She was extremely great to work with, flexible schedule, and she did a great job. She is very talented. And I met with her a number of times since I brought the dress in 6 months before the wedding. I had to only give her an A because she placed snaps for the French bustle. IT looked amazing but they are not very secure. I do highly recommend her but I would definitely ask her for an alternative to snaps.

Ann Hamilton is a designer and re-styler of wedding gowns whose studio is located in the old Meat Market district at the western edge of Greenwich Village. She currently specializes in vintage, vintage-restoration, alteration and redesign, as well as offering her own line of flower girls' dresses. Bridal gown alterations are also available.
Ann studied fashion design at the Parsons School of Design in New York City. She worked for several years in costume design for the theater, and has worked in bridal design and heirloom gown restoration and restyling since1990. Her work has been highlighted in a number of newspaper and magazine articles both in New York and Ireland. For the past several years she has been included in New York Magazine's special wedding issue.
