Any Occasion - Wedding Coordinators

Inna from Any Occasion helped bring my wedding day together in the most organized, professional and pleasant way possible. She coordinated all the vendors leading up to the event and each one said that she was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond in managing decor and helping with vendor set up. Everything turned out beautifully, in no small part thanks to Inna. Best of all, I didn't know about any of it and could fully enjoy my wedding!

Any Occasion are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I needed any help with planning they were right by my side, giving me great advice that fit both my wallet and style. They are involved just enough to be helpful and not too much to be overbearing. I am extremely happy with their superior services, quality and overall personality.

It is a treat to have someone by your side, who wants you to have a fabulous wedding just as much as you do! Another awesome thing - they have a policy to meet with bride and/or couples as many times as needed - no set limits! That made me feel that I can reach out to them at any time and get a response - and I sure did :)! Through all the planning Inna and Vera gave me great advices, they came to most of my vendor meetings, they dealt with my parents and my husband's family in the most professional manner (wow!); they came to the venue early, organized the set up, handled all the vendors and their final payments, we didn't lift a finger nor did we have to worry about anything at all. Everyone had a blast and we loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend both Inna and Vera to anyone in need of sanity on their big day.

Inna deserves the best rating possible - patient, calm, organized, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She came highly recommended by a friend of mine who had her wedding in the bay area - and Inna had no problem going to LA to accommodate my needs. She researched all our local vendors, helped me create a very unique style that truly spoke to both myself and my fiancé - was able to get our 12 couple bridal party follow processional instructions flawlessly and overall made my day as easy as it was possible.

One of my friends highly recommended Inna and her services. But being one of those DYI brides I thought I had no need for a professional wedding planner. About 3 weeks before the wedding the stress of it all got the best of to me. I called Inna and she made time to meet with me that same day. We chatted for just about 30 minutes and we covered so many topics! She gave me tons of great ideas, and this is all before we even signed a contract! In the last week before the wedding I was 99% hands-off! Inna took care of everything for me. She connected me with a few vendors who were such a pleasure to work with as well. I still wanted to do my own makeup and at least some flowers - Inna helped me put together my bridal bouquet and flowers for the guys. This not only saved me time, but allowed me to concentrate on one item and do it well. She was at the venue early, helping the hotel staff with setup and made sure everything was as we had planned. Her attitude through the whole process was upbeat, friendly, calming, and overall very pleasant! I couldn’t imagine how my day would be had she not been there. I would recommend her and her team to any bride who wants a piece of mind on her big day.
