Apropo Catering

We picked Apropo Catering because they were on the recommended catering list at Friendship Park Conservatory. We actually met with most of the caterers on their list, in fact. We first talked to the manager of Apropo Catering. He catered to our needs and met with us on a weekend. Their hours are business hours monday through friday, but they were able to meet with us which we very much appreciated.
He continued to give us options of what was on their menu but talked to us about our theme and what we would ideally want for our wedding. They had catered to that. We had prime rib, tropical chicken, potatoes, rice, salad, fruit and our cake. We also had three appetizers - quiche, empanadas, and bruschetta.
We had a tasting as well with them. There was no cost. With other caterers there was a tasting cost. That was so much fun and we tried different options of food until we figured out which would be the most ideal for us.

All the time before the wedding reception, I kept in close contact with Paulette at Apropo. She was always very helpful, knowledgable, personable. If she did not know the answer, she would find out and contact me as soon as possible.

I found Apropo very easy to work with. For example, I stated I wanted some custom linens. They stated I could go with their linen company and see how other ones were. In addition, they were flexible about ordering my cake, as well as me ordering an additional cake from a different vendor.
The day of the reception I had no worries with them. They delivered on time. They set everything up perfectly. They dressed very professional.
The food was set up perfectly and most importantly, the food tasted delicious.
I am very happy that Apropo catered our reception. They were so easy to work with. Their food was amazing, and I can not say enough great things about them.
