I just had my wedding on 10/26/08, and Angelina and her Team were extremely on time. They actually arrived slightly earlier than our scheduled time, which was great cause I was more relief upon seeing her. She had make the entire getting ready time the best for everyone. Her assistants were awesome to achieve the requested style for everyone, and Angelina had directed all that needs to be done for everyone. This team is simply the best. As for some reviews that I have seen on this site, I think there might be more to the story to told by this Professional Team.
For all you brides that want to be worry free and be pampered to be the most georgous, I suggest to request for Angelina's service. You will not be disappointed.

Angelina was very accomodating in my request for changes. She is so detail that every changed we had requested was revised on the contact and confirmed by email within 24 hours of the request...She is extremely effectient. Aside from her vast knowledge of application technique and creativeness. All application is blended to perfection which looks very natural. As for her personality, she is a people person, easy to work with...which is very important to me,I like to have an input of my needs and be heard by all my vendors. Angelina lisens and provide feed backs with her ideal style. For my hair style, she had implied delicate hand made crystals accessories from her Collection into the style and followed w/ a crystal trim veil to complete my look. On the day of my wedding, after my bridesmaids were completed and it was my turn to get pretty up, my nerve started filling in....Angelina was the one w/ and clamed me.

As for one of the untasteful review....I absolute disagree w/ her. Angelina is great to work with and has a awesome personality, and great work ethics.
Brides...don't miss out, make sure you contact Angelina for your event as early as possible, as they are very book on their calendars.

Angelina had been my prefer makeup artist for all my events in the past 6 years. She is very creative and knowledgable of her products, and is able to create a special look from makeup to hair for all my events. Prior to my Wedding, Angelina had also assist me in locating many of my vendors. She has been extremely helpful, I can say even more than my Wedding Coordinator. For my wedding, I had reserve her for the entire day for touchup and 3 hair changes. It was perfection on all her works on me that day and my entire party which consist of 6 bridesmaids and 4 family members.
Now all my family members confirms w/ Angelina's for all our events.

I had a tough experience w/ Angelina. I originally booked her for my wedding day hair/makeup and plus 4 bridesmaids on an impulse decision. After looking back on the trial, I wasn't too happy w/ the hair and makeup so I had called her later to try to transfer my $350 deposit to other family members since the deposit was not refundable. Angelina gave me a hard time about moving things around then later verbally agreed.

2 weeks before the wedding I received a call from Angelina stating that I was past due in payment but we had originally discussed that we would use the $350 deposit for 3 girls and that would all. She had stated that changes on services must be made 3 weeks prior wedding date on contract otherwise, the contact will be set after that. When we spoke verbally to agree on the changes she had never mentioned this. After a very rough discussion her being dishonest in her verbal agreement and contract we had settled for hair/makeup on 4 girls for a total of $480 and plus the $60 travel fee!! On the actual day, she did the makeup/hair for my sisters and MIL, which came out ok, nothing too outstanding but not horrible either.

Overall, it was a nightmare experience and I was not too happy with her un-professionalism and not honoring her agreements as discussed. Angelina was one of the worst vendor we had to deal with.

Correction, I didn't ask for extreme demands, since i was not happy with the trial I simply wanted to to transfer my my $350 deposit for hair/makeup for my 3 sisters and 1 MIL which is not an extreme request. I NEVER asked for a refund NOR a huge discount!!!...as I was aware of the "No refund or cancellations" as stated on her contract. My wedding coordinator Carrie had even discussed the issues w/ Angelina via phone and she also gave her a hard time.

Angelina has been my prefer choice for Makeup Artist in the past few years. She is the only artist I would let to work on my face for special events. Angelina knows exactly what needs to be apply to bring out the best features. As I know her extremly well personally, I do not understand the distasteful comment from one individual. Ladies, I am a model for magazine ads and commercials and has worked w/ numerous of Artist...and I find that Angelina is the most comfortable to work with and best application.

I am frustrated with the way things panned out with Angelina from AT Makeup Pro. I had scheduled my trial with her 3 weeks prior and everything was already set for November 1, Saturday at 9:00 am at my cousin's residence. I have our email thread as proof here. Come November 1, I woke up at 8:00 am to wash and dry my hair (as instructed) and have it ready for her to do my hair and makeup. At about 9:30 am she still wasn't there, nor called me either. I called her and left her a message reminding her of the trial. She calls me back close to 10:00 am. She said that it was her assistant's fault and was told that the trial was at 10:30 am! Where did that come from? What frustrates me was that I was setting the schedule up with Angelina the entire time! She said her assistant gives her the schedule in the mornings and made a big mistake. She did apologize profusely and said this has never happened before and was asking if I was still available the rest of the day. Admittingly so, she was very nice throughout our phone calls. However, I decided not to push through with the trial as I do not want to risk this happening on the DAY of my wedding.

Angelina is absolutely fabulous! She provided hair and make-up for me, 5 of my bridesmaids, my mother and MOL. She did a fantastic job, I got rave reviews on my make up and hair (I don't know how she got my hair to stay, but it looked so amazing!) She was always very professional, which was very important to me... after interviewing several flaky artists, and just not meeting anyone I really clicked, with Angelina was a godsend! Professional, communicative, flexible, easy going, and an excellent make-up/hair artist... how could I not go with her?! You should too.

Angelina is a true professional. I would recommend her services to anyone in need of professional hair or make-up. What can I say, I looked beautiful on my wedding day!

I had a makeup trial with Angelina back in Sept 2007 for my Engagement Photos in Malibu, CA. Her makeup application was great. I wear makeup on a daily bases, but she was able to enhance my features so much better. Even under the Sun, the makeup lasted the entire day and evening when we went out for dinner.
On my wedding day, Angelina had 2 appointments before mine, and still made our appointment in a timely manner. 2 of her assoicates worked w/ my bridal party and she focused on me. She knows to sepcifically work on my eyes a lots more since I want a dramatic eye, and she did an awesome job w/ the colors and false lashes. My ceremony started at 6pm, and I had requested for her to stay for my hair change prior to the reception. My makeup really didn't even need touchup, it was very fresh thru out the day and evening.
Angelina's work is so amagazing and her rates are so reasonable....all brides should check in w/ AT Makeup Pro for their beauty.

Angelina is so very caring and accomodiating w/ all my requested changes for my wedding. She even make sure that we move up the service to have enought time for the photo session w/ all the bridesmaids at the hotel. Angelina has done an increditable job to enhance all my features. Everything is blended so well for everyone, we all look flawless. She make sure that I am confortable at all time, and she also make sure that I had at least a little bit of lunch. She is even more caring than my husband. I had already had a good feeling of her since the 1st time we spoke on the phone, and I was right. Since my wedding, I have been a client of Angelina for 2 other special occasions. And there will be many more.

To all brides that are looking for a Great Style and someone that is Careing....it's Angelina.

Angelina was extemely patient to lisen to my needs during the trial session. I have tried Trials w/ at least 4 makeup artist and they all had turn out too stiff and over done. Angelina was able to keep my look fresh and natural for the actual day, and yet the photos came out perfect. The look photographed extremely well. Angelina is the makeup artist for you if you want to look enhanced but still natural for your wedding day.

Angelina was very creative on my look, half way thru the trial I had already reserve for my event. I had tried other artist but the application technique was not as professional as Angelina's, the other artiest were not able to achieve my request. I wanted a very special look for my event since it was a 40's theme. Angelina was able to make my style like the old movies, and Everyone loved it.

Angelina is extremely good in creating the perfect eye shades. Her blending tecnique makes the eye so natural, but yet very outstanding. I have tried a lot of other artist and couldn't get the effect that I wanted. As soon as I was completed the Trial w/ Angelina, I had to immediately reserve my service time w/ her. It was the exact look that I had discripe to her. As for the hair, she has made an exact duplication of the look from a magazine which I have requested for, it was so precise....LOVE IT!
On top of her great services, she also carries a wide quality accessories and veils. I was able to make my selections with out having spend a lot of time searching for these items...which most of us (brides) doesn't have, since we are so tied up w/ the to do list.

Angelina is the best!! Her team was incredibly professional, punctual and we all loved her work. They listens to what kind of style we are looking for and gives us the exact looks. Very accomodating....my mother decided at the last minute that she too wanted her makeup and hair done, Angelina scheduled our service to start slightly earlier to service everyone.

My style was created on the Trial Session appointment, which we spoke of my prefer styles and than Angelina create better to suit my features. I am just so satified w/ the style she had created for me for my wedding. I have now requested for her services 3 times for other events of mine.

I highly recommended Angelina to all of you brides whom are looking for an awesome makeup artist.

I found Angelina in the internet and when I met her I knew I wanted her to be part of my special day. Angelina was friendly and worked great under the microscope of all my sisters. During our trial my sisters hoverd over her while she worked away, and they asked her a ton of make-up questions. Angelina did my make up on my wedding day and helped with the last minute touches of my hair. Oviously I loved my make up on my trial date or I wouldn't of hired her. My experience with Angelina was great! I was so beautiful and looked natural like I wanted. I didn't want to look I had a major makeover like some other brides I've seen. I wanted people to see the real me but prettier.Last thing I wanted was for people to say "OH MY GOD SHE LOOKS SO DIFFERENT" I was a happy camper.

I found Angelina to be very professional, accessible and someone who took her job and customer seriously. Also, since I only had a few months to prepare for my wedding I needed someone that I could correspond with promptly and accurately, and she was both. Emails, phone calls and the mail I received from her were very prompt and it was always confirmed by email what decisions we had agreed upon, such as pricing or number of people, immediately. I was actually surprised at how meticulous she was in letting me know she understood what changes I had made. Also, the many beautiful pictures in her portfolio on her website made it so much easier to see what her style of make-up was and to pinpoint exactly what I wanted.

As for the make-up and hair, I was very pleased with her services because she was very careful to find the look I wanted on my wedding day, not just what she thought looked the best. I have had several experiences with professional make-up artists and everyone clearly has a different style and ability. Some people can only do one style of make-up, but she was able to use her knowledge and skills to create a look that not only suited me, but had specific details I wanted and that was customized to my taste. And I didn't even have a trial session, the wedding day was the first time and the pictures turned out wonderful!! She was also attentive to the smallest detail of my comfort level, even making sure that I was warm as she did my hair and make-up, which shows that she really did care about her part in making the wedding the day a good experience for me.

I recommend her whole-heartedly to anyone, but especially to us Asians who typically have a hard time finding the "right" look with non-Asian make-up artists and even Asian make-up artists. I found her make-up to be generally very modern and fresh.

Angelina is such a fun person to work with and an awesome makeup artist! She has very skillful in techniques, cause I have never looked so good w/ other artist. All applications from foundation to eye makeup are blened perfectly. \My entire wedding parties and families looked gorgeous, and everyones looks were great thoughout the entire evening.

Angelina is the best! She is very professional and patience with me. I found that Angelia is very honest, which I had find out from the day of my wedding. The incident - she had completed me and my 7 bridesmaids, which we than started our photo session out side at the ceremony area. At that time, Angelina and her associates were working on my Mom, mother in law and 3 aunts, upon finish my family tried to pay her for the 5 services and she had refused to accept. It would have been very easy for her to have taken the payment since it was cash, that showed her honest personality. In addition, she really puts all her efforts and heart into each session for the bride, she would take more time if needed to ensure the perfection. Couple days prior to my wedding, we had call request an ajustment to our start time, and Angelina was more than glad to make that arrangement for us. She and her associates arrived before the scheduled time and was well prepared.

I will definately recommend Angelina to all of my friends and all you brides out there.

Angelina was professional from the day of the trial to the day of the wedding. At the trial, she listened to what I wanted and always made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. She took time to create the look, I never felt like she was rushing to get it done. At the trial, she even took time to talk to my mother-in-law and sister-in-law about how they wanted to look on the day of the wedding. All of my communications with Angelina were prompt and all decisions and reciepts were confirmed by email. At the day of the wedding, Angelina made me look amazing, still myself, but a more glamorous me!

I had found Angelina from The Knot website. As soon as I saw her gallery, I knew she was the artist for me.
During my trial session, I had requested for a specific hair style which looked great on a magazine, but it didn't turn out good w/ my feature. Angelina had told me not to worry, and she immediately rework and from her creation...I had an instant glam, which was approved by me and my fiance immediately.
On my wedding day, everyone had complimented my look....thanks to Angelina.

My coordinator had introduce me to Angelina, and immediately I knew we would get along extremely well. Aside from taking care of the style for my wedding, we also had numerous discussion on the phone regarding the beauty field since I show much of an interest. Since my wedding mid last year, we have become good friends. Angelina is a very prefer vendor in this industry and everyone that knows her can see the reason. I loved Angelina since the first time we met for my trial session. We had numerous phone conversation prior to our trial session, since I am a very particular about all my vendors..especially when it come to my beauty. Since I lived in New York and were planning a Los Angeles Wedding, it was quite difficult. Angelia was very professional on each and every phone call ... i believe it was well over 6 times. She was very proper and were able to provide detail answers for all my questions. Over that period, I have spoken to couple different artist, but final choice was Angelina, since she made me very comfortable over the phone and the constant followup w/ emails since the time difference. Upon arrival in LA a 2 months prior to my wedding to finalize all details, we finally met up for me trial. All went fantastically well, all my styles were created to our discuss over the phone. Angelina was very careful w/ every details of the makeup, and Foundation were matched perfectly w/ my color. Angelina also brought the Hair Accessories Collection to see what would coordinate best w/ my style. All the items were very delicate and exquisite...loved them all.
On the day of my wedding Angelia took best care of me,my family and bridal party.

I was absolutely ravishing on my wedding. The makeup and hair coordinate together exceptionally along w/ the elaborate hair accessories and veil from Angelina's Collection. My look was outstanding...I couldn't have been more completely perfect...my look was just breath taking, as my husband said.

First, Angelina and I emailed ideas back and forth for a while. Then, she did a practice run with me (both hair and makeup) the week of my wedding (I live on the east coast, so I couldn't meet with her beforehand). Finally, Angelina came to my hotel suite the morning of my wedding and did the hair and makeup of myself and my four bridesmaids. Everyone looked amazing. She is nice, professional, on-time. She was great communicating via email and in-person. It was a pleasure to share part of my special day with her. I interviewed almost ten hair/makeup artists before deciding to go with Angelina and I definitely made the right choice.
