Astounding Events & Expressions (AEE) has access to tons of awesome resources to help you create an event that will leave lasting memories. AEE and extensive knowledge of decor design and offers an extensive variety creative options to where it seemed as though there was nothing that could not be created and there were budget friendly as well. We felt as though our wedding was one-of-a-kind and beyond anything we could have ever can imagined it to! AEE took our wedding on and made it easy to agree with everything they suggested and incorporated every detail we required with ease.

The fresh vision they possess and passion for quality, fine service and true originality it what stands out the most when asked about the services provided. We felt as though we were given special and personal attention and that we were their most important client. AEE has awesome coordination packages designed to assist you with everything you will need from beginning to end. AEE help with everything from venue suggestions site visits and selections, Photo, Video and DJ Selection, createed our Save The Dates and Invitations giving them a perosnal touch, helped with floral arrangements selections, catering selections, assisted this unsure Bride with Dress Fittings as well as the Bridesmaids and the Groom and Groomsmen's with selections to ensure they where sharp on the day of, among that AEE created all the Centerpieces, decorations and guest favors and had all our family friend and guest in awe and still talking about our wedding to this day and for many years to come I am sure.

Astounding Events & Expressions will handle all of the details for your wedding with personal care and attention so your wedding dream will come true; no matter how small or big your wedding is. They work within your budget to help you create an event you want and it was not just business with AEE it was was a friendship.

We were looking for a professional vendor to assist with the flow of our reception. Shannon was recommended to me by a friend and my husband and I were very pleased with how everything flowed. There were a few mishaps that were unavoidable and Shannon patched everything right up with no sweat and unnoticable to our guests. I would recommend her to anyone who is planning a big event. Thanks for making our day so special.

Sharon, was a wonderful decorator to work with. She created a beautiful bride & groom section and the tables looked beautiful. Her promptness to everything made my life much easier. The ballroom was set up early and she even sent me pictures of it when she was done. Im very grateful to have met Sharon and worked with her.

The services that she provided was wonderful. She took our vision of our wedding day and turn it into reality. Even when we were over whelmed, she remain calm and took care of everything and made adjustments along the way as needed. On our day, we had no worries, with her she take care of all your needs. Even in this time of day when money is not lot, she is able to make it work with big or small amounts and it will still be everything you dream of. Even, if you are of those brides, like myself, who called 2 to 3 times a day, she answer ever call and didn't get upset or made feel like I was getting on her nerves. This is not just a wedding planner, but decoratation, some things she have alreay that saved you as a bride alot, the team work together as one and very proffesional. We will be using Astounding Events in future events for bauquets and birthday. We were very pleased and our guest were calling to recieved our planner number.

I guess you get what you paid for. Most of the other day of wedding coordinators were significantly more expensive. Ms. Baker seemed organized during the planning period. But did not meet expectations for the day of the event. Most of my plans were not executed. For example, I asked that one of the two assistants greet and register guests before they enter the banquet hall for the reception but that was not done. Most of the time, I saw the assistants just standing around. In addition, all my guests did not receive wedding favors but yet the planner and her staff had time to line dance with my guests. Here are just a few other annoyances:
- Some of the centerpieces still had the package wrapping on it
- Planner volunteered to take away two bags of garbage but later charged us for cleaning her truck because supposedly some of the garbage spilled
- Charged us for a cake box, although I gave her instructions to use the box and plastic wrap provided
- wedding started 75 minutes late - planner and caterer pointed fingers as to who is responsible
- outdoor wedding and paid for directional signage but the signage was not properly installed. Guests were confused
- Guest book not signed, although I provided direction that guests be encouraged to sign the book during the happy hour
- Only job was some minor prep work but main job was the day of wedding but was not very organized or professional
- did not coordinate well with dj, bridal wedding song not played, I had to walk down the aisle with the same song my bridesmaids walked down to
- paid extra for planner to decorate the banquet hall but total waste of money. She didn't check with the wedding site, it turns out that there were restrictions on what can be hung on the wall

The best bet is to spend the money, don't cheap out on the wedding planner.

Catering By Vest has worked on a number events with Astounding Events and Expressions. We have always found Ms. Baker to be professional and responsive in meeting the needs of the client as well as the vendors working jointly in making sure that the event is successful. She utilizes flexibility and a great sense of understanding the needs of the event and how it must be all pulled together for an outstanding outcome. She is very hands on and works with her staff in seeing that she fulfills the many aspects of the event --from planning and setting up to coordinating the final timeline. We would definitely encourage those looking for coordination and decorating services to really consider their services.
