We booked two vintage cars with At Your Service in 2010 for my wedding on 8/13/2011. Our wedding venue had neglected to inform us a wine festival happening the same day as our wedding and after refusing to change the time frame of our event, they basically refused to work with us. We were then forced to find a new venue. Unfortunately we couldn't find anything in the area. We finally found a venue in Sonoma, and when we called to cancel the rental cars Dan Brown told us he could transfer the services to Sonoma so that we wouldn't lose our $676 non-refundable deposit. After not hearing from them for months we called and emailed to find out the status of the rental. We never heard back. We attempted to contact them several times and got the run-around. Finally, due to their lack of communication we were forced to cancel. We are now trying to get the deposit back since the cancellation was due to their lack of communication and no fault of our own. Beware of this company!

I am extremely happy with the services "At Your Service Premier Events" provided on our wedding day. My primary contact during the wedding planning process was Lu. Lu was wonderful to work with; prompt, professional, flexible. They truly aim to please their clients.

We are from the Sacramento area and decided to get married in the Carmel area. Distance was not a factor during the planning process. Lu was always prompt to get back to me. She made herself available to me at all times...she was easy to get a hold of.

My husband and I rented the handsome black 1951 Bentley. Lu was able to accommodate our request to see the Bentley in person prior to the wedding day.

The driver and the Bentley arrived at our venue on time. The driver was dressed appropriately with a suit and tie. The driver was accomodating to our special requests. He was cordial and followed instructions properly. We had our bottle of bubbly and two flutes. This was a nice way to end our reception.

I would truly recommend "At Your Service Premier Events" for any of your transportation needs.

Paul’s Review: I’d like to thank "At Your Service" for the excellent shuttle service provided to us for our son Garrett’s recent wedding at Pacific Ridge. The vehicles were on time, clean, and the drivers were professional and courteous. There were no problems at either pick up spot and all went well. The route was not the easiest to drive but all of the guests we talked to afterward said they felt quite safe and knew they were in good hands. Although we negotiated the details from three thousand miles away they made it easy for us. One reason we hired "At Your Service" was the fact that they had experience at this venue and our confidence was certainly rewarded. This was obviously a major arrangement we had to make in one of the most important family events we’ll have. Thanks again.
