Happy Endings Photography

Aperture Studios rocked!!! All our friends and family rave about the photos! Their pictures are very artsy (to our liking), but without the artsy-price and the artsy-attitude. We contacted probably 25 photographers and met with at least 5 in the San Diego area and they were by far the most professional, yet easy-going of the bunch. They truly make you feel comfortable and on the big day you hardly notice they are around...yet they get the best shots (even of our dog!!!)

They are a young couple with a bright future ahead of them in photography (if they every choose to quit their day jobs!)

As one of the other reviewers mentioned, they don't direct much and let you be you. However, keep that in mind and make sure you have someone directing what pictures need to be taken during those family/wedding party shots. There were a few shots we missed but no blame to Aperture, they are photographers not directors!

Overall, we had an excellent experience and we hope to work with them again in the future for family photos or more pictures of our yorkie!

We got their package that included pretty much everything you could ask for. Working with them was a real pleasure because they made us feel comfortable in front of the camera.

My husband and I could not have been happier with Aperture! We had a small, rather unique celebration planned and they were extremely accomodating to our schedule and needs. In addition, our engagement photos captured who we are and were just beautiful. The photographers are very good at keeping the atmosphere comfortable. We were not the only ones impressed with their work as friends and family also remarked on the beautiful use of light, color and composition. We would have expected to pay more for their attention to detail and the amount of coverage we received.
