This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!!! Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate!!! I was married in Nov 2009 and I still don't have my pictures (and I'm told I have to wait an additional 8 weeks). They don't answer emails or phone calls until you badger the crap out of them. After the wedding, they basically take your money and run! Don't believe me? Check out google.com and look at the reviews! Or, go to the Better Business Bureau website...they are rated an "F" and they have had 6 unresolved complaints in 12 months!!!

Very pleased with Artictic Wedding Photo's service. Everything was done as wanted, took great pictures during wedding, very affordable.

We were very pleased and happy with there services. The DJ's were great, they did an exceptional job. The dance floor was never empty and everyone had such a great time. Mary who took the pictures throughout the day did such a great job and was able to capture wonderful candid pictures throughout the night

Anyone who gives this company good reviews is CRAZY. This is the most awful company I have ever worked with in my entire life. My wedding was in August of 2009 and Nicole "hurt her arm" so she wasn't able to take photos at my wedding. She sent some terrible photographer in her place. The pictures on the website are awful. I have contacted Nicole over 10 times with no response. I have threatened legal action and have contacted the better business bureau. The only thing that I should have as a memory of my wedding has been taken from me by these terrible money hungry liars.

Its so funny how Nicole writes good reviews for her self the facts are she is a thief and she has been for a long time this is not the first time they have moved companies, change phone numbers, names,... stop waiting for photos, you will never get start your lawsuit now! do something about it don't hope to run into her at cvs or something! she is a snake the devil herself ___SOW_

I am seeking legal action please contact me if you have had a bad experience with this company. I used Artistic Wedding Photos Michigan for my September 2009 wedding. I had met with Nicole Walling and loved her work and hired her for around $3,000. The day of my wedding Nicole did not show up. Instead I had two people I never met. The day went on. After the wedding I never received any update on my photos. In January I called them ops their bad, the pictures were ready and they immediately sent me log on information. I veiwed the pictures that were not up to par with the quality I saw from Nicole. I was not happy but what are you going to do? There was a HUGE problem though. My husband and I really wanted pictures from where we met, when reviewing the pictures NONE were from the place we met (the only location other than the ceremony and reception site that we stopped at). I emailed the company and we went back and forth with where the pictures were. They finally said call. I tried calling them and received no answer! I tried emailing them and they would not reply. It has now been four months and I have not been able to contact them at all. I also see they changed their name to Artistic Wedding Services. I have filed a complaint with Better Business and am now seeking legal action to try and get some pictures from my wedding! I tried going to their office which is 1 1/2 hours away and the sign on their door says "Closed by appointment only". I would not use their services!!!!!

AWFUL!! Do not use this photographer. I used them back in Aug 09 and 8 months later, I am still waiting for my pictures. They take your money and then the customer service becomes non-existant. They are rude, they don't return phone calls or emails. Check out the Better Business Bureau... they have several complaints. If you search the web you will also find many negative reviews. They go by several company names... Artistic Event Services, Artistic Wedding Photos, Artistic Wedding Photography and now, Stewart Photography, LLC. These are all the same place. They keep changing their name around probably so try to skip out of all the negative reviews floating around about them. Ben & Nicole Walling are the most terrible business owners EVER!

Nicole and her staff are amazing. There eyes capture it all. We are so pleased with their work. Our engagement photos were to die for. They are also willing to work with your needs and wants to customize packages. There storybook wedding album is incredible.

Great, great, great wedding photos. They offered us a complete, fairly priced wedding photography package and delivered beyond exceptional photos! We will highly recommend them to anyone and continue to work with them in the future.

they took my money and memories I have been waiting 10months they filed chapter 7 in 2005-closed in 2006 but have owed back taxes to the state of michigan in the amount of $944.00 since july25,09 they have changed there name over 4 times changed there numbers nicole domanique walling and benjamin donald walling and stephanie montley have to be stoped it should not matter that you need time off to heal your wrist you should still send someone who knows what they are doing and that is not about to take time off to have a baby they just can't admit they are falling behind and are scared to admit everyone got bad pictures because they sent a little girl that didnt know what she was doing and they don't know how to fix it

We were very, very pleased with this vendor. They are one of the few places to offer an affordable, yet complete photography package. Our pictures came out awesome and we could not be happier with them.

Nicole and ben walling are horrible people I gave them $3000.00 dollars over a year ago and have got nothing but a big F-U from them I have no other choices at this point but to start a lawsuit I went to the shop and it was closed. I have tried calling but have got no answer and I e-mail, also with no avail so I will see them in court or they will see me on the lake in my new boat!!!!! WOOP WOOP!

Help! These people took my photos of my wedding in September of 2008 and still cannot get my albums or proofs! Paid in full at time of booking! Won't return calls or email.... Anyone have their current address of business? They have moved from their Livonia location....

The photographers were great! They were on time, made us very comfortable. The only thing I wasn't real happy about was I gave them a list of photos I wanted (we have some combined families etc so I made a list so we didn't leave anyone out and had the right combinations) but the photographer told me she had her own list and would make sure to get everyone. Well, they didn't. We missed a few shots I would have loved to have and I didn't realize it til I got the pictures back. I had also discussed everything with one girl before the wedding, she was the only one I ever talked to, but she never explained to me that she wouldn't be the one photgraphing the wedding, and she didn't pass on a lot of what we talked about to the actual photographer. I also had to set up an appointment to go in after the wedding just to pick up my disk of pictures, they wouldn't mail it. However, the pictures turned out beautifully!

This is a two person, husband and wife, photography team. They came a night early to scope out the venue and find perfect picture spots. They took over 1000 photos of us, and did more to coordinate the flow of events than the wedding coordinator did. They were fabulous.
