The food was delicious and they provided very generous portions and selections when sampling. Leroy was willing to please and provided great deals to fit within our budget. The staff was professional and courteous to my guest!
Only negative was they forgot to bring the H20 as promised and the Ice Tea was suppose to be in glass pour spot jars but it was actually canned (yuck). He also had a chocolate fountain special and I was disappointed in the size of the fountain. It was small and seemed more like a party size than wedding. But it was yummy with great dippers. They also promised table decor that was not there the day of the wedding.

Great value!!! Leroy was always very helpful and quick to reply to me with any questions I had. They were very accommodating and we received so many compliments on the food, and so many people saying they went back for seconds!,

LeRoy Wolf and As You Wish Catering provided excellent service for our daughter's New Year's eve wedding. We had three months to plan it from start to finish, due to my son-in-law's deployment set for February, and we went with the Father of the Bride buffet (chicken cordon blue; red potatoes; salad & rolls). The food was delicious; the service excellent, and we received many compliments throughout the evening on the quality and taste of the dinner. LeRoy was professional and helpful throughout the planning process and supported my son-in-law's military service by providing a discount. I would highly recommend As You Wish Catering based on quality; content; professionalism, and flawless presentation.

These Guys Saved the Day for me.. to which Im so gratful.. as I originally booked with them last year Feb.. and found that my Fiance had to stay & was redeployed for another 6 months in IRAQ.. I was very heartbroken.. but LeRoy Promised to honor the Deposit that we paid and he did come back we recently rescheduled the reception & gave such a wonderful & beautiful Catering with table & china rentals, There awesome cake person .. Lynette @ Cake contessas for our special day.. He even gave us an additional 10% military discount.. they served the best Chicken Marsala & Chicken cordon bleu menu 2 entrees & sides I've ever tasted..for just around $13 bucks .. what a smokin deal.. and their love and support for those in the military. They have my seal of Great Service @ Great Low Prices. call em today they seem to have booked out dates.. due to their phenominal catering service.

I had no problems while working with Leroy. I had ordered appetizers and buffet meal and everything turned out great. Everything was set up on time, workers were very plesent, and the display was classy. Food came at an affordable cost and tasted great! Leroy was very promt in answering any questions in the process, just make sure to go over all details the week before or so. Thanks Leroy

Hi Az U Wish Catering & LeRoy & his Supervisors did an Awsome Sit Down Job for my Reception in Jan. 2010.. He basically did everything he promised he would do.. Great Tasting food.. all his staff dressed in nice black shirts, black pants & Ties.. made our event seem very high class.. but more importantly they were all polite and friendly to our family and guests..I recommend hiring this company Leroy on top of it.. answering his ph. always and helping us with such a memorable evening .. that my family still talks about.. 5***** Stars. :)

Beware, you get what you pay for. I went with AZ U Wish Catering for my daughter's wedding. I was quoted for a sit down dinner, cake, DJ, full hosted bar, linens, chairs for ceremony, place settings... Three weeks before the wedding, when I questioned as to if I could see what the florist was going to do, I was told it would be best if I found my own florist, and they would take the total off my bill. Even though it was last minute, I found it better this way because I went with a reliable florist.

The setup and the way things looked were great; however, the majority of our guests ordered Filet Mignon. My daughter had tested it months ahead of time, and even though it was well done, it was tender and tasted great. At the wedding, the Filets were huge (not normal Filet Mignon), extremely well done, dry, and tasteless. There was no salt and pepper provided, the salads had maybe a teaspoon of dressing on them, and the side dishes were very small. Several of our guests went to a vending machine down the hall for snacks.

The worst part was when the DJ came to me during dinner and informed me that no-one had champagne for the toast. LeRoy (AZ U Wish), had told me a few weeks prior, that the bartender would have the champagne chilled, and bring the bottles to the tables prior to the toast. I went to LeRoy at the wedding about the lack of Champagne, and he said it wasn't in the contract. As I proceeded to tell him what he had said about the bartender, he then tried side-stepping. One of his helpers could see I was upset, and informed me he would go get the Champagne.

Needless to say, the DJ had to move things around (dancing...) to accomodate us until the Champagne came for the toast. When I complained to LeRoy after the wedding, he claimed I got a great deal, about 1/2 of what other caterers would have charged. I went with him originally because he was less, and I saw mostly positive reviews.

Please consider this review, and remember, you get what you pay for!

The food was great and affordable. The staff was there on time and set up. They cleaned up like we were told they would and I never noticed them. We did the Hawaiian Laua plate and we had it set up as a buffet. They were very quick and I had a wedding party of over 300. Our ceremony and reception location required background checks on all his workers and himself and made sure he had insurance up to $100,000. He was very reliable and credible.

I will start by saying the food was absolutely wonderful and very affordable. BUT they showed up 50 minutes late for my reception. While I was taking photos after the ceremony my guests didn't have any beverages while waiting. The staff never called to say they would be late and they didn't say a word to me the entire time they were there. I emailed the company with my complaint and the said they were late but dinner was on time...NOT TRUE!!!! When I emailed with a response I never heard from them again.

I am so happy that we went with AZ U Wish catering. I searched for a caterer for a very long time, and came across them by chance. I was shocked when I saw the low price of the catering. The prices were actually cheaper for a wedding than for other events. Any of you brides know that is a rare find. We did a sample platter of food before putting down a deposit and were pleased. We could have spent a lot more money with another caterer, but instead we spent $9 per person and received a lot of compliments on the chicken, pasta, and salad. I hardly noticed the workers, which means they did their job fantastically.

Leroy and his team were awesome. The food was spectacular- we had the hawaiian luau meal at the wedding (since my mother is hawaiian). They were on-time and set up before everyone got there. It was perfect
