B.B. Bridal

B.B. Bridal was just fabulous all around! They were professional but yet personal. They didn't push me to buy anything and helped me stay in my budget. They were very patient with me and my fairly large wedding party (whom were also rather expressive). I couldn't have a better experience or found a better dress than at B.B. Bridal!

I loved the service that they provided me with. She was really nice. And patient with me when I didn't know exactly what I wanted. She helped me into all the dresses and out of the dresses. I really liked going there. The only thing that keeps me from making it a 5.5 is that the selection was a lot smaller than I would have liked and they were very limited in the size of dresses so some of them might have been a maybe if i could have actually gotten them on.

Great Service! They can pretty much do anything you want to make your dress look wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very good prices also! They had a wide selection but not too much to be overwhelmed. They had exactly what I wanted.

I went into B.B. Bridal on a whim and was just looking to browse through some wedding dresses but I ended up finding the perfect dress. Even though I didn't have an appointment they were so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for.

The ladies at B.B. Bridal made finding my wedding dress stress free and fun! Christina was really good about listening to what I was looking for in a dress and helped me find the perfect one. She was very helpful and attended to me the entire time and I didn't ever feel like I was being pressured into buying a dress. I felt like she really cared about helping me find what worked for me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses. Anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses should definitely go to B.B. Bridal!

These ladies are so genuinely nice and easy to work with! I went to David's bridal, margenes bridal, and DaDu bridal before going to BB bridal and was so disappointed with everywhere I went. BB Bridal made me feel welcome with absolutely no trace of snootiness. I love my dress and I love this bridal boutique! They deserve business... Don't waste your time with other bridal stores.

Christina and Arielle were fantastic. Christina was so attentive and really made me feel special. Christina was all prepared for my appointment and had a dressing room ready for me upon arrival. It was such a pleasant experience and she made it so easy to pick out a dress. Arielle helped me to see what my dress would look like bustled and made me feel comfortable that she could alter my dress however it needed to be.

BB BRIDAL is amazing! I would recommend any bride to go here! Audree, who owns the store, is absolutely amazing and so helpful. I am still planning my wedding and they have been so gracious and helped in ways they didn't have to.

I've been back into the store a few times to let them know about some complications on finding my bridesmaids dresses and they've continued to provide support and advice when I've asked. I feel like the girls really have my best interest at heart and have given me so much help.

I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else in the Treasure Valley. BB Bridal has the best products for the BEST PRICES and the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This Bridal shop by far has the best service in Boise. I went to a few other shops, but this one goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The dresses were a little bit more expensive than the other shops, but for me it was worth it for the peace of mind to know everything would be done perfectly. The owner has great customer service and makes time for every bride, even if she is busy.

I loved coming into BB Bridal. I was a little nervous going into bridal stores because they have SO many dresses and I would feel overwhelmed. BB Bridal had the perfect amount of dresses and could order anything I wanted to try on. The main reason I purchased from BB Bridal is my consultant, Christina. She was so nice to me and my family. I brought my brother and father with me and sometimes they can be a handful. She laughed and joked with us and gave me her input, which was very helpful. I fell in love with two dresses and she never once pressured me into buying one, She only told me to go home and think about it and let me know whatever I decide. I made my mind up and came back to purchase from her. I loved the small boutique feel and the selection. I will definitely recommend then to my friends. Thank you for making my dress buying experience one to remember.

Everyone in the shop was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was a wide selection of dresses in the store to actually try on as well as accessories to choose from. They helped me find the perfect dress and the experience was really enjoyable and fun.

Came in earlier than my scheduled appointment and was still welcomed in and given amazing customer service. Selection is limited but the dresses are gorgeous and at a reasonable price for a boutique. Definitely a must see if shopping for wedding dresses!

B and B Bridal was amazing. We had no desire to further shop for my daughters wedding dress. They made my daughter feel so special from the phone call to set the appointment to the thank you card that she received after. They were very professional but NOT stuffy like other boutiques. My daughter said they made her feel like a princess.
We have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Amazing dresses and service. So glad I went there!

The ladies at BB Bridal were extremely helpful without being pushy at all - that is a rare quality these days! They KNOW their dresses, inside and out. They gave me endless options on how to alter any dress to make it more unique and fit me better. They laughed with me, gave me honest (asked for) opinions, and let me try on about half their store! After I tried on everything, they wrote down my favorite dress numbers and just said "let us know if you need anything!" --- no pressure to buy that day. That may be what sold me --- they weren't trying to make a sale - they were trying to help me find the dress that I would wear on the most important day of my life. I didn't buy my dress that day. I called the following Tuesday and asked if I could come try on the favorite dresses again that night -- they were flexible enough that they got me in. I bought my dress on the spot that night. Not only was it the perfect dress at the perfect price, but the service was unmatched. I am so thankful for this shop and these ladies. They may my dress buying experience everything I had imagined it would be since I was a little girl. If I could give more stars I would have.
I encourage every bride to check this store out at least once during their dress shopping experience. It would be time well spent and there's no way a bride would regret it.

Aubrey and her assistant Christina were absolutely wonderful!! I couldn't of expected any better of service from them both. So professional yet so fun! They made me feel so comfortable and enjoyed every moment being there.

BB Bridal is awesome! My mom and I went to every salon in Boise and were impressed most with BB Bridal. The consultants are very professional, and the seamstress was at my appointment too so she was able to tell us exactly what alterations could be made. Their salon is cute and the dresses are gorgeous. Great experience!

IMy daughter and I visited B.B Bridal to look at dresses for my daughter who is turning 10 and having a Formal Birthday Party. We were instantly welcomed with bright smiles and we were given amazing customer service. My daughter loved the Ladies there so much she did not want to leave. With that said we ordered my daughters dress and one for me too. I highly recommend B.B Bridal for any event you are having.
