We hired Inna and Anna as our day of coordinators for our Sept 2012 wedding at the Asian Art Museum and Saint Marys Cathedral in San Francisco. We are forever thankful for their help making our wedding the most amazing day of our lives! They brought peace of mind during the crazy months of wedding planning and stress. Though they were just 'day of coordinators', we were in contact with them nine months prior to our wedding. We began working with them in Jan 2012 when we had booked 85% of our wedding vendors. Inna helped us with a number of tasks that I felt were beyond her 'day of' duties - she recommended vendors for linens and chairs, read through all our contracts, made a layout of the reception floor plan, and kept us on track for all our planning with friendly biweekly emails. There are sooooo many details for a wedding and Inna is on top of them all from making sure we had an accurate timeline for our vendors to ensuring we had the GOBO design we wanted for our dance floor.
Asian Art Museum is home to priceless artwork and therefore is a notoriously difficult venue to work with a million regulations for vendors and VERY tight timeline to set up for a wedding. On the day of the wedding, Inna was able coordinate all the vendors to set up the reception in just 90 minutes (most wedding venues have all day to set up). We were very concerned with a delayed start time because of this very short set up time but Inna made it happen! Through out the wedding day, we were mostly with Anna, who was a blast to be with. We had a mini emergency at the ceremony where one of my bridesmaids ripped her dress right before walking down the aisle. Anna was right there with her sewing kit stitching up her dress minutes before the start of the ceremony and we were still on time! Amazing! Both Anna and Inna were a pleasure to work with and they flawlessly organized our Filipino catholic mass, Chinese tea ceremony, and museum reception to make the most amazing wedding ever! THANK...
When we decided to get a Day of Wedding Planner we werent really sure what we needed, but once I talked to Inna/Anna I knew they were the perfect fit and became much, much more then just Day of Planners. From the first day we contracted them they helped us along the way in the entire planning process. I was planning my San Francisco Wedding from New York along with my parents help who live in the Bay Area. Inna/Anna were the perfect balance in creating the vision I wanted while still attending to all my parents daily requests. From our first meeting they fully understood my vision of the big day and helped suggest things they thought would fit and help create the experience I wanted. They kept us on track during the planning process to ensure we met all deadlines and were always available via phone, email, skype, etc to answer any questions and provide suggestions. They kept in touch with all the vendors and when we had challenges reaching vendors they always stayed on top of them. Additionally, we had one vendor that was a big challenge and did not keep his promises, they put me at ease by dealing with the vendor and coming up with a backup plan if he didnt deliver. When I asked them for status updates on the vendor they always told me everything was fine and really made the entire process very stress free. Day of the Wedding they showed up at the hotel to check in on me and helped me get dressed and helped ease the jitters of the wedding party. They then left to help set-up the venue while still checking in with my Maid of Honor to ensure everything was going as planned prior to us all getting to the venue. Inna/Anna made themselves available to me throughout the entire wedding night, whether it was to give me a change of shoes, give me gum, or tell me when it was time to cut the cake or throw the bouquet. They were truly amazing and helped make my day absolutely perfect. They are worth every penny and much more. Thank you AnyOccasion for a perfect wedding day!!!
Hiring Inna and Anna was one of the best decisions that I made in the entire wedding planning process. I initially thought that I'd only need a Day - Of Coordinator but I'm so glad I had Inna and Anna to help guide me through the planning leading up to the wedding as well. They are both so sweet and professional and I knew I could always count on them to get things done in a timely manner and not let anything slip through the cracks. Any Occasion is amazing!!!!
The girls at Any Occasion did a fabulous for the big day! They were great to work with, very reasonably priced and super detail oriented. My wedding turned out beautifully and Any Occasion recommended a lot of the vendors I ended up using.. The vendors were great as well!! Talk about a stress relief!!!!!!!!! They were my stress relief :)

From the very start Inna was more than a wedding coordinator as it felt like we always had a friend and teammate by our side when we were with her. She was cute and friendly, but at the same time was firm with the rest of our vendors and kept in constant contact with them. We even received compliments from many of our other vendors on how great it was to work with Inna and how she helped them stay organized and on track.
When planning a wedding it is extremely easy to get stressed, but Inna was able to ease all of our worries by always being responsive and available. She got together with us an endless number of times just to make sure that everything was just right. That’s not to mention the number of late night Skype sessions we had, and when we say “late night” we really mean it.
We pride ourselves on being organized, but Inna took organization to another level. Inna put together our wedding day schedule and even foresaw all minor issues with toast requests from our many loving relatives.
Each detail in the schedule was done to perfection on the day of our wedding and this was all thanks to Inna’s tireless effort. She took care of all minor snags that would arise and we didn’t even know that there were any issues. One of our vendors got stuck in traffic on his way back and Inna ended up moving all of the remaining chairs on her own. We could always could count on Inna to get everything done. She even put together a wonderful surprise for us!
The evening went seamlessly and we will be forever grateful to Inna!
Inna goes the extra mile for her brides. She works hard to save you time, stress and money. We are so grateful we found her and could not have been more happy with her work. She has a wealth of experience, tons of creative ideas, a lovely personality and is extremely organized and on top of everything. How she does it is beyond me! Inna at Any Occasion is a dream come true for any bride. She was there to help from the littlest details to the grand theme and wanted to make sure everything would gel correctly. She looked over our contracts with other vendors with a fine tooth comb to make sure no detail was not over seen. On the day of our wedding Inna was there first hand to make sure everything was going according to plan and on time. The wedding turned out to be everything I hoped for and more. I was unfortunate enough to hire a wedding planner who was recommended by our winery. Our DOC wouldn't lift a finger to help us with things that were "outside" her contract and wanted to charge us extra for research we asked her to do. I needed references for a number of vendors in Napa area and I just didn't know whom to ask. I found AnyOccasion through friends - and when I called Inna, she did more research for me than the coordinator I hired, even though I wasn't on her books. She connected wiht me with several great vendors, and she even game me a few terrific (money-saving) pointers. At the end it all worked out, but I wish I hired AnyOccasion from the start...
Great service, affordable pricing, friendly and professional staff. They were very open and accomodating; helped me with a number of planning issues I had, and created most organized plan for the day of the wedding. AnyOccasion staff arrived at the venue early and worked seemlessly with the venue staff and my other vendors (based on feedback from the venue manager). I would recommend AnyOccasion to any bride who doesn't want to worry about running the show on her special day.

AnyOccasion deserves the best rating possible - both partners are patient, calm, organized, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Inna came highly recommended by a friend of mine who had her wedding in the bay area - and Inna had no problem going to LA to accommodate my needs. She researched all our local vendors, helped me create a very unique style that truly spoke to both myself and my fiancé - was able to get our 12 couple bridal party follow processional instructions flawlessly and overall made my day as easy as it was possible.

About 3 weeks before the wedding the stress of it all got the best of to me. I called Inna and she made time to meet with me that same day. Inna at AnyOccasion was our wedding coordinator. She took care of EVERYTHING: communications with vendors, set up, advice regarding ceremony and reception, flowers, food. Inna also shined on the day of the wedding, like a conductor, she effortlessly and with a smile directed guest traffic, wedding party, lost vendors, double checked on every detail to deliver a truly amazing day for me, my husband, our families and friends.
