To all of the upcoming blushing brides,

Claudia is AMAZING! We hired Claudia to be our “day of coordinator” for our June 2010 wedding at the Palmer House Hilton. Let me say that title lacks emphasis on the amount of time and effort on her part to make all of the details of our wedding seamlessly play through our big day.

When we got engaged, we planned our wedding almost exactly a year out. Being a perfectionist and very organized, I started searching through bridal magazines and websites to plan our wedding. I had tons of time but just not enough time with my very demanding job and working 12+ hours a day. Claudia came into our life just as I was having a bridezilla moment with my first coordinator at the Palmer House and I switched over to Jane Himmel to be our sales & catering coordinator there instead. Jane was our wedding angel! Jane recommended Claudia’s services and at first I thought, “Why do I need someone to do this and pay more money out for more services when I have all of my vendors booked and everything planned out?”. My husband and I decided that we wanted to relax and enjoy our day and thought that we didn’t want to deal with any “issues” or have any one of our family or guests be troubled to be “in charge” of anything on that day. I realized the stress of work & planning the wedding finally hit me and we called Claudia. Let’s just say it was one of the best things we spent our money on for the wedding!

We had our first meeting with Claudia and we thought, “WOW, we can finally both relax (I mean I can finally relax) and enjoy the last two months before our wedding”. Before we even signed a contract, Claudia was already working on our timeline since we were about 6 weeks out. Being that we were the first of our families to get married we were glad we had someone to guide us through wedding etiquette/details. She is organized, professional, easily accessible and gave us last minute ideas/suggestions to think about for our wedding. She knew EVERYTHING about our day. I forwarded her a list of all of our vendors that she contacted to confirm details with. She knew every guest coming, where they were sitting & if there were any special needs. She knew every detail of what the Palmer House needed to execute for the reception. She met with us several times making us feel confident this would be the day we dreamt about.

She came to our rehearsal at the church and introduced herself to our parents & bridal party so they knew who to find the day of with any questions. Everything went fabulously. I never could have imagined enjoying the morning of my wedding day at my parent’s house with my 9 bridesmaids and out of town family without her being by my side. On the day of our wedding she was all over the place. She came to my parent’s house, left to check on the church and after the ceremony she went to the Palmer House to make sure everything was impeccable for when we arrived to our cocktail party after taking pictures. She kept behind the scenes and made sure we were on track with our timeline. She stayed through all of our big moments and then we danced the night away until 2am.

Let’s just say Claudia went above & beyond in all matters pertaining to our wedding. From her assistant Sara sticking out her hand for one of my bridesmaids to spit out her gum before she walked down the aisle to her emergency kit that came in handy when I was on the dance floor and someone stepped on my train & ripped the bustle out. If there were any other issues, I did not know about them. I am sure there are so many more details they attended to that I couldn’t even begin to think about. I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful start to our new life together!
