I rented tents from Anthony's. I was charged for the wrong person's rentals first. Thankfully I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and was able to tell that it was the wrong account. They also installed the tents in the wrong places because the delivery person forgot the work order which turned out to be an issue due to the rain and we had to dry off all the seats that were uncovered. Then I was over charged. I was able to get a refund on the amount I was overcharged but the receptionist, Donna, was very rude.

A little expensive but I couldn't find what I was looking for, anywhere else.

Ugh, I'll spare the sordid deets. Basically they really were hasty and short to deal with. They came Friday to set up and did an ok job of it. They were back on Monday to take everything but then claimed 2 chairs were missing. Meanwhile I had proof that they were counted upon arrival. We straightened it out finally, but I never got an apology for the misunderstanding. It was simply brushed off.

We rented 10 aisle candleabras for our wedding for about $200 with the delivery charge. We thought that was a bit expensive but we couldn't seem to find them anywhere else for less. On the other hand, they delivered them and picked them up without any problems and they looked great. We got exactly what we wanted.

Too horrible an experience to get into!!
