We hired Art Smart for our May 1st, 2010 wedding, and he has pretty much dissapeared since. Our contract stated that we would have our video back by eight weeks after our wedding, but that date has passed, and we can't even reach Art Smart.
After more than 20 emails and 15 phone calls, Art Smart has only briefly responded once, vaguely referencing a broken phone, and lack of internet availability for his lack of communication. Before our wedding when we upgraded our package to include two HD cameras, he was quick to respond to us and take our money, but now he has basically disappeared.
We are VERY disappointed, and are afraid that we will need to take legal action to get our videos.
I would definitely NOT recommend Art Smart Videography.

We hired Art Smart for our wedding in December 2007 and while he seemed okay at the ceremony and the reception, we too have had a difficult time contacting him and getting him to fulfill the terms of our contract. Avoid him.
