My husband and I went to a wedding of a former co-worker and John Sinclair was the DJ at her wedding. We remembered the music being great to dance to, and not overly loud so that we were able to have conversations with other guests at our table without difficulty. John Sinclair was very helpful and responsive throughout the wedding planning process. He would check in to see how our song list was coming along and ask if we needed any help to choose songs. His website was very thorough and had a helpful list of songs to choose from for the ceremony, cake cutting, etc. We compiled a long list of our favorite songs for John to choose from. He selected really great songs from our list and he played a variety of genres so that everyone had a chance to dance. John is very professional and personable and I highly recommend him for any wedding or event.

John did an excellent job at my wedding. In the weeks prior to my wedding I was extremely busy and John went out of his way to make sure that we touched base prior to the wedding to ensure that everything went well. He really took my requests seriously and we loved every song he played. Fantastic!

John Sinclair from Aria Melody not only did a fabulous job at my wedding but also did a great job for both my brother's and my sister's weddings before mine! He was a great DJ who understood the mood and tempo of our family perfectly and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. We are all slightly disappointed that I don't have any additional siblings to marry off just so we could have John DJ another Young Family wedding!

We had John Sinclair for our wedding and he was so completely phenomenal!!! Pre-wedding he gave us a bunch of suggestions and help and was incredibly down to earth and cool about everything!! Our guests were dancing and commenting how great the music was the whole time!! It wasn't too loud so that you couldn't hear the person next to you if you wanted to talk. He only really spoke when we asked him to announce something and for the introductions. If you think most djs are cheeseballs and stupid (like we do), contact John since he's the complete opposite!!!

We cannot say enough great things about John. From the moment we met we instantly knew that he was the right guy for the job. He was a pleasure to work with, be it his quick response to any question we had, or his great song suggestions, all the way through to the amazing job he did the day of. We are still getting compliments from our guests about what amazing music we had at our wedding. In fact, my cousin got married a few weeks after we did, and I had a few of my aunts pulling me aside to whisper in my ear that they wish that my DJ was working my cousins wedding! Looking back at the video & photos of the day, I was thrilled to see that he had everyone up on their feet for hours and hours! I would highly recommend John & Aria Melody to any couple looking for a professional, easy to work with, tasteful and enjoyable DJ that will have everyone up on their feet for the entire event.

Everything was perfect. We gave them a huge list of 70+ songs to play and they played them and threw in a couple of their own. I know my family and his dance but I was SHOCKED that the dance floor was PACKED from the first song!My parents were thrilled that it was loud enough to dance but not too loud and you could talk at the tables. They were really hard on us about the music; really hoping it would be good dancing music at the right level and they were thrilled at our selection of DJ! I really couldn't believe how perfect they were!!

John was perfect from our first meeting to receiving this note for the survey. After many issues with vendors (and there were plenty), Aria Melody was one that I never worried about. John would take the initiative to reach out to me, something that was much appreciated as being a crazed bride, I would have forgotten to reach out to him. Everything was taken care of leading up to the event and during. As my Maitre D' was less than involved (another letter is being written to THAT company - not nearly as complimentary...) the fact that John took control and handled the evening's flow without missing a beat, was frankly what helped us keep our sanity. John's ability to "read" our guests was phenomenal, easily adjusting the music to what the crowd responded to. I heard comments all night and since that our wedding was one of the most high-energy they'd seen - something I know that John was responsible for. If people are looking for a DJ to simply show up and play some music, look elsewhere. If you are looking for someone who will work in partnership throughout the planning and go above and beyond the typical "DJ" requirements - Aria Melody is your company. I would recommend Aria Melody to anyone looking for a DJ who will help make the evening more special. I only hope that Drew and I host another event in the near future so we have the opportunity to work with John / Aria Melody again. John, are you free in 5 years for our anniversary party???

John from Aria Melody was the DJ at my daughter's wedding and provided exactly what she and her fiance had discussed with him. They are truly no pressure and are extremely professional and capable. John was wonderful, and we were very happy with his services.

Working with John was simply a pleasure. Once we met with him, asking Aria Melody to DJ our wedding was the easiest and probably the best decision we made in the entire wedding-planning process. We loved that you were willing to play as many special request songs as we wanted -- and that you didn't seem to mind us adding "must play!!" songs to the setlist even up to the day before the wedding! We loved your approach to the introductions, the toasts, etc. Most of all, you were so cool and calm when the unexpected happened -- and the unexpected elements, let me be clear, came all on our side, from our family members deciding on the spur of the moment to give speeches, etc -- that everything flowed along as if it had been planned that way. And with all of that, you STILL kept everyone from the grandparents to the our friends out on the dance floor the whole night long. Everything you did contributed to the wedding being fun and festive, but still elegant. We have been told over and over again by our guests that ours was the most enjoyable wedding they'd ever attended, and I attribute that to your musicianship, diplomacy and sense of style. We thank you so much!!

John always responded to my emails very quickly even in the last week before my wedding. After speaking or corresponding with him, I always felt that my wedding music was in good hands. And it was! On the day of he arrived early, had things set up and working with no problems and even accommodating a few on-the-fly requests. I would extend the highest recommendation of his services to any bride.

John did such a great job. We were really unsure about how to chose the correct music for our ceremony and he led us in the right direction. We were so excited for our music. You were such a professional at the wedding and everyone complimented us on the great music :)

Aria Melody was a pleasure to work with. John Sinclair was professional, responsive and most importantly, he kept the party rocking so hard at our wedding, that the venue had to kick us out!!! Nobody wanted to leave! From our first meeting, we felt comfortable with how professional John was. Our last meeting, we went over the pronounciation of all the names to be announced and he even found a copy of our first dance song, which was in mandarin. Plus John gave great recommendations when we were looking for various reception entrance songs. He's great at reading the crowd and just an all-around great guy!

Nearly everyone at our wedding asked for your name because the music was simply awesome and never stopped, and your unobtrusiveness was just so...perfect!John was friendly, professional, and just plain caring when it came to what we were looking for in a wedding DJ. I was personally very impressed when I ran over with requests -- twice --and he immediately took care of them, even though he had already played one song. "We wanted a low key DJ who would not be too noticeable but classy and just play great music...very accommodating and wanting to make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. We gave them a very extensive play list of over 70 songs and they played every one! They were a pleasure to work with.We did have them make a couple of announcements when the little girls wanted to do a special dance and to announce the cake cutting and our first dance etc. and they did it perfectly and in a very classy manner. They are just genuinely nice, good guys!!!!!!! They did everything exactly as we wanted.We were extremely happy with them! They worked really well during the night with our maitre 'd, etc. I definitely recommend them!!! They were just perfect for what we wanted. For everyone who is using them now, I think you will be very happy!!!"

These guys really now how to charge a party. From the moment people entered the reception, they were serenading us with beautiful classical music and introduced my wife and I for our first dance so creatively...won't forget that. The dance floor was completely full considering many of the guests were over 35 and conservatives. We had a long list of requests and they managed to get just about every song and added some tunes that really made the floor go wild. Great job...worth every penny.

John did an excellent job in every way! Right from the start we were comfortablethat we booked a wonderful DJ. He was very informative during our first meeting and alwaysresponded to my many e-mails filled with questions. He was helpful throughout,especially when he gave us song suggestions for different parts of the day (1st dance, parent dance etc.) It was great to talk to him a few days before the wedding to finalize everything and go over correct pronunciations, which I might add he did perfectly!!The wedding went smoothly, and for an early wedding on a Saturday John had people up and dancing. He played music that appealed to our guests which was a wide age range.We had many guests come up to us during the wedding and tell us that the music was great and that John was playing the best songs! He played all of our requests andnone of the songs on our "Do Not Play" list. I strongly recommend Aria Melody. They were truly a pleasure to work with and the music they played made our wedding day even more enjoyable.

John was absolutely brilliant at our wedding. Multiple guests commented and even asked for copies of the playlist. Not sure we have ever been to a wedding where people never stopped dancing - we are grateful it was our own. Thanks for all of your efforts and assurances and for making our day so seamless.

These dudes are top-flight blokes. Young, down to earth, friendly, helpful andwilling to do everything in their power to make sure we got the music we wanted, down tothe very last gypsy punk anthem. We're music fiends, as are a number of our closest friends, so we took itupon ourselves to create the entire play list and leave it up to John and Paul what the best order was for thesesongs to play in. It didn't matter that they'd never heard of half the bands on our list.They found the songs and gave 'em a listen and had them ready to go. And they were great withthe announcements and looked quite natty in their suits and ties.People were shaking it out on the dance floor all night. And nary a smoke machine or chicken dance in sight.

Many times on our honeymoon, we turned to each other and simultaneously exclaimed, "John was the best!" We'd go through all the songs we remember him playing... and as we recalled new ones, we couldn't believe how on point he was with our taste in music. Within the first 30 minutes of the reception, three guests had asked us if we had created the playlist ourselves... our response, "No, John is just THAT good." Not only does he have great taste in music, but through only a couple casual, fun meetings before the wedding he was able to understand us and found a way to seemlessly incorporate music from classic rock to country to the Chargers theme song. :) He is obviously highly skilled in what he does, but he is also very fun and easy to work with. From reviewing very hard to pronounce bridal party names (that he got right!) to talking about international travels, we enjoyed all communication we had with John. There are no words for how highly we would recommend John and Aria Melody - if you are looking for a no frills DJ that focuses on playing good music and maintains an elegant and fun atmosphere, then you can't go wrong with John & Aria Melody DJ.

Working with John was a pleasure. We wanted our party to be both sophisticated and fun, and John made sure to have everything we wanted. Our guests ranged in age from 7 to 81, and everyone's tastes were accommodated. Before the party, if I had a question, my emails were answered immediately. John even checked in with us right before the party, and made sure everything was ready. I recommend Aria Melody highly, and will definitely keep them in mind for future events.
