Ancaster Mill

I cannot recommend the Ancaster Mill any more. Throughout our planning, Kathy always responded to my many emails and phone calls. Everything was "no problem! we can do that!" - it was amazing. On the actual day, I could not believe how organized they were. We did not have to do anything except show up! They made our day run so smoothly and so seamlessly, it was unreal.
The location is beyond beautiful. The waterfall, the covered bridge, the incredible outdoor ceremony site. You don't have to leave to take beautiful photographs!
Finally, the food: amazing. Our guests ranted and raved about the meals afterwards. All the food was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly.
I am so happy we went with the Ancaster Mill, not only for their incredible location and food, but most of all for their amazing service. It made for a stress-free day -- what else could any bride want?

The Ancaster Mill is a beautiful venue to have a wedding at, and we couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The food at our wedding was amazing, the room was romantic (the 1812 room), and the garden for the ceremony was perfect! The staff was great overall, just a few hiccups the day of the wedding, but other than a lack of organization for a few moments that night, everything was great.

The staff at Ancaster Mill is absolutely fantastic. They we very prompt with everything, helping in any way that they could. Vicki was absolutely amazing to work with!!

Absolutely amazing venue! Staff was incredible, food was the best part of all. Wonderful location to take photos. Several of our guests plan on returning for their own wedding. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat!

This Venue is Stunning! We used the Millview Room- which has floor-to-ceiling windows on all 4 walls, and it looks out into the forest- beautiful. The photos that you can get a a venue like this are incredible! (tip; go alll the way up the stairs towards the back of the property, and there is a very nature-y area... which will mean no metal bars, etc to impede your photos)

The food was so delicious, and it is chosen seasonally based on what is fresh, organic and local- what could be better? They made these Sweet Potato Chips that Rocked my World!

I loved this venue. Planning the wedding was made very simple with the help of the excellent staff.

I have done several Weddings at the Ancaster Old Mill, with all the new changes they have made with the waterfall it's a pleasure to take photos there. Whither inside or out I always get a perfect photo. The Staff
are wonderful at seeing if I need any thing as a photographer. All the ministers that I have dealt with there are wonderful and cheery.

We regularly perform at the Old Mill in Ancaster, and have always found the staff to be professional and organized.

When a client states that they have reserved the Ancaster Old Mill for their event, I know that their day will be PERFECT! Not only will their wedding day run smoothly, the food will be top notch, the staff accomodating and the surroundings beautiful. The professionalism of their entire staff, from the event coordinators down to the wait staff is incredible. If you are choosing to simply hold your ceremony in the stream side chapel, or spend your entire wedding day at the Mill, the staff truely takes an interest in ensuring that every bridal request is taken care of to the very last detail.

The Ancaster Old Mill is a gem, one that is hidden in a beautiful corner of Ancaster. Surrounded by soft romantic breezes and the sound of trickling waterfalls. What a perfect venue for a most perfect day!
