We ordered my gown as well as all the bridesmaid gowns here. They were very accommodating to our group. I gave April Rose less than perfect for professionalism and value because my gown was ordered at least a size too big if not 2. They insisted I order up a size so I could fit more padding in the bust but when the dres came in, it would not sty up at all. Even the seamstress (recommended by them) said there was no way I needed that size. It caused some unnecessary stress. Once my dress came in and I went to try it on, they assigned me a seamstress and they delivered the dress to her. Although she was great and I may have gone with their recommendation, she was pretty out of the way for me from work/home. I fell in love with a sash for my dress which was around $400 and the salesperson said "are you worth it?" - a bit unnecessary. I ordered a similar sash on etsy for $35.

The BEST bridal boutique ...so charming and the most amazing staff! I purchased my gown from there after having been to countless bridal stores around Connecticut - nothing compared to April Rose:)

April Rose is absolutely gorgeous inside although it looks really small from the outside. They make all of their jewelry on site and my future mother-in-law purchased my necklace, bracelet and earrings from there. The owner is EXTREMELY helpful and so pleasant. I am going back with my MOH to try on dresses for her and my two little flower girls. They offer shoes, jewelry, wedding dresses, MOB/MOG dresses, bridesmaid dresses, purses, garters and much more. Make the trip - it's worth it.
