Aqua Limo Ground Transportation

Terrible. We booked them for our wedding after a friend had done the same after receiving a recommendation. Long story short, they showed up to her wedding in an old school bus painted white with duct tape holding the bumper on with no A/C for a July wedding. She paid for a luxury coach bus and this is what she received. We promptly cancelled our transportation with them to avoid the same. We were refunded after some time, but my friend took several months to receive her money back. I would never trust them with anything as important as transportation on your wedding day.

PLEASE save your self the trouble! DO NOT rent with this company! They sent us a used ex-Cleveland transportation shuttle. The back door was being held closed with a bungee cord. The seats were being held up by a couple of 2x4s. It had bugs, smelled bad and was filthy. The windows didn't shut. It was BAD!!!!!!!!!!! We tried to call the company multiple times after the wedding to complain, but no one seems to answer the phone there! It had a temp tag.... therefore not the bus I was promised six months ago!

AVOID Aqua Limos... Just a cautionery tale... Aqua Limos sent photos of a beautiful limo that enticed us to book them for our wedding. What showed up on the wedding day was a dirty, torn up shuttle bus. We just won a civil suit for a full refund, but save yourself the trouble. Don't do business with Aqua Limos.

We rented their stretch excursion for our wedding. The wedding party was suppose to be picked up at the same location, but due to my bridesmaids being late, we had to have the driver pick up at various locations. Not only did the driver get us all to the church on time, but he was so nice about it, he was running around like crazy, trying to help us. I would highly recommend this company for your wedding!

DO NOT HIRE AQUA LIMO !!!!!! I booked Aqua limo a year prior to my daughters wedding. The agreement was that a deposit of 50% for each limo. When I got my charge card I was charged 100%. No problem I'm going to pay the whole thing anyways right? Two weeks later I was charged in FULL again. I called Don Kowalski , the owner. He gave me a story about a new girl working for them and he would take care of it himself. Next month I got charged IN FULL AGAIN! Now I'm $3400.00 over charged. Naturally he had a story for me. So I trusted him and next month , no action. The next month , no action. I'd had enough. We spoke and he told me he would credit me the money. At the end of that week I called and he ask if he could have more time , hell no. I told him that my card will be credited by Monday or else. It was and 5 days before the wedding I called him and added 2 more hours for one of the limos.Wedding day the drivers were great , limos nice, everything went well . I get my charge card next month and I have the extra 2 hours billed ..ok and then the day after the wedding he charges me $203.12 more. I called Don and ask him what that was for. He said the one limo never left until after 7 PM. Funny the Bridal party was inside the hall being introduced at 6:30. I told him I was not going to pay that extra charge and to credit my card. He said he would pull out my account and call me back, which he never did. I was never credited on my next bill and now my charge card company has filed to get their money back. If business is bad , then business is bad. Being a crook is something else. BEWARE DO NOT HIRE AQUA LIMO.

I would pick zero stars if it was an option. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this limo company! Please save yourself the stress and don't use them! They cancelled the limo 6 hours prior to our event. Instead of sending something else, they recommended another company that was 300.00 more and their limo was hideous! On top of that the account was charged on 8/28/09. It was supposed to be credited the 822.06 because he cancelled. We have yet to see the money, AND he doesn't return phone calls! Apparently this guy likes to go to court because that is where I will be seeing him! I cannot stress enough what a hassle this place is!!!!! Five million thumbs down!
