Great service! Great price! Loved our rings!

When my now husband and I went into Andrews Jewelers at Easton for our wedding bands we were initially quite happy with everything. It was near Christmas so there were a lot of sales and we were able to get both of our rings for a good price. Before we left the store we were told my husbands ring would be in in 8-10 weeks since it was a special order Scott Kay ring. Well 10 weeks passed and we stopped by the store to see if the ring was there and we were told that we were misinformed and that it actually takes 12-14 weeks for the ring so we left. At week 12 we called the store and they promised it would be in that Friday. It wasn't. The exact same thing happened for weeks 13,14,15,and 16. By week 17 we started to panic since our wedding was almost here and we still had no ring. We went into the store and spoke with the manager to see what arrangements could be made to fix this problem and we were told Scott Kay stopped making the rings for Andrews but the ring would be there in time and that we would be able to work out a really great deal on an upgrade diamond for my engagement ring because of the hassle. On week 18 the ring FINALLY arrived. When we went to pick it up we found out the manager that had agreed to work out a deal with us had been fired.

If you intend to purchase you wedding band from this company I would highly suggest buying it AT LEAST 6 months in advance!

Andrews at the Easton location is great. We have been in there several times, and every time was a pleasant experience. We got both my engagment ring and wedding band there, and also got my husbands band there. They have cleaned my rings several times for no charge. I even just recently got my rings sodered together and they had it back to me in 1 day! Great place with a great selection!

My fiance and I ordered our wedding bands here. Mine was easy and I knew what I wanted. My fiance was unsure of what he wanted but knew it had to be unique. The jeweler was very nice and convinced him that he wanted a ring they didnt even have in the store. Once ordered, the price was set. When my fiance decided a week later that he wanted the same ring but a thinner width, he called to change the order but it was already processed. So, they had to cut his ring down and refinish it. This took more time but they did not charge us extra. While it was our decision to change the ring and they were very nice and helped us with the changes, I still feel like they shouldn't have charged us for the first ring. Couldn't they have just sent it back to the place they ordered it from? In the end his ring appraised for about half of what we paid. I would still go back to them but armed with this information next time a charming jeweler talks my fiance into jewelry he cant try on.

Polaris Mall Andrews was great! They sat down with us THREE times before Brian finally decided which ring (he didn't want me to know which one so I narrowed it down to my favorite two then he went back two days later and bought the one I have now). It's almost 2 carats, square shaped and Brian bought the matching band too. We bought his ring there too but it was only $200.00. Good service.

My fiance bought me a diamond and sapphire necklace (which I plan on wearing at the wedding) and diamond earrings there. They were both reasonably priced and beautiful. The customer service is also top-notch.

My husband purchased my engagement ring here and we returned for our wedding bands. The salespeople were great - low pressure and helpful. They didn't hassle my husband about buying me a non-diamond engagement ring (ruby), and they helped us find the simple rings we were looking for and have them engraved.

Very pleased with quality of both engagement ring and wedding ring. We ordered a second ring for a wedding gift and they were both slow and inaccurate. I requested a 4.75 ring size and was sent a size 5. They had no certain time that the ring would be in and they did not contact me when it arrived. This was the only concern I had.
