telephone. Ana Paz's staff made this process very easy. They were very friendly and receptive to handling my requests -- I did not want the traditional cake that came with the hotel wedding package so all I had to do was pay the difference between the traditional cake and the one that I wanted. More importantly, the cake looked beautiful and tasted great. It was perfect!

The cake was delicious! They executed the design just as I requested and it was beautiful. They were always very professional. I went to the location in Doral. I can't speak for the Coral Gables store as I have never had a good experience anywhere in Coral Gables. But I have no complaints of the cake I received.

Ana Paz is a wonderful baker with a passion for making you feel so very special on your wedding day. We faxed her a picture from a magazine and with her recommendations, we had a fabulous cake made from her great grandmothers recipe. The raspberries for filling were imported from Switzerland. This was no ordinary cake and Ana Paz is an extraordinary and accommodating person. No doubt here. We highly recommend Ana Paz Cakes.

Ana is a pleasure to work with! The cake was included in my package at the Hyatt, but it included up to 100 people with buttercream. I did upgrade it to 140 people with fondant icing. I wanted a simple cake and found one on her website that I loved. We tweaked it a little bit and it was just gorgeous! We went with old fashined vanilla and chocolate with bavarian cream filling and fondant icing and it was delicious! I highly recommend Ana Paz!

We got both our engagement and wedding cakes from Ana Paz and they were both marvelous. They taste and look great! To top it off, the team gets what you want and make sure to provide it.
