Arzelle's was the first place I went to look for my dress, and I found "the one" immediately! The staff was very tuned in to what I wanted in a wedding dress. They were helpful and easy to work with. We also purchased all of my accessories, veil, and the bridesmaids' dresses from Arzelle's. The lady who does their alterations is amazing and very reasonably priced. We had an amazing experience with them.

Arzell’s is awesome! Walking into their shop was a breath of fresh air after being hassled, hounded, and otherwise irritated with so many of the dress shops in Northern Virginia. I actually completely wrote off dress shopping in VA because it was so frustrating. So, when I was home, in Nashville, for Christmas I made an appointment with Arzelle’s because they carry the Watter’s and WTOO collection which I fell in love with. Within seconds of being in the store I found many gorgeous and very reasonably priced dresses. I purchased my dress from them and had them ship it to my home in Northern Virginia. If you have any questions they are always there to help and the consultants are so sweet.

We ordered the tuxedos and bridesmaids' gowns from Arzelle's. They did everything right. They were careful, thorough, professional and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, we did NOT buy the bridal gown there. We should have. The bridal gown was the only negative in the entire event and if we had used Arzelle's, we believe it would have been perfect. After a couple of problems with the wedding dress at one of "THE" top Nashville wedding boutiques, we went to Arzelle's at the last minute to see if we could find an alternate gown for our daughter. They treated her like a goddess, were dismayed at her other experience but took the high road and helped her without bad mouthing the competition. What a great place!

Arzelle's was AMAZING beyond belief! We got our bridesmaids' dresses and groomsmens' tuxes from Arzelle's, and I truly wish I had purchased my wedding gown from Arzelle's as well! They were so flexible, welcoming, and friendly. When some of the groomsmens' tuxes did not fit correctly on the day before the wedding, they made sure they were perfect for the guys. The bridesmaids' dresses were gorgeous, and all of the ladies were so happy with them. They helped me match the bridesmaids' dresses to the groomsmens' ties, and were so helpful! Most notably, when I had a near-catastrophe with my wedding dress purchased from another Nashville store, they came to the rescue. Although I bought my bridal gown one year in advance, two weeks prior to the wedding I had a huge problem with the dress and was very concerned it would not be fixed in time for the wedding. My mom and I walked into Arzelle's without an appointment at 4:45pm, explained the problem to them, and they pulled out every single dress in the store that was near my size. They helped me try on each dress, and we talked baout how we could alter each one bought off the rack in time for the wedding two weeks away. They were understanding, helpful, compassionate, and encouraging. I found two dresses that I loved, that could be altered and ready to go in two weeks!! In the end, my original dress came through and I did not have to buy a dress off the rack from Arzelle's, but they took me from panic mode to reassured that I would have a beautiful wedding gown to wear on my wedding day. I think they are the very clearly the best in town, and I recommend them without hesitation. As I said before, I wish I had purchased my wedding gown from Arzelle's. They are WONDERFUL!

Far and above, the best wedding dress store in Nashville. Excellent selection and very attentive staff.

Arzelle's was gracious and professional, even though we only had 2 hours and one trip (we live out of town) to find the perfect dress. Loved it! And looked fabulous on my wedding day.

I was a little nervous going in at first, because I thought the place was expensive and would be snoody. I'm so glad I went. I felt so at ease after a girl there helped me and was really friendly. I love my dress and I was so excited to wear it on my big day. Please stop by.

Arzelle's is easy to find, has great parking around back and is full of AMAZING gowns! The ladies that work here are all very sweet and helpful.

I got my wedding dress, veil, the groom & groomsmen tux's and my mother and mother-in-laws dress'. The staff was so kind, helpful and the lady who helped me (Jen) was availablefor any questions I had from the first time I went in to look at the dress ( frazalled and in my scrubs on the way to work) until two days befor ehe weddig when she had my dress and veil waiting in perfect pressed condition! I would recommend every bride o go to this store for all their bridal needs, my ony regret is that I did not get my bridesmaids dresses there.

The ladies at Arzelles were great to work with. From choosing my dress and bridesmaid's dresses to alterations, they made the whole process go very smoothly.

I loved my experience with Arzelles. Jen, the person who helped me find the dress, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience and made me that much more excited for my wedding day. I would definitely recommend Arzelles! I wish I could do it all over again!

I had the best time searching and finding my gown here at Arzelle's. Not only is the owner the nicest person, but the quality and selection here is top notch. The store is GORGEOUS and you feel special like you're the only one they are serving. I loved my time working with Arzelle's. I came here after a very disappointing time with another local bridal store (BR) where I felt really awful when I left - and at Arzelle's I felt like a total princess from the customer service and the wonderful care I recieved. I love them all!

If you're the type of bride that refuses to set foot in a David's Bridal (they're horrible in my opinion - who wants to purchase a crappy dress from a chain that also sells prom dresses?) then Arzelle's is the right store for you.There are a lot of other reviews on Arzelle's as it is somewhat of a Nashville institution. The reason for all the reviews is that it's a top quality bridal shop and you won't get as high a level of service elsewhere (especially DB). Also, please keep in mind that although Arzelle's is slightly higher-end they will work with all budgets no matter how large or small. It's Nashville's small version of a Kleinfield's.I had a decent amount to spend on my dress, but I was not top end by any means. The owner of the shop is the sweetest person. She was so patient with me and was gracious even though I tried on over a dozen dresses (a few I tried on just because I remembered them from 27 Dresses and wanted to see what I looked like in them). When I found THE dress for me the owner commented on the ribbon at the waist. She said she knew of something that worked better and added it to the order without any additional charges. Sure enough, when my dress came in I had the upgraded ribbon without any worries.She also found veils that matched my dress perfectly. I didn't exactly know if I wanted a veil or not at the time so I appreciated her showing me a few different things. I ended up going with a headpiece instead of a veil, but very much appreciated her efforts.The alterations person that works on site is also a very special person. She did a great job fitting my dress and was also very gracious when I had her take a bunch of extra pictures of me at each fitting.These ladies know and understand that your wedding is your one big moment to shine and be girly. It's wonderful that they get this and are so accomodating.Finally, I received a discount on my dress because I purchased it in December for a June wedding. Apparently the busy season for the wedding dress industry is January/February/March, so if you purchase before that time you may also receive a nice discount!

Jen was a lifesaver! I've already recommended Arzelle's to several friends who are engaged or are considering marriage. The service made the four hour drive totally worth it.

Arzelle's was the first place I went to look for a dress. I was really nervous about it, especially since the shop was so small and upscale. I took my mother and two of my bridesmaids with me. The girl who helped us was very nice and definitely helped put me at ease. I tried on about four dresses, as well as a veil, and generally had a good time. They even marked down the dresses I tried on so that if I came back, they could just pull them for me. While I ended up not getting my dress there, I still highly recommend the shop.

I struggled to find a dress. I had been to every shop in Nashville (some more than once) and had probably tried on over 100 dresses. I kid you not. I had avoided Arzelle's as I thought it was going to be too pricey for me. I called, made a later afternoon appointment and told the woman to pull every dress she had under $1000. None of them worked. The saleswoman suggested that I try on dress types I had been avoiding (mermaid, ruched, drop-waist, halter, etc) and to NOT look at the price tag. She said that even if I tried something on I couldn't afford, that maybe I might find the style I needed. I took her advice. I found the dress: drop waist and ruched with straps and not one bit of lace or beading (another aspect I was addicted to). I held my breath as she pulled the price tag out of my armpit - $1350. I felt that an additional $350 over budget it was totally worth the dress of my dreams. One note of the dress. It was a Mikaella. It came with a standard bustle. It was a loop with a button. I completely ripped the bustle out before the end of the night. I was OK as I had finished dancing and put the train loop around my wrist when I walked. This made me feel a bit princess-like, so it was fine. I suggest adding a back-up bustle to factory made bustles. My 2 cents. Love Arzelle's!

We rented all of the tuxedos from Arzelle's. They were very helpful in the process of choosing the tuxedo, but they are a little on the pricey side. A couple of the tuxes came in and did not fit, but Arzelle's remedied that quickly.

Bonnie at Arzelle's was very attentive and helped me personally. I tried on 6 gowns, but ended up going with the very first one. I did not see the gown I chose at any other shops, so I felt I got a very exclusive one-and-only gown just for myself. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of gowns that they offered. Other shops were to the extreme of either ridiculous in price, or the dresses were so cheap that they were practically falling apart. I was very pleased with Arzelle's and would highly recommend them.

I felt the most impressed by the alterations person who gave me the best service.

The ladies at Arzelles were super nice and flexible. They let many of the girls call in their measurements and pay over the phone. The dresses were beautiful and my bridesmaids were very happy with them! The dresses were not in stock so they had to be ordered. All of the dresses came in about a month or more before my wedding, which gave us plenty of time for alterations. The price on the particular dress I wanted was much lower than any of the other places I checked. They run a sale on many of their dresses very often. The only complaint I have was the sizing of the dresses, they are very conservative with their measurements – most dresses were nearly 2 sizes too big!

Two of the bridesmaids had their dresses altered at Arzelles. The fit of those dresses was fantastic…honestly their dresses fit the best out of everyone. They were just as helpful and nice as they were when we ordered the dresses. They were also pretty reasonable with their alteration prices. One lady paid about $40 and the other only paid $25. The difference was that one lady needed the length taken up as well as the sides. The dresses were altered in a very timely manner and the girls had their dresses in plenty of time for the wedding! Overall, I would definitely recommend Arzelles for alterations.

Arzelles was a pleasure experience and the place that I found a wonderful bridal wedding gown that was really nice. I had the best experience at Arzelles and the service was the best. They really took care of me. I did not have to worry about only being able to pick out one or two dresses to try out. I picked out many bridal wedding gowns and I found the best bridal gown at the most decent price. They let me try on all kinds of dresses and the one I found really was the best and it looked good. It had all of the colors that were my favorite and my wedding gown was stunning. Arzelles made my day.

I had a great experience at Arzelle's. They were very helpful and not pushy. They made me feel very welcome and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. When it came time to make my purchase they did not try to push me toward a more expensive dress. The vendor messed up my vail and they were very quick to get it handled. I highly recommend Arzelle's. I am very happy that I got my dress there.

Everyone at Arzelle's was so great to work with. They were always so helpful and knowledgeable! I actually got a one-of-a-kind wedding dress that was a custom order and I LOVED it! My bridesmaids' dresses were also from Arzelle's and they were so beautiful. I would highly recommend visiting Arzelle's for your wedding attire needs!

I found the most beautiful gown in Brides and called Arzelle's to find out if they could order it or had it. Luckily they had it in stock...we made a date go the next day and I was totally amazed it looked exactly like I had hoped it would. I think Arzelle's has some of the best service and they go the extra mile to help you find what you want. I was lucky because the first drss I wanted and tried on, was the dress I ended up purchasing! I had to try on others but stayed with my original pick. I felt like a princess. I totally recommend Arzelle's for all your bridal gowns and their service is impeccable.

The service was wonderful. The girls helped me customize my dress by changing the neckline. The seamstress did a wonderful job of turning my strapless dress into a halter. It looked beautiful.

I purchased my wedding dress at Arzelles after shopping at 11 stores in 4 cities! I highly recommend Arzelles. They have beautiful wedding gowns, bridesmaids gowns, tuxedos, and mothers dresses. Everyone in our wedding party got their attire there, and they are great!

I was relunctant to visit Arzelle’s because I thought it would be intimidating and over-priced (based on its West End location and beautiful storefront). But after several discouraging visits to other bridal shops, I gave Arzelle’s a try. It was wonderful!!! My experience there was a night and day comparison to some of the bigger brand stores that had offered little-to-no personal attention and to some of the smaller shops that had poor selection. Arzelle’s staff was helpful, patient, and enthusiastic without being smothering or hovering. Their selection of gowns and veils is beautiful, and most are quite affordable. Arzelle’s also altered my gown. Every encounter with their staff was friendly and professional.

I was initially hesitant to look for my gown at a little boutique like this one because they are usually very expensive and the staff stuck up. My experience at Arzelle's was a surprisingly pleasant one. I was driving by and decided to check it out on a whim. The sales lady didn't get on to me or not having an appointment, just asked me what I was looking for and what my budget was and got me started. Don't be afraid to check them out - I was glad I gave the boutique the chance!

While I didn't end up getting my gown from Arzelle's, I wanted to comment on how wonderful a boutique it was. I was concerned it was going to be one of those upscale, snobby shops, but it was anything but. My maid of honor and I went looking for gowns and just stopped in, and the salesgirl was lovely. She was genuinely excited about helping me look for a gown and was not pushy in the least. Arzelle's is absolutely worth taking the time to check out.

Arzelles was such a pleasure to work with. Bonnie and her staff made my wedding dress dreams come true. They took an idea I had and made it a reality. My dress was timeless and beautiful.

I absolutely love Arzelle's. There are some wonderful bridal shops in Nashville, but when I was on the hunt for my gown, I found it here. I loved that their staff were not overly aggressive in trying to sell me a gown out of my price range or one that I only felt 'ok' in. After purchasing my gown, I had my alterations done there as well and always looked forward to going in for each fitting. They have a gorgeous selection of gowns, but what really sold me was their staff.
