I was so excited when I found this place.

Cute dog cookies + SPCA donation = perfect wedding favors for dog crazy bride and groom

The idea was good in theory. The cookies were $1.75 each or 4 for $6, so they were reasonably priced despite a premium for shipping. The only problem was how many arrived broken. I was assured ahead of time that hardly any arrive broken. Knowing that, I ordered 88 to play it safe for our 74 or so guests. However, as it turned out about ONE QUARTER ARRIVED BROKEN. That meant we had to bag up wedding favors with broken cookies hoping that the recipient would think they just broke in transit to the wedding that day. Grrrrr. Putting together some of the broken dog cookies also had some funny combinations of dog parts that didn't match up, like one dog we had with five legs.

Also, although the cookies were very pretty once decorated, they tasted good but not amazing (GBNA). My husband thought they were too shortbready and not sugar cookiey enough.

Our yellow and chocolate lab cookies were cute even if it didn't work quite as planned. And Chris was quick to communicate via e-mail.

I looked for a month before I found what I was looking for. Chris was so easy to work with, willing to do most anything that was possible with cookie dough and icing!! Our guests loved the favors....they were unique and yummy!! It was such a pleasure to work with someone who really understood how important all the little details were, even what color each flower was to be. She asked for color samples to make sure she got the colors right, and shipped them so NO COOKIES arrived broken!! NONE!! I wish all vendors were this caring. You will not be disappointed. Susan

a great little shop for delicious cookies. a great addition to wedding desert and the like not to mention is a good deal for some beautifully designed cake and other miscellaneous bakery addition. love it

We were totally pleased with Artgirl, there were literally endless options to be chosen from, and Chris was so helpful. He suggested so many things, and was patient with us when we couldn't decide and couldn't quite put our finger on what we were after. Once we finally made the decision, they shipped SO quickly! and literally, one cookie was broken.
Very pleased with the results, they were a hit with everyone.

I ordered my wedding favors from artgirl cookies and they did a fantastic job! Chris did everything I asked for and even more! They even came out way better than I had expected. The wedding guests loved them! Unlike the first review, my cookies came well packed and on time. No broken ones! I highly recommend them!

I ordered my favors for the 25+ kids at out wedding. We checked out other cookie favor providers and the price was very reasonable. Our wedding was a fall theme and Chris had fall cookies all decked out for us. I ordered extras just in case but I didn't need them. The cookies were well packaged, none were broken, they arrived in time, and were still fresh (I did try one). So we put all the extra cookies in a jar in the kids play room and they were the first to go before the candy.
