Avanti Mansion

The facility itself is absolutely breathtaking. We had our reception in the Amore Ballroom. The day of our wedding the facility was spotless- this includes the bathrooms, lobby and ballroom itself. The decor absolutely lends itself to being majestic which certainly was a part of our dream-come-true wedding. We used Avanti's DJ service and Kenny was FANTASTIC. At midnight, our guests did not want to leave! He played the perfect selection of music and our guests danced the entire night.The bridal suite is to die for! My husband and I were able to use this facility during cocktail hour to relax and soak in the day. Barb, our Suite Manager was so kind. She made sure that we had drinks, trays of the cocktails and anything else we needed.
My husband and I worked with Kelly Keroack, one of the wedding coordinators. Kelly is truly amazing at what she does. She always had a high energy level; filled with excitement for you and for your day, she was honest, she strived to see your vision and worked so hard to see it through. Kelly, as well as the other staff at the Mansion, always made you feel special; like you were the only customer they had to work with. Anyone we spoke to took the time to listen and then provide us an answer to our question or a direction for our vision.I must pay Kelly an extra special compliment. Three days before our wedding, my family experienced a tragic loss. I went to the Mansion to discuss changes that needed to be made and Kelly gave me a hug and told me that she would take care of everything. AND SHE DID! SHe even set up a beautiful memorial for our family member at his original seat. On top of the stresses of a normal wedding, my family was mourning the loss of a loved one, but thanks to Kelly's commitment and compassion, she created a beautiful, relaxed ambiance that allowed us to celebrate our wedding and his life.

The Avanti Mansion was the perfect place for our wedding. Angie was AWESOME and helped answer all my questions. While I pictured a beautiful, mild fall day when we booked our October wedding, that was far from what we got. It was pouring rain and in the 40s. However, the staff bent over backwards to make sure the weather didn't put a damper on the day. The setting is so beautiful that the weather didn't matter. Angie provided clear umbrellas and stood in the freezing rain (with no umbrella) to make sure everything went off without a hitch. The food was great and the guests had a blast. Looking at the photos, I wouldn't have had it any other way...

The Avanti Mansion was simply OUTSTANDING. This venue was our number one pick and I am so happy we went with it. Kelly Keroack, our wedding coordinator, was a life saver. She worked with us from day one, helping us create the vision we had for our wedding day. She not only helped us SO much up until the day, but on the day of as well. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire night! As the bride and groom you dont get much time to get to the bar--well Kelly made sure we always had a drink in our hands! :) She was truly amazing and made our experience at Avanti Mansion outstanding. I HIGHLY suggest working with Kelly for your wedding planning process! The food was better than the Chophouse (and that takes alot for me to say!) the decor was stunning and the transition from cocktail hour to the ball room wow'ed our guests! Kelly was accomodating during the entire planning process and she made our dreams come true! From getting us brown napkins to putting stir sticks at the bar, we could not have done this without Kelly. I cannot say enough great things about Avanti Mansion. Please consider chosing Avanti as your venue! :)

My husband and I had never been to a wedding reception at the Avanti Mansion before we choose this venue for our wedding. We relied on the Wedding professionals at the Mansion to guide us when planning our reception. The staff was very helpful from the start and made the planning process simple and fun! The wedding reception was everything that we had dreamed of and the staff at the reception were great. We had an amazing wedding day and couldn't be happier with the Avanti Mansion! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a reception location!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the Avanti Mansion. The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous and the staff was nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. For anyone planning a wedding, Avanti has services that can help you with every aspect of the event. We also used their in-house DJ and were very happy with his service. Our family and friends are raving about the entire night!

The avanti mansion is the most magical place for a wedding because they make you feel like royalty the day of your wedding and even during the planning process.

The Avanti Mansion was everything and more that my husband and I were looking for! From the gorgeous room, the garden where we had our ceremony, the bridal suite, the food, the coordinator, everything was awesome. Angie was such a joy to work with. She was so helpful and accomidating to us and our schedules. She gave us so many idea's and suggestions that it really helped us plan our day. The food was just amazing. Our guests raved about it all night and still do - which is exactly what we wanted. The libarary where we had our reception was a perfect setting, intimate, warm, romantic all in one. The gorgeous staircase served as an awesome setting for many pictures as well as our entrance to the reception! I could not have asked for anything else!
The only things I am concerned about, is there was a broach on our wedding cake, that i wanted to keep as a keepsake, that was not returned to us. And my "something old & something borrowed", was a handkerchief, that my great grandmother had knitted well over 50 years ago. I had that, along with everything in the bridal suite, and when my belongings were packed up at the end of the night, that did not make it into our bins. I am upset that this precious item was not returned nor has it been found. :(
Other than that, we had an amazing experience, and would most definitly recommend the Avanti Mansion!!

We absolutely made the right choice to have both our ceremony and reception at the Avanti! It was a one-stop-shop for us. The Avanti took care of our flowers, cake, food, DJ and even our Honeymoon. I had nothing to worry about! Our planner was in constant contact with us during the planning process and at the wedding. Kelly made it personal and that meant the world to us. We had an attendant the day of to make sure we had everything, from lip gloss (for me of course) to drinks to dessert. The Avanti made the best day of my life the absolute happiest!

When we first started looking for a wedding venue we wanted something other than the typical boring reception hall or banquet room. There were a number of possibilities but after touring the mansion with Angie the first time, we were sold. Not only did they provide the unique atmosphere we were looking for, we also were given all the help we needed to make the wedding our own. Our planner, Angie was there to guide us through every step along the way and made the decision making stress-free! We looked forward to every meeting and had the best time planning our day. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous bridal suite, beautiful gardens and amazing food we know our guests enjoyed themselves as much, if not more, than we did. We’re still hearing stories about how wonderful the staff and delicious the food was. If we had to do it all over again, we would absolutely pick the Avanti Mansion again and we do recommend them every chance we get!

We planned our wedding at Avanti Mansion in just under 3 months and we could not have asked for more!! From the start of construction of the new building we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. The new building is gorgeous from the room, to the out door patio, the garden where we did sparklers with our guest down to the bathrooms. There is nothing in the new building that isn't just stunning. We utilized the outdoor bar, which gave our guest the opportunity to be inside or outside enjoying the night. We also had cocktail hour in the library which was truly amazing. We also used DJ Kenny who is one of the inhouse djs, he did a fabulous job, kept our guests dancing all night long!!! The appetizers and the sit down dinner surpassed our expectations. Our wedding was more than a dream come true thanks to the amazing staff and how truly gorgeous this venue is!!

There are no words really.... I never thought I would be able to get the place, let alone have our ceremony on they beautiful garden! The reception space is really, really, REALLY nice! They updated the tent, so its bigger and beautiful.

The food. DEE-LICIOUS! everyone talked and talked about the food. The steak was just perfect, if not better than perfect. The appetizers, oh wow. Needless to say, Avanti knows their stuff!

The people are super friendly and caring. Kelly, our coordinator, was simply awesome. She was upbeat, all smiles and was on top of every detail. I want to thank the whole staff, they are amazing at what they do. And the servers were as close to us as our guests! it was a marvelous party!!

I could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding. The scenery is AMAZING!!!! If you want an outdoor wedding there is no other place to go besides Avanti Mansion. The staff are amazingly sweet and you feel relaxed the entire time. The food is delicious and literally every guest I spoke to commented on how beautiful the setting was. I would recommend anyone and everyone to get married here. The service that they provide is unparallelled. The wedding planners help ease the stress and they come up with great additions to your day as surprises for you. I could not have loved my wedding experience any more and it was in great part to the staff and services provided by the Avanti Mansion. I am so happy that they could be a part of my day.

In August 2012, we were married at the Avanti Mansion in the Japanese Garden with our reception held under the outdoor tent. My now-husband and I live in Florida and therefore had to plan the wedding long distance. My in-laws looked at three very different venues for us and the Avanti Mansion stood out as the most beautiful and unique, by far. Following reserving our date, we did have some issues with our coordinator (e.g., getting in touch with our wedding coordinator, having an accurate proposal/contract, etc.) and one week before the wedding we were informed that she was no longer working at the Avanti Mansion. At that point Kelly started working with us, and even though we only worked with her for a short time, she was absolutely wonderful and assisted us in resolving some issues and was there on the big day to help with things. We HIGHLY recommend working with her as she is very easy to work with and very detail-oriented! Through the services offered through the Avanti, we had Pastor Dave marry us and had DJ Kenny announce and play music at our reception. Both men were professional, easy to work with, outgoing, and followed all of our requests—we couldn’t have asked for better! We could say the same things about the bartenders and wait staff, who were all professional and helpful. Also, the food was amazing and we were told by many of our guests that "it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding". Despite some severe weather, the staff quickly dried off the outdoor chairs for the ceremony, and fortunately for us, we were able to get married on the “island”. With a location like that, our pictures turned out beautiful. From the bridal suite to the garden, to the mansion itself, I don’t think you can find a more special place to get married in Buffalo!

The ceremony in the Japanese Garden was breathtaking and made for incredible pictures. From the hand passed appetizers, live grill service dinner and even the bar service, all of our guests raved about how wonderful the food was! We planned our wedding in 13 months and could not have asked for better service. All of the wedding planners, especially Angie and Kelly were phenominal. I truly felt like they really cared and took the time to help us with any questions throughout the planning process. We wanted a unique wedding location that we could create our own ambience. Start to finish, it truly was our fairytale wedding. Thank you Avanti staff for making our special day flawless. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

If you are trying to plan your wedding and have found The Avanti Mansion in Hamburg, no need to look any longer. I looked at 3 venues while planning my wedding and Avanti was the 3rd venue I had seen. Between browsing multiple websites and venues online and then the 3 in person, nothing compared to Avanti. They include so many services it makes the planning so much easier. My husband and I loved how beautiful the ballroom and Library are. Also we did our ceremony out back in their gorgeous garden. Our pictures turned out so well because of how beautiful everyone looked and how perfect all the backgrounds were due to the setting at Avanti. We had 230 people at our wedding and I heard 0 complaints for anyone. Everyone is still raving about how great the food is for obvious reasons. They brought in a great chef and we got to meet him and specifiy what we wanted. Angie, our wedding coordinator was awesome. We really got to know her and loved working with her, she is one of the best! We didn't work that much with Kelly but she was wonderful as well. The day of the wedding everyone caters to you and makes sure that the bride, groom, parents, family and bridal party are all happy and pleased. You do not need to think twice about Avanti, I would not change a thing, its the best!

We met with Laurie and had a great experience. We loved the Amore Ballroom. We were a little hesitant about cost, however, so we continued to look for venues. When we realized that the cost was comparable to the other venues and that the Avanti Mansion was way more beautiful than the other venues, we decided on the Avanti. I became hesitant, however, after reading reviews of the venue online. Many reviews were not good and there were issues with additional charges. This was especially alarming because the food and drink minimum was our maximum so I was worried that there would be additional charges. However, after meeting with Laurie and READING THE CONTRACT (which explains EVERYTHING!!!), we booked with the Avanti Mansion.
We went to the taste testing event and had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely amazing. It was expensive for other guests to attend (i.e. MOB or FMIL) but the amount of food you get is entirely worth it. It was a great experience.
My wedding planner was Kelly and she was absolutely wonderful!!! I found it to be very easy to work with Kelly and management. They were very accommodating. Our big day went off without a hitch. The hor'dorves were wonderful and our guests were absolutely wowed by the ballroom. The dance floor was great and the bar was great, too. Our guests had such a great time and we got so many compliments. I'm very glad to have had my wedding at the Avanti Mansion!
I would say that the only "con" was that any service they did for you, you had to pay for. They will put out your favors, cake cutting utensils, toasting flutes, etc. at no cost. But at the end of the night, we were responsible for clearing out the centerpieces - this is something I wish the staff did for you, free of charge.

We had our daughter's wedding at the Avanti Mansion. Laurie Clark and her associates were so fabulous we had our wedding three years later at the Amore Ballroom. We had cocktails prior to the ceremony, the ceremony outside and a beautiful Sunday brunch in the ballroom. The food was incredible and the service outstanding. Our family and friends still talk about both weddings. If you want an expert at wedding planning, a beautiful location, and excellent food and service, we suggest the Avanti Mansion or the Amore Ballroom.

In the beginning getting a response was a little like pulling teeth since it would take multiple emails and phone calls before hearing from them. The reason for this was that there was an issue with our ceremony location. Avanti tried to move our ceremony location or change our start time since they were concerned about a conflict with another wedding that day. Thankfully Avanti was able to get the other wedding to move back their start time in order to accommodate us.

That is the only issue we had with Avanti. The food was outstanding and the staff assigned to our wedding could not have been more attentive. We loved how they brought out drinks and appetizers to us while were taking our pictures. The library, ceremony location and surrounding lands were just gorgeous. The bridal suite and snacks were over the top. The wedding and ceremony were all that we hoped for and more. Avanti made our wedding dream a reality!

Avanti Mansion did an outstanding job at my wedding. They provided everything I asked for and displayed everything in an elegant manor. They were very friendly, careing ,attentive, and were focused on what I wanted in my dream wedding. They fulfilled anything and everything I ever dreamed of for my wedding. They made my day stress-free, easy going, and all about the bride! They made my special day one of the greatest days of my life. The food was out of this world. After my wedding that is all the guests talked about, how great the food was and that was the best meal that they ever had at a wedding. I also ordered my flowers through Avanti Mansion. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, they were everything i hoped they would be. They did a beautiful job with my arrangements.

I am the mother of bride and I am so pleased to write a review that our daughter's wedding a beautiful and exquisite affair. It met all of our expectations and beyond. Every person at Avanti was wonderful to work with, the food was outstanding, the service was excellent and most of all the staff was courteous and helpful to every person that attended the wedding. We have no regrets about the entire evening. The attention to every detail was outstanding. I would highly recommend Avanti for any bride that wishes to have a true fairytale wedding.

This is the BEST place for a wedding!!! Everyone we worked with was so helpful, kind and caring. They really made us feel so special. We couldn't have wished for anything more. The place is so beautiful! My photographer said it best, "This place was built for weddings!." The service throughout the wedding was unbelieveable. They truly thought of every detail!! The food was AMAZING! All of our friends and family are still talking about what a fantastic wedding it was. I am overall pleased with how everything turned out for our wedding day on 10/29/2011. AT first, there were some glitches in responses....no return calls (weeks to respond) after we gave them a deposit of course. I believe a response should be made within 48 business hours..if busy still respond that at least. But with persistance we all became on the same page. I had the all inclusive of the use of the library and the Amore ballroom. JUST BEAUTIFUL!!! I felt like a princess the entire day!! I am one lucky lady!!! Food, atmosphere magnificant!!! Thank You the entire staff at Avanti Mansion!!

I cannot express how happy I was with Avanti Mansion! My wedding was absolutely beautuful, Cheryl and Kelly are awesome planners, and ALL of my guests raved about the food. I had the best wedding I could have dreamed of, and it was all because of Avanti. Do yourself a favor- don't even consider any other venues. This one is IT.

Cheryl was a fantastic help in planning our special day! Our reception was beautiful and the service was fantastic! The staff at Avanti was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. Several of our guests said that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to and it is all thanks to the Avanti Mansion!

I had my reception and ceremony at the Avanti mansion Amore ballroom and I could not have been more pleased. I took full advantage of their services which included invitations and even my floristry. Everything turned out better than I could have imagined.FOOD WAS DELICIOUS and we chose a cheaper menu. Every one of the staff was kind and helpful-- I did have some communication problems along the way--all of which were rectified upon mention. If you want a stress free dream wedding run by people who strive to be like your family--this is the place for you all of my guests are still raving about this venue!!

The staff at Avanti Mansion helped us throw a beautiful reception-style party for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was a stunning party! The food was delicious and far from the typical banquet facility fare. It was elegant and the service impeccable. We could'nt be happier.

We had our Ceremony and Reception at the Avanti Mansion. We couldn't be happier. The location, food and staff were amazing. The office staff of Kelly and Angie were outstanding. They were always there when we had questions. The staff was always right there when you needed something and never hesitated to get it. Our guests told us that the food was plentiful and beyond their expectations! Thank You Avanti for giving us a wonderful wedding. A couple friends of ours have already booked their wedding for next year with you! Thats how impressed they were.

Communication is key!! If you are a good communicator your time planning your wedding will be smooth and a memory to truly remember!

We held our wedding and reception in the Amore Ballroom/garden last month. Overall, we were very satisfied with the end result. The garden was gorgeous and the ballroom was set up perfectly...exactly as we had wanted everything. During the planning process, everyone at Avanti was extremely patient with us, as we changed our minds a lot. They were very helpful and gave us good advice during the entire planning process. We mainly worked with Cheryl and Angie. Both were pretty quick with getting back to us when we e-mailed or called the Mansion. As our wedding date approached, they e-mailed us check lists to remind us of things we needed to take care of. On the actual wedding day, we could not have asked for things to go any better. The bridal suite was convenient and a great place for the bridesmaids to take pictures before the ceremony. The entire day ran so smoothly. It was perfect. If anything did go wrong, it was taken care of before we even knew it. We used Avanti's officiant (Pastor Dave) and DJ Kenny. Both were awesome to work with. We have received TONS of compliments on our reception music. Our guests also raved about the hors d'oeuvres.

Avanti Mansion stands above their competitors, hands down. I have been in the wedding industry for over 10 years and they are top notch! They are not your typical "cookie cutter" wedding. They are far more than that. Your wedding is customized, but you do not pay customized prices. Our guests are still calling us and our parents saying that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to. That was the biggest compliment we have ever had! Their food was top notch and everyone raved about it! Everything was served hot and in under 15 minutes! Make the right decision and book your wedding with Avanti Mansion today!!!!

With everything said and done the wedding day could not have been better. People rave about the reception and the food still months later (live grill with steak and chicken). We had about 225 guests and Laurie was able to book an extra tent (that was perfect fit and looked like it belonged) without hesitation so we could fit our live band/dance area/coctail area that we wanted. Wedding photos can be done all on site and will be perfect. Reception was best party we have had in a long long time (thank you Mo Porter Band). Bartenders were hard working and always smiling. Highly suggest booking the extra bar in mansion(well worth minimal fee). Ceremony was perfect. Every inch of the huge property was immaculate the day of. People walked around whole time to view.
Realisticly- weddings cost money so do not expect venue to be a "bargain". Without personalizing anything, it would still result in a perfect day for any couple. Adding personalizing touches will cost money, but avanti staff will do it for you. You will have to go through avanti for most add-ons outside of flowers/small decorations. There may be some restrictions on some ideas, but understand that they host weddings ever day of the weekend. These limitations may frustrate you temporarily. Yet, these frustrations will be over once you arrive your wedding day, everything is perfect and you wouldnt change a thing.

You know the wedding saying that there is always something that goes wrong on you wedding day, but no one will ever know except you? Well, it is not true. Not a thing went wrong the whole night.
The staff has a true passion for weddings and we came out believing that is was NOT just about a money making business. It was about producing a beautiful wedding. Thank you Laurie and rest of staff !

We just got married on August 20, 2011 at the Avanti Mansion in the new building. we choose to have cocktail hour in the library and our reception in the Amore Ballroom, two absolutely beautiful rooms! We had booked this venue before its completion, so I was a nervous wreck waiting to see the finished product and was MORE than happy with the outcome. while this was extra, it was 100% worth it. I had read a few negative reviews of the Avanti Mansion (which made me a little nervous) however we had NONE of those issues...it was a dream come true from start to finish! The bridal suite was huge and the decor both inside and out was breathtaking. The staircases alone sold me! An absolutely grand entrance (and beautiful pictures)!
The food was incredible and service was wonderful! We received many compliments from our guests on the venue and the food! Everyone at a table got served at once (so no one had to wait which was great)! We had an on site bridal consultant (Barb) throughout the whole wedding that helped out with everything from when we arrived to packing up and leaving. From bringing us appetizers in the bridal suite to drinks throughout the night (because we were so busy) she was wonderful. The staff was fabulous to work with especially cheryl, who we worked with us to plan the entire day! My only regret is that it went by soo fast!
Anyone in search of a venue for their wedding, I would highly recommend looking into the Avanti Mansion!

We were married August 13, 2011 at The Avanti Amore. We can not thank Cheryl who was our wedding planner & the whole staff for a perfect day! We were married outside in the garden-which was set up beautifully. The service was the best anywhere-very attentive! The food was amazing everyone was so pleased. We are extremely happy & honored to have been able to host our wedding at The Avanti Mansion with the most impeccable staff--specially Cheryl! We would recommend Avanti to any & everyone! My husband and I were married at the Avanti Mansion Garden area in early August. To start out, I just want to say that our wedding was perfect. Everything went exactly as planned and I could not have been happier with the food, the music, the decor, the service and the venue in general.

On to specifics: the food at the Avanti Mansion is amazing. We did the food tasting in early February so were able to try many different options and everything is great; cooked perfectly, delicious flavors and very creative menus. I ended up going with a sit down double plated entrée with the filet and crab stuffed shrimp. So delicious. Our guests raved about. As a special addition we had blue cheese butter placed on each table for people to put on their steak if desired. I thought it tasted so good and added something a bit unique (to Buffalo!) for my mostly out-of-towner wedding.

Speaking of being out of town, on to the planning: My husband and I live just outside of NYC and therefore had to plan the whole wedding long distance. Having a one-stop shop for venue, rentals, food, DJ and décor was a godsend. It made our lives so much easier and the Avanti staff was always willing to answer questions that I had and help us plan something that fit into our budget. I worked a lot with Laurie and she was very much on the same page as me the whole time. The entire staff does this for a living and knows what it takes to throw a great wedding and please your guests. Trust them!

For the ceremony we got married in the Japanese Garden which was beautiful and everything I imagined it would be. Because I got the DJ through Avanti he played our wedding music on speakers right next to the garden so it was well heard by everyone. He also mic’ed the priest so everyone could hear the ceremony. On a side note, the DJ is VERY affordable and well worth it. We had Kenny and he was awesome! The Avanti staff do a great job of making sure everything runs smoothly and on-time which is a feat in itself given the chaos that is a wedding (especially one with 19 in the wedding party!).

The thing I was most pleased with was the décor. We were very much on a budget so I did a lot of online bargain shopping and DIYing and then had to hand it off to the staff with a quick explain of the concept I was going for and hope for the best. This can be a bit nerve racking, especially for a self-confessed control freak as I am. I really don’t think I could have been any happier with the job they did making my dream wedding a reality. Everything was set out and set up just as I’d hoped and the whole tent looked gorgeous. They even recommended an awesome gun-metal color for the linens which was exactly what I was looking for.

This is a long review but it’s hard to write something quick about the best day of your life! To sum up, the Avanti Mansion outdoor area is an absolutely gorgeous setting for a wedding. The tent and the Japanese garden are something you see in celebrity weddings but can actually be afforded here! The staff are experts in their line of work and do a tremendous job of executing your dream day. I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention the service at the wedding which is top notch. The food is to die for. I had them make my cake and that was amazing also. DJ is great. All in all, they really did make our wedding a day that not only we won’t forget but many of our guests are still talking about months later!

We got married at the Avanti Mansion on July 30th, 2011. We had our ceremony outside behind the Amore Ballroom, our cocktail hour took place in the library, and our reception was in the Amore Ballroom. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing and perfect our day was! The Avanti Mansion staff was outstanding! Absolutely nothing went wrong. From the moment the girls arrived at 4:00pm we were treated like royalty. The bridal suite host, Barb, was incredible!! She took care of me all night long and was as sweet as could be. The ceremony was outstanding. All of our guests raved about the appetizers served during cocktail hour. We had the deluxe sit-down dinner option and it was incredible. The food was delicious the servers were professional, quick, and extremely friendly. The ballroom looked perfect! The staff set it up exactly like I asked them to. I really cannot put into words how amazing and perfect our wedding was. I would highly recommend the Avanti Mansion to everyone I know -- especially the Amore ballroom.

We worked exclusively with Cheryl and she is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, professional, and will go out of her way to make all your dreams come true. We had two planning meetings with her, they were each one hour long. We had a planning meeting about six months out and then again about two months out. Cheryl was excellent at answering phone calls and emails throughout the wedding planning. We paid to have Cheryl with us all night long and it was money that was very well spent! She worked hard all night to make sure everything went perfectly! I highly recommend Cheryl!!!!

The Avanti Mansion is certainly not the cheapest place in Buffalo to get married, but they are up front about all the pricing and if you want a gorgeous and perfect wedding then I think it is money well spent! Our guests were seriously impressed and so were we. I honestly couldn't have pictured our wedding day going any better.

I only have wonderful things to say about the Avanti Mansion. Everyone at the mansion went above and beyond to make my wedding day a truly special day. It was more than I could ever dream of! The staff was very professional, patient and accommodating. The whole day went according to plan, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. The food was delicious and we received numerous compliments about how great it was. The fine attention to detail really showed. The mansion provided a bridal attendant (Barb) who was there to help with anything my husband and I needed. She was wonderful!!! It was great to know we didn't have to worry about anything the entire day. I would reccommend this venue to everyone getting married. It is a beautiful facility and the decor (both inside and outside) is breathtaking! It is evident that the staff at the Avanti Mansion has a passion for what they do. They truly made our day perfect!

To be married at the Avanti Mansion was always my dream as a little girl and it finally came true! We had our ceremony in the new Amore Ballroom which was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was stunning and the service was remarkable. The beautiful outside patio and bar was a huge hit for my guests. We also had our wedding photos taken outside on the well manicured grounds which turned out perfect! Everyone enjoyed themselves and I received so many compliments on how delicious the dinner was. We all had a wonderful time, something I will never forget, it just went by way too fast!

When attempting to find an outdoor venue for our reception nothing came close to our expectations. Living in Buffalo it's hard to find a beautiful place. Until we came across the Avanti Mansion. I saw an add for them on a local website and decided it was worth the drive out there to see it. We went to the location in January while it was covered in snow and left with signed contracts. Laurie was great to deal with and the location was absolutely breathtaking. Make sure to ask any and all questions that you have because sometimes the contract can be a little confusing. The process of planning our wedding with Laurie and the other staff members was a little overwhelming at times, but being the bride you want your wedding day to be perfect and that is exactly what it was. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this venue to my friends because even though it was a tad stressful during the process, My wedding day was so perfect and that's really what mattered most to me. Laurie and the staff make sure that on your wedding day you are the most important person on the property. Her staff made me feel so special on my wedding day and it seriously was perfect. They work extremely hard on making your wedding vision a reality. It was a great experience and I am so happy that we chose the Avanti mansion!

The Avanti Mansion is by far the most luxurious of any venue in this area. We wanted something better than the rest. A place that stood out and made a statement. We found it the second we walked in the Amore Ballroom. It is modern, stylish and glamorous. This place had everything we wanted in a venue, from the Library- which we used for our cocktail hour, two beautifully decorated suites and a grand ballroom for the main event. Even the bar was impressive, it's huge. We opted to have the Avanti handle our wedding planning as well. Another great perk, it's not just a venue, it's a full service wedding and event planning business. We wanted to enjoy our engagement and not get caught up in the stress of planning. Avanti made that possible. They had great ideas and helped us create exactly what we wanted. In the end it was the most memorable, exciting and enjoyable day of our lives. We ended our wedding with no regrets or complaints. It was simply the best day ever thanks to Avanti and their staff.

My husband and I were just married there June 2011, and it was absolutly beautiful!!! The planning was smooth, the staff was wonderful and I really trusted them with everything from start to finish! The wedding was a blast!!! Food was amazing!! Laurie was outstanding!!! I have no complaints!!! I did not experience any of the things other people have stated. Most of all my now mother in law is very hard to please and she was just that VERY PLEASED!!!

We had our wedding at the Avanti Mansion, Amore Ballroom in May. It was beautiful. Laurie & Cheryl and the rest of the staff were very helpful and really made my vision come to life. The room was beautiful and my guests had a great time. Everyone said it was an amazing place to have a wedding. I would highly reccomend it. I only wish we could have a party there once a year :-)

Weddings are high stress venues - for the wedding party, and those directing the event. Challenges are inevitable, but running a tight ship is key to producing an event that will long be remembered. As the Mother of the Bride, I couldn't have been more pleased with the venue, the food, and all the talent that helped make my daughter's dream a reality.

My Husband (LOVE TO SAY THAT) and I just had our wedding at the Avanti Mansion and LOVED it. Our guests and family haven't stopped talking about it. Cheryl who was our wedding planner was WONDERFUL. We did not have any problems getting a hold of her as others have complained, but again - we didn't need any hand holding. The food was wonderful, the service was very good, and the new Amore Ballroom is beautiful. Yes, I could have gotten a cheaper place, but frankly I didn't want to remember my wedding day as being cheap. I thought the tasting event was really good as well and got to really get a sense of what my day was going to be like.

The whole thing was a great experience. Keep up the good work Cheryl and crew!

We just had our wedding their in december in the new building. Its absolutly gorgeous inside, makes for a very elegant event. I loved the private bridal suite!! Staff was very professional. Food was great , portions were big. Everyone complimented on how great everything was. Everything was perfect!

Our wedding was at the Avanti Mansion and we are so thankful we decided on their venue. Their staff made our day adsolutely wonderful. Every detail was perfect and our guests have all said its one of the best weddings they have ever been to. We recommond Avanti to everyone we can, they made it over the top. Our wedding at the Avanti Mansion was perfect! I had worked in the wedding/banquet industry for about a decade before starting to plan our wedding and I’ve become pretty fussy. We looked at many facilities in the area and we came to the Avanti and booked their new facility based on blueprints and the building turned out beautiful! Laurie was the only person who I felt comfortable with handling our wedding reception in comparison to the other places we looked at. Laurie and her staff were so nice and so accommodating—they even let customize our menu to allow us to add in our own personal touches. On our wedding day, we decided to do our professional photos right on the Avanti’s grounds and they turned out gorgeous. The staff followed all of my setup instructions (which was quite lengthy) to a “T” and were very attentive to us the entire evening, anything we asked for, we got. It was so nice. We also love that our guests are still talking about how our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been too—the food was incredible, the facilities were beautiful and having our guests raving was our goal, but Avanti made it effortless. Our only regret is that we didn’t eat more!

Lori and the everyone at the mansion were amazing. My wife and I trusted them with alot, and they did not fail us.

The food was amazing! Everything was right there for you, Ceremony, Reception, and Photography was all right there!! And they did our cake too!! which was AMAZING!!! The girls there were so attentive, caring and would really do anything to make your dream day come true! Anything my husband and i needed they were there finding a way to do it.. even if it might not look possible. We couldntve found a better place and been so grateful for All their hospitality! i could not suggest a better place than the Avanti Mansion!!!
