Anderson Rentals

Anderson rentals was great to work with - they had all the rental items we wanted in their selection, and more. They do party and equipment rentals. We got all our tables, chairs, tent, chandelier, bouncy castle, dinnerware, and shepherd's hooks from them.

Their staff was wonderful - we were planning from far away which was difficult because we couldn't physically see the things we were renting. Angie & Leslie were very patient in describing everything and answering our questions, and very patient when we had to call them and change our orders several times as our plans and headcount changed. They had fantastic customer service.

The delivery staff was also fantastic. We had a last minute emergency the day Anderson was supposed to drop everything off, and we had to delay delivery time. Even though it was an inconvenience to them, they were accommodating and flexible. They helped us figure out where to put everything and set up the bouncy castle, tent & lighting for us and did a great job with it.

My only minor gripe was that some of the chairs were dirty/stained, but most of them were just fine and everything else was great.
