At Your Service Catering

At Your Service Catering was wonderful! The food was great and having an outside wedding we were worried the food would be cold - it wasn't and everyone loved it! The service was great as well. I will recommend them to everyone!!!

Priscilla is very nice and I was happy to find someone randomly online. That was my mistake for finding someone and not being referred. I had to keep track of everything, and when asking questions, response time was at least a week it at all. I felt like I must have been one in a million brides and that I was totally not a priority. At one point a few months before the wedding I wasn't get answers to my questions, but out of no where I received an email asking for final payment (even though that wasn't due until 2 weeks before the wedding) At the wedding my sister and friend took charge - she was just there. I should have saved some money and just done this myself - worked with the restaurant, etc.

We had our wedding at the Pacific Edge Villa in Laguna Beach where Priscilla was our caterer and savor. She made our wedding the most amazing night ever. Everything flowed perfectly, the decorations and displays were out of this world, the food was AMAZING, the service was perfect and very discreat. She was so easy to work with and was always there when you have twenty million questions for her. She is WONDERFUL!

When I chose Priscilla to do my wedding at Cliffs at Laguna Village part of the reason was because it was about half the price of the on site catering company thru the Cliff's restaurant. Priscilla was fairly easy to get a hold of by phone and would always answer my e-mails within a fair amount of time. I recommend brides to do a lot of questions and answers by e-mail anyway since you have record of what the vendors tell you (this saved me a couple of times by being able to say "that's not what you wrote in your e-mail"). I could tell that Priscilla has done a lot of weddings at this location and with her and DJ Dave they were almost like coordinators and everything from the rehersal to the ceremony to the reception ran like clock work. The food was excellent, catered in from Huntington Beach's Baci restaurant. Overall I was happy with the service.

Pricilla Granger was your organizer from "At your Service Catering"Everything was wonderful although the communication was a bit off at times and we were told that we had the place from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. the next day.(as stated in the contract) As we arrived the day of the wedding, I was told that we weren't supposed to get there until 2:00 p.m? There were were other interested brides walking through the house as we were all getting ready. I am sure other brides would have been a little upset, but I'm laid back and it didn't bother me.
Other than that, everything else was fine!:)

I too found Pricilla impossible to get a hold of. One time I made an appt and she just never showed. Finally an assistant came to begin setting up for another wedding. I was very displease but had already made a 50% deposit so there was no going back. Besides I also didn't use her as a coordinator so I didn't think she could mess up anything on the day of the wedding.

Boy was I wrong....she humilated me and my husband in front of our guests. It was horrible. We did not pay for open bar only cash bar, but apparently she did not make enough money so 10 mins before the even should be ending she was standing at the top of the stair staring at everyone waiting to speak with us, but she couldn't wait until we got in private to let us know how little money she made at our cash bar. She started practically yelling at us in front of everyone and she even started bring my guest into it. It really got bad when she said "does anyone here even speak english?" Oh man. I am caucasian and my husband is filipino american as were many of our guest, but we all clearly speak and understand english...

Anyways...the food was also poor compared to the tasting and our guest never even recieved ice for their water or a single refill and it was outside in almost 90 degree weather.

I would never recommend her to my worst enemy much less an excited bride to be who expects nothing less than a perfect day...mine ended in tears and turmoil thanks to this caterer from hell.

Food was great and everything went perfectly fine until the day of the event and especially by the end where most of the staff including the manager disappeared right after serving dinner and we never heard back from them afterward.

At Your Service came recommended from our site. Priscilla was sometimes hard to get a hold of during the planning proess, but we didn't have any real trouble until the day of the wedding. I found that she tried to 'nickel and dime' us for many things, and was somewhat rude since we did not hire her as our coordinator. The food was ok at the wedding, nothing spectacular but good for the price.
