Après Party and Tent Rental

We worked with Katiee at Apres and she was wonderful to work with. She met with us very early in the morning and showed us everything they had to offer and there was absolutely no pressure to make any decisions there or put down deposits etc. We ended up renting way more stuff from them than we had planned because they have so many great looking things when you get to see them in person. They were absolutely great to work with and they really made our reception even better than we could have imagined. Everything was delivered on time and perfect, we couldn't have been happier with our experience!

Apres was nice to work with because they did not have a minimum value or quantity we needed to rent - we literally rented one table cloth from them. However, the sales rep was hard to get a hold of, and wasn't very thourough in explaining details when we needed to make a change. For example, she failed to mention that the chocolate pintuck was only available in a 102". So it took a few more emails to understand why I had to pay more for a larger size.

We used Apres for specialty linens. Everything was clean, looked good, and was a reasonable price. They have a good variety online and in their showroom, so you can see everything in person. We were very happy with our linens and the service we received!

We rented white wooden folding chairs from Apres. The chairs were in good condition and stored in separate bags to protect them during storage and transportation. We appreciated the assistance loading and unloading the chairs when we picked them up and returned them.

I love Apres! They made the backyard look like an enchanted place, with really colorful linens and chair coverings. We had the color palette of the bridal party in light pink, and they continued with the colors of a grape and lime. The caterers had said that they would bring the dishes, which was good, so there was no confusion between all the vendors. The tent was set up at the end of the week, and when we originally booked the tent, we kept the weather in mind. They made the suggestion to keep the option of having a closed tent, in case it rained, and if it was sunny, then we would be able to keep the sides off. I think everyone in my family really appreciated working with a group of people who knew a lot about weddings, what set ups would work best for which situations, and how to make the most out of the space given. I would work with them again.

since we had out reception at one of his uncle estates outside we had to rent the flatware, glassware, china, tables, and chairs. All I can say is very elegant, very classy, and very pricey! We spent about $1000.00 on the rentals alone, I could have bought that for the same price.
