Axiom Videography + photo

Okay, so we finally hired Axiom Video after hiring Axiom for their photography. When we were looking for a photographer, video was so far down our list we didn't want to make two major decisions at once. And while we felt no pressure to book video as well as photo, we were made well aware that Axiom also did video.

So finally we got around to shopping for a video. To be honest, we were kind of leaning towards using two different vendors for photo and video. As it turns out, Axiom is the best choice for both. They just were voted best of weddings 2007 in theknot.com magazine. They have great videos and great prices to boot.

Even if you don't use them for photo, you can book them separately for video as I am told many brides do.

I will post another review once I get my video after the wedding.

I've heard so many good things about Axiom Videography that I was skeptical. But let me tell you, once you see the work and meet Robert Valdes, the owner you know it is all true. We took our time making a decision but when we finally did, needless to say we went with Axiom. But we chose them because of the customer service and the work, not because of the reputation which is important but a deciding factor for us. For some of our other wedding vendors, we choose newer vendors because of their work and pricing. Sometimes reputation is not all what it is cracked up to be. In the case of Axiom it is. A+++

We shopped around quite a bit for videography. We loved Axiom's work the best. Our video was wonderful. We highly recommend them.

I love the quality of both my pictures and video. When I first met with Robert, he informed me of the different packages he offers and what his company can do. I decided to go with both photo and video, and Robert was really flexible and gave me a great price. I opted to have a second photographer and got about 1,500 photos in the end. My main photographer was Dane Andrews, who was great to work with. He did an incredible job the day-of and got some great shots. Robert edits all the photos and video himself, and my video is absolutely beautiful. It took a little longer to receive it than we hoped, but I'm very happy with it!

Robert was the perfect touch to our wedding day. His work was amazing and he
captured some of the most perfect moments of the day. We have received
nothing but wonderful compliments on our pictures! Robert is very pleasant
to work with and is very professional. He is highly recommended!

Hugh and I got our video earlier this week and it looks great! It really captures our special day. Thanks to Robert and the Axiom Videography crew for all their fine work!

I would highly recommend this vendor for anyone who is looking for quality, but also a reasonable price. We initially researched all of the vendors in the neighboring towns and we found that Axiom was the most willing to help us create a package that worked for us. They were very professional the day of the wedding and we even had them do the projection for our slide show. Everything went great. The camera man seemed kind of invisible - but in my opinion that is how it should be in order to capture all of those beautiful candid moments. After the wedding, Robert was generous enough to tack on a few extra things to our package because it took a little longer than expected to get the videos. He was very friendly and easy to reach. All around a great experience. Thank you very much for everything and most importantly for a video that will last a lifetime!

We just received our wedding DVD and we're very pleased with it! It captured many moments that we weren't directly a part of and allowed us to experience them now. Also, the DVD was put together very well and reminded us of the emotions that we felt that day. Axiom's videography team was very professional and inconspicuous as we did not even notice them as they were taping. We hired Robert Valdes for photography and Videography. I am unbelievably happy that we did! Photography is such an important part of the big day. Robert was absolutely fantastic! We could not have been more pleased. Robert along with his assistant were able to capture all the most important moments of the day. The pictures were absolutely beautiful. Robert is a true artist. He has amazing attention to detail he managed to capture not only our faces but our emotions as well. We have received nothing but compliments on our pictures. The videography was amazing as well. We were actually debating on whether we should do videography or not. I am so glad we did. We were referred to Axiom Videography by a friend who had used them. I was blown away at the level of production these guys are putting out. As a groom interested in video, HD and the like, I was looking for a REAL production company to do the video. Needless to say, Axiom stepped up and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They delivered the finished video and it was outstanding. I am recommending them to all of my friends who are getting married.

Robert provided photo and video for our wedding. From the first day we met Robert, we felt comfortable and worry-free. I tend to be very picky and tedious about things but Robert was able to cater to my unique needs every step of the way. Even as the scope of my initial requests changed to the point where it wasn't part of our original agreement, Robert was not only willing but happy to accommodate us. He did his best to explain the process and to educate us along the way. When the of the wedding came, we had no worries that Robert and his staff would take care of everything...and they did. We love reliving our special day with our album and video.

Axiom videography did a good job during my wedding and were very professional. The video was great. I would definately recommend them.

We got our DVD and we were so happy with it. My fiance did not want a video so I had to talk him into it. I was really picky because of that so we looked at 5 or so. When I saw Axiom I called and luckily my date was available. The experience was great from start to finish. They handle themselves professionally and they always return my calls too. I rarely post any review and I only do so when the service is so extraordinary that I need to tell the world. Robert Valdes is a true artist, he worked his magic and the result was better than anything I could possibly imagine. The quality is exceptional, Robert did such an amazing job, I was teary eyes when i first watched the video. Everyone in our family LOVE the video so much that we ended up having to order a few more copies from him. He is extremely responsive, very patience and incredibly good at what he does. We feel blessed and lucky to have found him on the internet in such a short notice, and I hope others can too benefit from his exceptional work. Robert is very accommodating and considerate, his product is superb and beyond excellence.

Robert is simply AWESOME! We met him 10 years ago to do our Valentine wedding in 1998 and would not dare think of anyone else to cover our 10-year renewal of vows this year! Axiom did the videography for our wedding. We found them to be a good value for the price. The final DVD was delivered within the promised timeframe. The owner, Robert Valdes, asked for my feedback after delivering the DVD - he was only the 2nd vendor who bothered to do that (we contracted 10 total). He addressed all my comments. In addition, without my request, he offered to redo the DVD for me based on my feedback. He is someone who obviously cares alot about his business and strives to increase his customer satisfaction, which we appreciated.

We employed Robert for filming our wedding ceremony and reception. His team performed expertly, captured all of the most important, poignant moments, and wove them into a seamless wedding day story. We were impressed with him so much that we employed him a second time for filming a retirement party for one of our parents. He successfully captured our wedding day’s many memorable moments, for example from bride and groom comments just before the ceremony to the silly dancing guests throughout the reception. I think what most distinguishes Robert’s work from others is his attention to detail and his ability to capture the emotion of key moments, and with musical accompaniment of your choosing, he can create a DVD which conveys the happiness and celebration of the day, while employing good taste and good judgment. When we compare our wedding DVD to other peoples’ DVDs produced by other companies, we feel that we could not have received a better product. Ours wins by a mile.
