I do not know the videographers name, but everyone was reallly wonderful. They are probably the most inexpensive videographers in town, and you get a great video to remember your wedding.

We incorporate the wedding theme via the invitation and color scheme of the wedding. All custom editing.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes, we have a camera light that we use respectfully to enhance a dimly-lit room, but not be intrusive to guests.
How many videographers do you work with?
I have 3 videographers who have worked with me for over 7 years, my main videographer has been with Avista for 10+ years.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Typically our preference is to book one event per day, but can accommodate a maximum of three events per day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Digital camera, lights, wireless microphone, tripod, cables.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We are at the wedding to capture the event. If the time affrords and the client offers a meal, we may indulge, but only if time permits.
Do you charge overtime?
No.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
If requested.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
We always ask permission.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
We explain, during the planning process, Avista's style of editing, which is to provide a highly edited, custom video of our bride's wedding day. For example, if the marcha is 15 minutes, we will do a couple minute at most highlight of the dance. We inquirre in advance if the couple wants all footage included or a more stylized video edit. We try to gauge our clients interest in advance to provide precisely what the bride wants.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
We deliver the final video in 2 to 4 weeks. We are often calling the bridal couple to visit as soon as they return from their honeymoon. We believe our clients are more satisfied if they get instant results. Memories fade even from the honeymoon. It is a thrill to see brides relive moments and view moments on their video they had never before seen during their wedding day!
