Apna Bazaar/ Tri State Jewelers
This vendor was truly horrible. I am not sure about the clothing but the customer service in the jewelry area is terrible. I was looking for a ring and even though there was 4 employees in the small store (including the owner) no one offered me any assistance. There was only one other customer in the store.
When I chose the ring I wanted, I wanted to make sure that the diamonds were real. I know the owner said it was but I wanted him to be able to show some kind of documentation to prove it but he said that the store didn't do any of that. I was conflicted-worst of all there are no returns.
I took a chance and bought the ring. I needed to get it engraved and the owner said he could get it done that week. He told me it would cost $50 and would contact me when he finished.
A week later I called to ask about my ring and the employee couldn't find it. 2 days later when I was able to speak with the owner - he told me that the engraver was sick but it would be done by the next week. Numerous calls and excuses later, I made my way to the store almost 3 weeks later. I was finally able to get the ring engraved but he offered no apologies and tried to charge me $100 for the engraving - what a rip off! He was also very very rude and unprofessional.
Down the street is Direct Jewelry Outlet. I've been there before and thought they had great customer service and reasonable prices- I just thought I could find something a little different at Apna Bazaar but it is certainly NOT WORTH IT. I should have stayed with Direct Jewelry Outlet. DO NOT BUY FROM APNA BAZAAR (or TRI STATE JEWELERS) whatever they call themselves.
